My top 3 Christmas wishes:-
1. USA government to scrap this ridiculous bill & restore full freedom to it's citizens.
2. Players to stop 'abusing' bonuses so casino's can make more generous offers ;)
3. Casinos to stop abusing players with crazy hidden T&C's, 'we reserve the right to do anything we goddamn like with your money', general rogue behaviour and slow payments.

What are your wishes?

Please try to keep answers online casino related!
(There's only one pinababy - you can't all have her  )

Send me your email address and I'll send you a list :D Very kind of you ;)

Ok seriously:

1) An end to Signup Bonuses or all signup bonuses to be credited after wagering is complete
2) RTG to start policing their licencees properly and get the pond life in order
3) White label casinos to be outlawed or subject to strict licensing
4) Software that allows the player to select their own reverse time or turn it off
5) All countries to set up proper regulation for online gambling

...that every answer from support should be related to the question asked by the player.

...that casinos stop telling me that my currency is Euros. I live here, I think I know what my own currency is...

...US PLAYERS BACK AT THE POKER TABLES!!!!

1. USA players allowed back (I am dying to try some casinos that don't accept me)

2. Bonuses that you can actually make the playthrough. (for a low roller, it's very difficult to make a playthrough of 30x)

3. Casinos that will allow us to withdraw immediately, without 24-48 hours of waiting, they took my money right away, so let me withdraw it right away.

And one that wont come true..........(the others might)........Gaming Club to give me a Christmas bonus.

I think you've just about nailed it with the above, KK - good post that is encouraging solid input for the operators.

1)Bonuses should take the following format only;

Lose your deposit and recieve x% of deposit as bonus WR should be standardised throughout industry. This makes the bonus "Un-abusable",fair and easy to understand for both parties.
If any Rep here can give me a good answer as to why this should not be the case then I would love to hear from them.

2)A reference to a responsible watchdog site on all Casino home pages.(It is just a wish)

3) tennis balls to stop wearing Ladies underwear, thi forum is'nt big enough for the both of us :p

Nice thread

1) I want MG to cut back on releasing 'new' games and work on their software and on releasing really 'new' games not just old games re skinned-- along with making it less formidable a task to download said new games.

2) I want faster cashouts. A solid, reputable casino should be able to kill that stupid 'mandatory' "let's wait and see if you'll reverse it lose it all" 24-48 hr wait we see at so many casinos.

3) I want casinos to value their regular, loyal players.

4) (This one is really out there in fantasy land) I want to be able to win at RTG casinos again. At the very least, I'd like for my money to last longer than 5 -10 minutes.

5) I want UIGEA to go away, and my fav casinos to welcome USA players again.

I would like independent checks on the fairness of the games. Most ive played seem totally fair but one or two places I would swear are not!!

And also a xmas bonus of $10000 with a 1x play through, from each casino I play at :D

1. Worldwide licencing and regulation of online gaming
2. Central clearing house for player ID, so ID only has to be submitted once
3. Clear choice of bonus/no bonus and the wagering requirements before depositing
4. More emphasis on loyalty bonuses (true comps)
5. Bryan throwing a huge party in Vegas

1) regulation of casinos and US players allowed at all sites
2) faster payment from casinos
3) better detection of bonus abuse/fraud from players and casinos

1) Casino customer support staff to finally treat us like 'adults'.

2) In the Casinomeister forum it would be nice to see that when a particular person posts, there is some text or a banner next to their username stating that they are primarily either a player, affiliate, or casino staff.

3) A strictly player only section of the forum.

4) Invites for days/weekends away at casino call centres or HQ, especially for the dedicated and loyal player. I would love to have a look around at an online casino's office - to see how they operate etc.

5) Father Christmas to come down my chimney with a big bag of free chips!

I have no idea what are you talking about. I admire your good will towards US citizens, but....... I just want a pony!!!

...wait I'm a male and I'm straight so.... Lamborghini or at least a Porsche.

And of course we musn't forget - World Peace!

Well, I thought people carried "webmaster" under their name? That used to be policy anyway, I am guilty of not paying attention.

What'ya gonna do with all the players who decided to put up a site with info they thought was lacking online? They don't get to be players anymore? How are you going to draw the line, by how much time is spent on each activity? I would bet a lot of players turned webmasters spend more time playing than a lot of "pure" players.

Seeing as Christmas is done, how about what I'd like to see in the New Year?

1) For posters to actually read the forum rules, and learn that there is a whole big section dedicated to casino managers/contacts, with direct links to Private Messages. Imagine that!!!

2) For players to actually read terms and conditions when they sign up and accept a bonus. Don't play disallowed games and then scream foul when you don't get paid.

3) For players to open their casino accounts in the currency of the country in which they reside. If you live in the UK, use British pounds. If you live anywhere else.....DON'T!!! This is the simplest rule of all. If I go to the store to make a purchase, I don't stop at the bank and change my Canadian dollars to US, then buy what I need. I pay with my own currency. DUH!!

4) For shady casinos to clean up their acts or get out of business!!

5) For all unscrupulous webmasters to do a little research, and maybe grow a conscience...and stop promoting rogue, "clip joints".

This would be a start...well, that and the US Government growing a brain.

I'd alter that one and say for all players taking a bonusto...etc etc. I play in $ mostly as I get more play for my £ :) But clearly it's used by some to try and eek more from a casino bonus which I agree seems wrong. Although the casinos should make it a Term of play if they feel it's a problem for them.

OK..I'll add a player one for the New Year. Lose the bitterness. If you don't like a casino, don't play there. Sure have a moan, and it's important that casinos are bought to task over issues that really are issues, but just don't post the same old gripe over and over and over again.

Plus, the poster will get far more attention being adult about it. It's like getting a role in a soap opera then no-one wants you for any other roles because of your image :D Posts I typically ignore these days are called things like "Casino XXX stole my money" or "Casino XXX is rogue" Or let's rephrase that: "I didn't bother to read the T&C's" or "I went on a losing streak and can't handle it"

I know everyone's different, casinos are far from perfect, and it takes all sorts which can be a good thing, but one of the strengths of this forum is that many casino reps post/respond here and that is largely because some/most people know how to handle problem solving and "negotiation" with some degree of mutual respect for the other parties involved. Bitterness, slanging and personal attacks achieve nothing positive and the sooner unconstructive people who do that are pushed out of the picture the better IMO.

Hey...it's true! I AM the Christmas grinch :eek2:

Awesome post Simmo!! I couldn't have said it better myself. I don't wear rose coloured glasses, and I know there are going to be legitimate problems from time to time. But if people just keep on attacking reputable casinos, and acting like spoiled kids having a tantrum...the day will come when casino reps will bow out of this forum entirely. I'm not sure some people realize what a valuable resource it is to have a direct line to management. Maybe they'll realize it when it's gone.

Huh! I thought Ronald Macdonald went over to your place and placed a bag of CHIPS at your doorstep.
