bump, just wondering Pirate, did Delanos ever pay you??

I think Delanos "settled" with the Pirate, thus I don't think he will be able to respond. Shame on Delanos for having to settle for an amount as small as $100k, which isn't THAT much for an online casino. I would assume Pirate would have even been reasonable and willing to arrange some type of periodic payments over a year or two for the full amount. I am staying far away from this place.

What I'm sure about is that they didn't pay him in full and that's a good enough reason for me to stay away from those shit hole of places.What if he had lost 1.3M Would they let him pay a portion of it?

I can only hazard to guess, but my guess is Delanos paid the Pirate $50k out of the $100k they owed him. It is also my best guess that the sale of Hamptons netted Pirate $200k or so. I don't think RTG paid anything. Therefore, according to my guesses, Pirate only got $250k when he should have gotten $1.4 million. As I said somewhere earlier, I hope Pirate got at least $500k, but my gut tells me it is closer to $250k. What a real shame.

Perhaps RTG should have mandated that Hamptons turn their casino over to the Pirate himself. After all, he won it fair and square, and only by owning the casino could he eventually get all that was supposed to be coming to him.
