He does not erase anything, someone from bitdice is deleting negative comments but nobody knows who that person is.

I'm certainly going to suggest BitDice getting warnings or/and rogue status here. Personally, I gave my best to get in touch with anyone from there, but this casino simply doesn't seem to be responding to anyone anymore.

Please file a Player Arbitration request with us ASAP. That will kick off a formal process that will either result in your issue being resolved or -- more likely perhaps given the casino people seem to be AWOL -- an official Casinomeister Warning.

You're banging on about this as if we've been telling people this is a great place to play. Since when? The review was updated to show things had gone to hell, the casino was downgraded, Jelena was trying to help people and having no luck as early as late January and she posted here (Feb 3) that they had become unresponsive, etc.

Contrary to what you say that is pretty much the "investigate and give us a reliable answer" you say you and other readers have been asking for. Yeah, sure, the casino has turned out to be , it happens, but we haven't been promoting them so how exactly is it that we are to blame?

That said, I reckon we could have updated this thread's title to reflect the downward spiral. As a matter of fact I'll do that now.

As to the question @BillyGoldblum asked regarding a Baptism by Fire on these guys: the BBF process is for casinos that are trying to become Accredited. That was not the case here, so no BBF.
