WTH.. This is some shady ass stuff for sure!!!
Looked liked they removed all microgaming, betsoft, and net entertainment games. Now they only have what I believe are jackpot logic games but I really am not sure.
Anyone know what's going on with them?
LOL Major red flag. No legit casino would infringe a trademark owned by WMS. I'm sure the IP lawyers of WMS would be keen to see this.
Nope. Fixed that.Well, it safe to say that they are no longer "good to go". Are they still pending a BBF?

He's still here. He told me he'd get back to me when he finds out what happened. Apparently he didn't get the memo that there would be a change. Also, what happened to Dino?
That's up to the IP lawyers. There are many instances of the term "Zeus" trademarked. "Great Zeus" has a TM, and I believe so does Zeus II and III. If people are being confused between the trademarked slot game and the copy, then you run into problems. If you are running a legitimate business, that is a problem from which you want to steer far away.Well I'm no expert by any means, but isn't Zeus in the public domain and therefore cannot be trademarked?
WMS have hundreds of trademarks but Zeus is not one of them. Any company should be allowed to create a Zeus slot machine or game so long as they use their own artwork to depict Zeus.
I thought they might have some WMS games as I see they have a slot named Zeus. But I guess Hawk games are not so original with their names..
One of the licensees, Play8Gaming.com was featured on the stand, along with some impressive examples of Jackpot Logic?s games expertise such as Dragon's Realm, Jackpot Artist, Blackbeard's Bounty, Superstrike and Disco Dash. Its latest game is titled Krugers Millions which is actually 20 games in one, depending on which characters the player chooses. Based on the mythical buried treasure of a former president of South Africa, the game has an international appeal with its quirky characters and absorbing game play.

Decided to try out the 'New' Club Gold and I must say... I've had a pretty good experience.
Took them up on their $20 No Deposit offer to try out these 'Hawk' games.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but actually ended up having a lot of fun! Turned the $20 bonus into $500+ in less than an hour,
met wagering and this converted to $40 in real funds.
Games were entertaining, plenty of features, and lots of play time. I honestly had more fun playing these games than the usual Netent/Microgaming fare I'm used to.
Had to deposit $10 to withdraw the $40 back to my card... then ended up turning that $10 into $250,
so total withdrawal was $290 from a $10 deposit
My favorite games were:
King Tut's Tomb
The Dragon Castle
Barnstormer Bucks
I asked them for more info on their games provider, and was given this link: Outdated URL (Invalid) Anyone heard of
'Habanero Systems?
Pros:
Very fast games, no lag experienced at all.
Dancing 'Can-Can girls' appear when you win a feature in most of their slots.. Amazing! (see screenshot).
Lots of feature triggers/retriggers on all the games I tried.
Decent enough graphics, and all games are reasonably unique (not clones of each other).
Lots of little entertaining animations in the games.
Live chat was good.. quick to reply and seemed knowledgable.
They have a game called 'Bikini Beach'! Nuff said.
Cons:
Limited slot selection (although apparently they are getting more soon)
Not as 'dazzling' as my usual Netent/Microgaming slots
2 day withdrawal time... not the best, but certainly not the worst.

Now, let's see if they pay . Will update once I receive the funds. If all goes well, I might be playing here again in the near future.

Everything you rattled down sounds like you are advertising for the casino.
How come he keeps sending promotional stuff if he doesn't have a clue of what's going on? Are they spamming the players and signing his name at the bottom of the emails? Is he even still employed?
I don't get why someone would take over a legitimate site with legitimate repeat customers and decide to go rogue. Half joke, half serious, but should someone check their offices and make sure they're not all locked in the janitor's closet due to some type of hostage/ takeover bid?
Does this whole business sound like a major hijack job to anyone else or is it just me? Possibly a forced management change but given the tactics -- the continued use of staff names, etc -- I wonder if this wasn't simply full-scale theft of site control. IMO we've seen enough hard-core black-hat stuff in the last couple years to make that a feasible scenario.
