what happened to rizk ?

i want try some new casino . signed up rizk last week . got my account verified. deposited some money. played a little . try to make a withdraw. almost 5 days now . still processing . and the live chat never works . regret deposit too much lol . read this forum good reviews here . anyone knows how long it usually take them to process ?

Pretty long period my average pending time in rizk is about 3 mins.
I guess there is some problem with your request they don't hang withdrawals for days just because they could.
I can't understand how live chat doesn't work? I can see it's online even now. If you use some other language than english ->
change language to english (support.rizk.com/en) so you can get english support they should be online 24/7
