What is a RG-limit ?

Been having probs at redbet since last night cant play casino blue because of the error2 code so mailed support and this is the answer i got
now im even more confused lol
just tried it same prob


The answer I can get about error 2 is the following:

An Error 2 occurs during gameplay :

This could be due to either a

an error response from the operator’s API (In our case, this will in the majority of times mean that the customer has reached one or several of his RG-limits)
timeout between Vanguard and the operator's API (Between Quickfire and us)
timeout between Casino and Vanguard (Between Player and Quickfire)

In other words, if the player does not have a RG-limit set, Error #2 most likely means that there's some problems with the connection.

I can see at your account that you have some RG limits, so this might be why error code 2 occurs.

If you still can't see why the problem is occurring, contact us again and we will investigate it further.

An RG Limit is any kind of daily/weekly/bet limit on any of your accounts.

I can't see how that's causing the Error 2 issue but we're chatting to Microgaming about it now and I've asked support to check what they're telling players (and make it a bit more understandable).

If it is one of our API calls reacting to an RG limit and then showing Code 2 then I think we should probably fix that rather than just telling players that that's what it is ...
