I think I've done it right now lol the email came back as wrong address so dontle through the url. Seems strange that this is the only casino I've ever had this problem with. Thanks for your help though

Hi guys.
I'm new to this. I'm a double glazing installer with 3 kids that in my spare time, I do like a bet. I mean hey you got to be innit to win it right? I recently had the biggest win of my life with sky bet. No issues recieving withdrawal either. But ive Also had just as much off the all british casino. I only signed up yesterday with deposit and bonus but I won enough to withdraw. Left a little playing money in and won on moneytime. Only I find all british casino seems to come with a catch, they don't want to give you your winnings. But anyway it's nice to be here and wondering if anyone else experiencing the issues that I am? I passed kyc I've now sent relevant documents but I truly feel that there not going to pay

As you say it's the weekend, I'd think it will be resolved by end of business tomorrow unless there's a specific reason otherwise.

They normally pay verified players very fast, so perhaps may require some additional info.

But you will be paid, don't worry about that, maybe cut them a bit of slack. I know gamblers are generally very impatient people, but sometimes things do go a bit slower than normal.

You've also started another thread regarding this issue where you state they 'don't want to give you your winnings' which is not true at all.

All British have been around for a long time. You can lock down your account so any balance is not playable. People get impatient, or figure they won't be paid and lose it all awaiting verification. KYC can be slower some places than others, but All British are reputable.

It's only because I've never had this issue before. And it's quite a life changing sum of money for me and my family. I have nothing to hide it's just the messages I was getting back off customer service said i will receive today? But after all of you guys responses I am no longer worried about the situation
