For me

RTP - open and transparent. I will add it is the level of RTP that is important as well. These joke sites offering PnG games at 91% (or Worse) should be castigated and thrown to the lions.

I might be tempted to add payout time scale consistency. I play on Mr Green as it offers best RTPS (to my knowledge anyway) and my payouts - Although they charge for the privilege - are confirmed and processed within seconds - and you are never faced with the waiting games many other sites live for. For some sites one day a £100 withdrawal takes 4 hours, yet a similar withdrawal two days later takes three days - why? Less game choice... but IMO far outweighed by the positives.

• Strength of Licencing - No teeth. Would also like to see Governments stepping in to prevent gambling to non-native-licenced outfits

SOWs will be covered separately in the reviews - I'm trying to keep the top most important things universal since SOW doesn't apply to everyone.

What surprises me is that only 15% of players care about withdrawal limits. What if you win a lot and then you realize the casino only pays out €500 daily? Or if you play with a deposit of €2000, it takes four separate days to even get your deposit, not talking about the winnings. Ideally I want absolutely no withdrawal limits. But I agree with others about payout speed importance, it's really annoying to see a two day waiting period in casinos, then two extra days of checking before processing and then another 2-3 days waiting for it to arrive - with weekends this can take even 10 days with some casinos. Then when I play in my country online casinos, I can have the withdrawal in my bank account in literally two (2) hours since I click withdraw.
