I opened an account at my bet as I only ever really play book of ra or lord of the ocean as these are the only slots that I have any success on. Made a small deposit and played it through. Forgot about the place until a few months later and returned to play the other day to find my account had been locked! I contacted the support this is there response:

what a joke, most casinos bombard new players with bonuses to keep them active. I really do hope this casino go's bust!

Insofar as you have not used your account for a period of 12 consecutive
months to place bets with real money or used real money to play Poker or Casino, your account shall be rendered inactive (“inactive account”). We shall
charge an administrative fee of €5 per month for inactive accounts, beginning
at the end of the first month of the account being rendered inactive. This fee
shall only be charged until either (i) the inactive account records a positive
balance or (ii) the account is reactivated by making a transaction with real
money.

Dear all, l would like to comment several issues mentioned here. First of all, sorry for the delay. The emails from Casinomeister were blocked so only after logging in we saw the posts. Fixed this now. Sorry again.

Here is the story of the UK market: Mybet blocked UK players since we don’t offer Sportsbook in the UK market. This is purely a business decision, nothing to do with legal situation or casino software provider. Casino was never an issue in UK for mybet, however it was technically not possible to offer Casino only in a specific country. Since our last software release we can adjust products by markets so players from UK can now play Casino (Chartwell including Novomatic) and Games (Netent Casino). At the moment the UK Market is running “in beta mode” but will be officially published to all affiliates along with a new version of T&Cs.

Greetings,
mybet Casino & Games Team

They have been removed from Accredited section, here is the thread, if you want to read it.

Interesting.....this is twice now your accounts have been locked by the cashiers department at an online casino. I recall something about chargebacks or something....??

Correct me if I'm wrong.

No that was sorted it was with stargames they paid out in the end and my account was NOT locked there!! they just were taking over 4 months to pay out which they do to everyone on their first credit card deposit due to the charge back risk. If you are going to post suggestive comments like that about people I would advise that your memory needs to be working a bit better than it is today!

If they do not accept uk players then why do they let you open an account and make a deposit? its not like I was hiding where I was from. Bet if I won a bit they would of voided my winnings and stated I was in violation of the t&c's! Im sorry but im not one for reading all that garbage not enough hours in the day. Is too much to ask for a straight forward set up? I don't use deposit bonuses, I only ever play no deposit bonuses. It is this simple deposit lose no problem, deposit win pay the money in a reasonable time frame....... its not rocket science.

Your other complaint with star games involved them waiting because there was a chargeback risk with YOUR card....not credit cards in general. It is NOT their policy to make everyone who uses a credit card wait 4 months to stop them charging back.

Add that to Mybet who closed your account "per the PAYMENTS team", and a picture begins to emerge.

Once could be a misunderstanding, twice tells a story.

People don't have their accounts locked for no reason.

well im sorry but if you would like to search for stargames non payment due to a charge back risk I think you will find multiple cases of this reported across the net. Also that situation was resolved and I gave them another chance and have since withdrawn without incident. I have a fantastic relationship with all the reputable casinos willhill, ladbrokes, paddypower, sky never had an incident with them what so ever, so what ever you are trying to imply about my account with these two companies you are wrong!!!

You know what I did put up something showing my gaming records to prove how much im online and that im not a casino abuser but you know what, I don't have to prove myself to anyone I couldn't care less what you think about my accounts all I posted this feed for was to make other people aware of my situation at mybet. I benefit nothing from this other than maybe someone adding a bit of clarity as to why this may of happened. I have taken the time out of my day to compose this feed . I wont bother wasting my time in future. Good on ya sport you just lost casinomeister a member!

If you've had more than one issue, it might be worth asking one of the casinos you do play and have a good relationship with if there is something with your card that would cause issues?

It might even be a credit back to your card that was not coded correctly, or a chargeback for a non-gambling related purchase, e.g. non-received goods from ebay or something.

It's not beyond possibility that you have been a victim of some form of identity theft. I'd try to follow it up if I were the OP. I don't think MyBet will be helpful, try one of the casinos that is satisfied with your card. They may have seen the same flag and decided it was fine after further investigation.

i have never done a charge back in my life, I didnt even realise it existed until they mentioned it!!!

It's kinda like a girl that you dated and ditched, then called up a year later
and she didn't wanna have anything to do with you anymore. Move on man.
The email stated that they don't want you opening up anymore new accounts
with them and to basically back-off.

As you stated, you have a fantastic relationship with other casinos, but in this case,
MyBet doesn't want to have anything to do with you or your money. Casinos LOVE money,
but MyBet doesn't want yours. There HAS to me a reason on their part. As the Mafioso Italians
would put it, "Ay forget about it".

your not wrong i really couldn't give a toss about mybet would be nice to know why though then I could make sure what ever happened there is rectified

ill tell you one thing if you play with the same name as on forums watch what you say its come to my attention that online casino's scour the forums about loose talk concerning them [all of them ] so as the ww2 guys say loose lips sink ships :D

The casinos that I like I only ever have good things to say about. They are all transparent you get what you pay for, a bit of fun and the occasional nice win. No nonsense, account locking delays in payments none of it! It is only when I try new casinos I get any hassle in future im just going to stick with my trusted few. and anyway no I do not use this name in that particular casino.

feedback from mybet side:

If the user ironlung69 is used the same username at mybet, then I would be happy to clarify the issue. The deposit was made by Paypal on 16.6.2012 and was used in Casino for Novomatic Games (the relation to Stargames, the alternative Novomatic provider, matches). User ironlung69 spent the 40€ on the same day in Book of Ra and had zero in his balance by the end of the day on the 16.06.2012. This means that no charges for dormant accounts could be applied. The account was closed on 15.2.2013 upon players request, pls see the original email:

i would like you to close my account, due to the treatment of my friend who plays here moff26 and also a lot of bad reports I have read about your site since his miss treatment. I do not wish to do any business with a company like yours, I do not trust you with my money. I would also like to state If my account were inactive for a period of 12 months and you started charging me £5 a month as stated in your t&c's you could whistle for that money. You would have more chance of winning the lottery than seeing a penny of it! I wish your casino bad fortune and hope you go down in a ball of flames fuckyou very much.

There are no other records of correspondence with this player.

Further I would like to clarify the situation for UK: since May 2012 we accept UK players. UK players can play Casino (Amaya) and Games (Net Entertainment) but will not have access to mybet Sportsbook or Poker.

Kind regards,

mybet Team

Wow. So adult.

Says a lot about a person IMO.

...I wish your casino bad fortune and hope you go down in a ball of flames fuckyou very much.
What an immature cowardly way to deal with a problem. These are the players I really have issues with. From this year's awards:

Fourth Point of Contact Award 2012
The "fourth point of contact" is US paratrooper lingo for the fourth point of your body as it hits the ground during a parachute landing fall. In other words, it's yer ass. This award is given to a person whose head is so far up their "fourth point of contact" that the bulge in his neck is his nose...

This year's award is a group award - and it's well deserved. The recipients are those who hide behind their anonymity to verbally attack and abuse customer service representatives (or anyone else for that matter). It's like dealing with misbehaving children - unbelievably, these are adults.

There have been a number of incidents reported this year by operators of abusive treatment of their employees (see The Most Annoying Forum Member). Castigating anyone with profanity - especially people you don't know - is for bottom feeders. You have no idea if the person on the other end is having a bad day, if they're going through the pain of divorce - a loss in the family, death of a friend, or something else equally depressing. The last thing they need is some douchebag having a meltdown because they didn't get a bonus.

Forum trolls are another social-misfit that should be lumped in here as well. Actually, I feel sorry for most of them since they are suffering from some behavioral or mental disease. They probably need a big hug - they'll get one from me once they cure themselves of cranial rectal inversion.

@ironlung69 - does it feel good to tell strangers to fuck off?
