I would like to know who has lost money as a result of a casino closing their account, or freezing winnings due to the casino stating some kind of abuse. I would also like to know how many of the bad experiences involved a bonus redemption or how many were from a staright deposit of the players funds only and no bonus. Be honest.

In this case, as clearly stated in my post  "problem" means having your account frozen, or closed and winnings (or deposit in really bad cases) not paid out. Having winnings confiscated would be considered a rip off even if you got your deposit back.

It would be more interesting to see "what software provider" most people had past problems with (but I know the answer already for that one)... :(

That is really not the reason for my poll. I just want to see the ratio between non bonus problems and bonus related problems, simple.

What about an option "I claim bonuses all the time but I only had a problem once"?

That could go under the first option. This is not scientific, I just want to know how may problems there have been with casinos where the player did not claim a bonus and how many problems did involve a bonus. I just want a rough idea.

Not only do you have to consider bonus ripoff cases and no bonus ripoff cases, you must also distinguish between bonus ripoff cases where the players followed the T & C to the last dot and cases that they did not read nor follow
the T & C.

You need another category, I've had problems in both bonus and non-bonus situations.

How about an option for, "XXXXX Casino used my bankcard information to put through numerous unauthorized charges?

I have rarely had problems when grabbing bonues. Haven't gotten paid by a casino for two months and pitched a bitch about it. Hopefully that will be solved soon.

I do stay away from a lot of casinos though. I am not all that interested bumping my head into walls.
