I fancied a change of scene(slots) so I went for accredited site Imperial Casino.
I decided to start with the Lucky charms game and after being slaughtered for a while including hitting the free spins with the usual zero wins return I get I finaly hit the bonus pick round.
When you pick a symbol a corrosponding symbol on the right hand side is supposed to light up.1st pick a pig=lights up 7. 2nd pick a ladybird=lights up elephant.3rd pick a 7=lights up pig and so it went on.I won a whole *2 my bet but have no idea what I should of won.
I have reported this bug to customer support and will report back here when they reply.
It is damn hard to trust a Casino with bugged software especially when it is the first game you play!
Has anyone else encountered this bug?

Doh!

Update.
So now I have just played the Jurrasic slot instead.
I got 3 eggs which award 15 spins at *1 bet and after a few spins I hit 4 eggs that awards 25 free spins at *20 bet.
I got the free spins added but I only got *1 my bet.I could see nowhere in the rules that you continue to get the original activating bet.Does anybody know about this?
By the way I got no higher wins in 30 odd spins that 20c playing at 70c a spin, that suxs!

Still not heard from customer support. They only have email support as far as I can tell.I neglected to say that you are supposed to get 8 picks in the bonus round as well but it only gave me 4.
Not much chance of hitting 4 of a kind out of 28 tiles with 4 picks!
Do they not test these games or do they leave that upto their customers?
Would still love to hear from anyone else who has played the lucky charm slot.

You get paid according to the number of matching symbols. If you choose 2 of the same symbol, you get 2xbet when betting all lines, if I remember correctly . Three is about 15xbet. I have never picked more than 3. The info link should print the exact payout.

I received ~9 picks. It could have been 8, but it was not 4.

It should be 8.
Did it light up the correct symbols on the right hand side?
It is a major bug because it is not just a graphical glitch but one that has a negative effect on reported payout.ie only 4 picks gives you no chance.

Guess you mean jurrasic cash. Wow those cartoonish graphics are really cool! Especially the dinos munching plants..lol
My interpretation is that the free spins is like a bonus round and as the paytable shows, the bounty payout is 1x with 3 egg scatter symbols. So I'd say that all 15 spins count towards the 1x payout. I don't think it matters that you got the 4 eggs within those 15 spins. Only after the 15 free spins round is over, and you place a bet again, then get 4 eggs would it trigger another bonus round, with 25 free spins, 20x bounty.
Make sense? the imperial casino game rules:

I'd be curious what CS says though..keep us informed.

Yeah that is what I assume but it does not say that in the rules so I do'nt know what to think and that is my point.
I am currently in contact with them as they are investigating the bug I reported and I will mention this to them when they reply.I very much doubt they will tell me I should have recieved the full bounty and it is another bug though:what:

I have requested an update on the situation once more.
Here is their original response along with my request for an update on the issue.

I reported an irregularity in the bonus round of your Lucky Charms 1 game on 28.12.06
This bug has a negative impact on any potential winnings as it only allowed me 4 picks instead of 8 also it is erroneous in its graphical representation of the symbols chosen.
In view of the seriousness of this anomaly (ie its affect on payout %) I am surprised that the game is still available to play in your Casino. Does this mean that my experience was an isolated incident or that the code has been patched?
I would appreciate an update on this matter as 3 Days have now past since I contacted you.

Kind regards
xxxxxxxxxx

Rusty, I thought your bug report was interesting, so took a look at the imperial casino software. As you all know, it uses independent Grand Virtual software.
Did you take screen shots of the "bug"?

I tried it in fun mode and triggered the bonus round with 3 red 7's.
As you said there are 28 tiles, but it did give me 8 picks. I picked 4 and still had 4 to go.
I do notice what you mean, the corresponding red lights on the right panel are incorrectly shown.

In the last shot you see 8 tiles chosen (green), then the rest uncover automatically to signal the end of the bonus round. Would the software allow 8 picks offline but limit to 4 picks online?
Hmmm

Thanks Jerrylee for that.
They have contacted me explaining that they are running software checks to see if they can recreate the "bug"
It is exactly the same software in fun mode so that should not make a difference.
I do'nt know how irregular the "only 4 picks" anomally is but as you can imagine there are a lot of variables involved so it may be a rare occurence.
Does it always light up the wrong symbols?
If so it would seem these bugs may be unrelated.
I tried to take screenshots but my pc wont have it :( alt+printsreen right?
This in an edit>I have just tried it in fun mode and I got the full 8 picks although the symbols are still all mixed up.This is a little surprising as it means that this bug is constant and has remained uncorrected since I advised Imperial Casino there was a problem.
However I will wait until they contact me again and see what they have to say before making any judgement. I just hope they do'nt try to pretend that the issue of only 4 picks does not exist or say that the bug can not be recreated as it can only be a software problem.

UPDATE

Hi,
I have heard back from Imperial customer support and they have credited my bonus account for apparently reporting this bug to them.
I am happy with that and in general with their customer support but I am slightly worried that they have not acknowledged that I only recieved 4 picks instead of 8.
They also concluded that the graphical misrepresentation of the symbols was a display error but as has been posted this error seems ever-present and appears not to have been corrected yet.
In summary I would say that Imperial Casino is a safe place to wager but would avoid the Lucky Charms slot just in case.
