I would love to give this a try, but the free spins randomness issue is stopping me.
It seems changing your bet does not effect accumulated free spins and multipliers.
I just ran a test in fun mode. At max bet I gathered some extra FS and multipliers.
Changed to min bet, and hit bonus soon after, without extra FS and Xs.
It paid the equivalent of 2 times max bet or so, so I can't see any compensation for changing bet.
It would have to though, the other way around.
I read the help file, but that didn't offer any explanation AFAICS.
Are we looking at a random base game, and a AWP style bonus feature?
Also, isn't this supposed to be one of the biggest releases this year?

That would be my best guess so far. There obviously has to be something going on, or the whole world would be gathering at lowest bet, and cashing at highest bet. This game can NOT be random imho, whether its the base game (holding the trigger back), or the bonus play itself working as an AWP.
I played for 5 hours last night and again 2 hours today, I have now unlocked all features.
1.The free spins bonus should at least start at X2 ,I had two increases in the multiplier in 7 hours of play which is ridiculous.

Well a couple of 1000 of spins,some frustration yesterday and today finally the slot recovered.
So my €600.00 investment finally paid off into a €400.00+ profit right when I unlocked the extra features.
Unfortunatelly only x2 but on a €0.90 spin I could not complain.
Have to agree with Greigssy,multipliers only start at around 30 free spins so very hard to get the multipliers unless scatters take ages to come.
Anyhow I am happy got my money back and a nice profit on top after a good few hours on this machine.

Unless it's changed recently, I have it as 96.3% and there's no way the progressive is worth 5.3%. Probably closer to 1%.

Yeah I was only betting 0.30 this time as my balance was low. But still its a lot of empty spins, the stacked wild showed up on both reels 2 and 4 about 10 times but never a linking symbol on reel 3.
I took this feature 3 times my first win from the spins was 0.20 the next was £6 and then the one from the screenshot.
The features are all poor and the heat seeking wild is dreadful.

Well I gave this another £50 just to see if my initial reservations could change. Unfortunately the base game is just incredibly dull - I would love to know what the actual maximum possible base game win is because it seems that the loss of the stacked wilds that you get on the original Dark Knight game really hit TDKR - just the middle reel expanding on the rare occasion when you hit a wild really makes the game suffer.
Seems that the only way you can get anywhere is with high free spins and high multiplier - but in order to achieve that you need a long run on the base game without the scatters coming in. This in turn means losing s***loads on the low paying base game. I really feel that MG have missed a trick here. This game is not for me - I will not be putting in anymore to try and unlock the wild reels and heat seeking wild features. I like to feel that a slot has the potential to payout big on ANY spin but this game seems to rely on long term play to build up the bonus spins. And as others have mentioned the fact that changing stake does not alter the number of spins or multipliers implies to me that the game must have some kind of "memory". I had another £50 too, can truly say this should be renamed Crapman the Dark Shite, 0.90p bet on feature was £20. I'm not loading it to get the wacky reels too, it's just immensely boring, whoever designed this game needs the sack. Although I did go back to ir to get hammered too...... Lag and cut off still a problem. If this did anything decent we would be seeing more than the odd screenie on here.... Do u a favour and unplug it.....

Thank God my first stacked wilds bonusround at 37x2 multiplier was reasonable good and I even managed a few hundred profit on this slot...

After reading what almost everyone has to say - I won't touch this Slot. Another greedy 243 way Slot from the MG stable.
The amount of spins needed to hit something worthwhile on most of MG's 243 way slots is mind boggling. Yeah you can get lucky but these are money traps just like every other 243 way piece of junk MG throws out.
The funny thing is Netent is just as bad throwing useless releases and making the Wild worthless... MGS is doing just the same with the 243 way games.
Having played for years, I assure you that you are better off playing old school 9 liners or even the older 20 or 30 line slots. Losing 400 to 500x bet on these new slots is so easy its not funny.

Did a €50.00 deposit at Betsafe tonight and played IR and TSII,in my opinion the 2 most reliable 243 liners and I really have had some good wins on those in the past.
My balance shot up to €350.00 in no time with a few decent bonusses on €0.60-€0.90 bets.
Decided to give Netent another chance on Magic Portals and this piece of sh*t ate nearly €250.00 away on €2.00 spins without free spins or any decent wins.
So back to TSII,got the Wild feature and got 3 wild reels which paid me around €250.00 back on a €0.90 spin so finally I withdrew €300.00,still a nice €250.00 profit,nothing to sneeze at...

I have to agree I don't like the way the new slots have devalued the wild symbol. Getting 5 wild on a pay-line is what you aim for. Thankfully there is plenty of older slots out there ,where 5 wilds is the jackpot.

The Only Slot I love is DOA - I play NetEnt only because of this. Everything else they chuck at you is junk and a waste of money IMPO.
I like MGS - Had some great wins but to put it into perspective, its taken me 350 000 spins to hit 2500x on Immortal Romance... and I have played BDBA much longer than DOA and never breached the 2000x + mark.
In this week and the last I hit a new personal best of 4175 x Bet on DOA and another hit in the region of 3700x. Id rather face DOA than put in $2000 and NOT see 50% of my balance on an MG 243 way slot.
Yea I do play them and really enjoy it, but if you are in to hit a biggie often then good luck on MG!!

Been playing the TDKR over the weekend and have got to say that I don't think it lives up to the hype. It's a bit predictable for me and you have literally got to play it for hours to unlock the better bonus rounds.

We have it at 91% (TDK) according to the official game sheet and same here, i'm boggled about such an RTP drop so i asked the team to challenge it. The new game (TDKR) is at 96-97% but the research we did so far states 97% and wouldn't be surprised given its low volatility. Seeing as we don't have the internal volume to decide which way to sway for now so I'm keeping it tentatively on 97%.

Yeah I found this scramble thing utterly pointless too. Rearrange the symbols to pay 3OAK of a crappy symbol. I would suggest that you keep playing if you have ramped it up to 45x3 on the feature but I am not convinced that these large spin counts and multipliers actually have any bearing on the amount that you can win.

Consider this extreme example. Lets say a random number generator generates an integer (whole number) between 1 and 1,000. The slot pays out only when the number 1000 is generated and when it does it will pay out a sum of 999x stake. This is a (ridiculous) example of a high volatility slot that has RTP of 99.9% . The example is nonsense but RTP and volatility is not really related. The volatility comes from the spread of available wins available. The volatility is more related to the maximum possible payout rather than the RTP. The RNG is not really any part of it as the slot is based on assigning particular win payouts based on the value of the RNG and these are what determine the RTP.
This is in no way an authoritative answer of course - I have no industry knowledge here, I am just basing this on elementary probability and how I have inferred that the slots work internally based on reading a lot of posts here and asking a lot of questions.

I appreciate your answer and would like to further question the RNG on a game that uses a multiple stake related system, i.e. .25 stakes @ 86%, .50 stakes @ 88% 1.00 stake @ 90% and 2.00 @ 94% this is usually the domain of land based machines but I just thought someone in the know or operating on-line would know or shed some light on?
Looking now after unlocking all the bonus round options there is no way to get all the screen wild like the old game use to have. The best i seen was during the stacked wild where you can get a 9x payout with a wild on 1,3, and 5 along with both 2 and 4 stacked. I did notice that during the high character slot changing to wild I rarely or not even seen a regular wild. It is a lower payout possiblity.

(sorry if answered)..I'm guessing: a wild and batman on 1, all wilds on 2, a wild and batman on 3, 4 all wilds, a wild and batman on 5, for Bane stacked bonus ...or/and a split wild + batman on every reel for batman split wilds?..and no chance on the upper bonuses for either character

i played last week on this slot on a casinogroup which is acredited at casinomeister.com.
i have only played this slot at 4 casino at same time.. as i believe the publicity was big and everyone is jumping on this slot so its most likely it will be a hot slot...as i played 4 casino at same time at the same group and deposit alot alot of money over 5 figurs and cash out about twice the amount i have deposit.. then i withdraw at thursday.. and flushed my withdraws on each of the casino i played as they recently let u flush at all the casino they owned.. ( not 32red)
i normally allways get my winnings paid the next batch when its released and thats the day after i withdraw...this didn't happen when i was expecting my money at friday the day after.. i went to chat and asked about it..on friday where my money was they told me they working on it.. as i find it strange !! then i thought ok then i should get it paid at monday when finance is back to work.. but monday night i still not had my money received which it was really weird to me.. went to chat asked what about my withdraw.. as again i get to hear they are working on it..
now tuesday i thought now it gonna be paid... which didnt happen again..went to chat..get to hear the same story.. so i contact the rep here of this casino group and he told me there is a technical error on this game and they holding my winnings until further investigation...

i was playing this morning at 32red after i got mail from the rep from the casino where they hold my money .. i asked 32red support advise for this problem .. what will happen when a game has error and i have winnings on it? which i have no idea it has an error.. answer from support was.. we would pay the winnings and further we will resolve this between Microgaming that answer was a very good one to hear.. then i went to the casino where the error was as they told me .. in terms and conditions is written when a game has error all winnings will be voided.. which this situation makes hard and painfull.. i have to suffer for something that is not in my control..i allways believe when they offer error in a game and i win i think they should pay me becos they made the error not me...
this is first time where i got a problem like this .. i find it unacceptable that they gonna probaly take a 5 figur winnings from me..TOO STRANGE.. NEVER HEARD ANYWHERE THIS GAME HAS TECHINICAL ERROR...

Many noted here that the game does crash alot or just keep on spinning for a long time. That could be the reason. But still not knowing what they consider a error it is hard to say.

Today I resumed play to try and trigger the free spins:
600x£0.90 spins and only ONE fight scene increased the free spins by 3 on each bonus.
It was £200 deposited today and I was down to my last £15, I reduced my bet to £0.30. 150 spins later still no more increases in spins or x and the bonus triggered and paid a infuriating £9.
I find it a complete joke that I only had one fight scene in 750 spins and it took 1000 spins in total to trigger the bonus and lost £300.
Needless to say I wont be going near this slot in future.

A few days ago i was minutes from coming on here to vent my frusration at this slot. Free spins were up at 50 with a 4x multiplier. The feature hadn't even been close to appearing. It finally came in when I was down to the last £5 of my 5th deposit. Chose Bane with the result being £425 from a £0.90 stake. However after waiting so ridiculously long for the feature I won't be feeding this slot again.

my rtp for the last 10 deposits playing the slot is 33%, thats just crazy.
