Hey All

I have had a fairly crap run of late on all slots, roulette, on pretty much all the sites..

I have £25 to deposit, and as much as anything want a bit of playtime as well as possibility of some kind of return..

What should I play, and at what stake? Any ideas? Don't really want DOA as I get bored and never hit big..

MG download - Centre Court - i always take this slot when i have only a small amount to deposit, which happens quite often lately since i rarely managed a withdrawal anywhere. The stacked wilds in the free spins saved me many times.

Netent - Crime Scene - Wilds triple your win and bonus feature is quite often and pays usually well

But please don't come back angry if they don't pay

Ok so I know I go on about this slot a bit but I think Georgie Porgie is great for playtime, it's 15p a spin for minimum bets, goes at a decent pace i.e doesn't obliterate your bankroll like so many of the newer slots AND you always have a chance of hitting big, especially during the old bonus rounds!

It is medium- high variance though but provides good value for money, same as most of the Rhyming Reels games. As long as you can tolerate the jangly music that is.

Also the likes of Pandora's Box (NetEnt) or maybe some of the old 9- liners like Thunderstruck or Spring Break etc.

I would personally play some of the older 9 line slots like Kathmandu, jewels of orient , adventure palace etc. on small stakes.

You might not win but they will at least give you playtime. And if you get the odd feature and balance goes up you could increase your stake a bit. Then if you are lucky enough to get balance up then you could go try your favourite slots.

Try Jack & the Beanstalk; although this is allegedly a high variance game - your balance can last a very long time in normal spins. And IF you manage to hit the free-spins they have the potential to pay BIG... but also the potential to pay CRAP!

For MG: one of the Thunderstruck or Hohoho clones would be my choice if betting small.

Maybe give ole' Deuces Wild Video Poker a go. Might be a nice change . And 4 deuces pays well 200x bet and isn't that uncommon.

$20 to $30 is my usual deposit size

I second goatwack's suggestion of 'Georgie Porgie', it can be a brutal and unforgiving slot at times but at 0.15p and if its playing even slightly nice you will get great game time because the wilds are x5 and x25 in bonus round. Theres potential for some decent size wins even at 0.15p.

'Hearts and Tarts (Queen of hearts)' would be my second favourite rhyming reel slot (30 lines stacked reels in free spin) followed by 'Jack and Jill'. Avoid 'Nat King Cole' thats easily the worst rhyming reel slot.

Other suggestions :

rivieria riches (MG) - bonus round triggers alot (in my experience) and its 0.15p a spin at minimum
mystique grove - 243 way at 0.25p, no free spin but bonus round usually pays x10 to x 20 and easy to trigger
jewel box/lady of fortune - can do 0.15p betting and its kind of high variance and bonus round does not trigger that much but inbetween the dead spins if you land any 3OAK-5OAK with x2-x5 wilds in reel 3 it pays quite nice
lucky witch (MG) - 0.15p minimum bet kind of high variance free spin round is crap but the bonus round is good. base game has stacked wilds that only combine with the top 3 symbols so its a pretty streaky game
barber shop (thunderkick) - can do 0.10p bets - kind of jack hammer clone - key is to try get a bonus round where you get enough respins for x5 because it will pay out really nice. can last a long time playing this game on minimum bets
Fat Lady Sings - 0.25p bets, kind of medium variance you usually get something in return every spin even if its really small. free spin is one of the best for an MG game it combines everything (stacked reels, multipliers, bonus game)

Pretty much every netent game at 0.20p can do as well any can catch hot and give you great playtime but I prefer MG because I seem to hit 'big wins' and freespins more regularly on MG. Good luck!

For Net-Ent: Subtopia,Fruit Case and when the balance goes really low hit ghost pirates at 3cent/pence a spin it has potential for big wins (my best being 8p a spin I won €64 that geared me up for a massive payday on other games).

So I played Georgie Porgie as recommended by a few, managed to get up to 50 from a bonus! Great game!

Then went to TS2 one of my usual favourite games, where I lost the lot on 30p spins, no bonus just endless teasers, a tonne of lag, one wildstorm that turned one reel wild 0x.

Ah well!

Thunderstruck II was very cold these couple of weeks (for me)
Every time I want to play Thunderstruck II nowadays I go for the regular Thunderstruck...
Wasn't disappointed so far, it almost always ended up paying! Best MG 9 liner imho, followed closely by Ladies Nite and Centre Court.

Don't fall in love with thunderstruck 2 its a bitch of a slot !!!

Wildstorms are generally pathetic the game probably malfunctions every time someone manages to win more than x10 on that crappy feature.
