Hi Everyone, long time listener first time poster here...

With all your knowledge of withdrawing money, when you are limited to only weekly or monthly maximum withdrawals, is it better to withdraw only the nominated maximum amounts weekly/monthly or should you withdraw everything at once?

Typically if you withdraw it all at once will the remaining balance just keep getting deposited back into the account?

Thanks :D

Yes, do the limit and leave the rest in the account. To prevent you spunking it while you wait for the series of cashouts (which is why they have the limits!) use the responsible gambling facilities - take a 7-day break each time you take the weekly limit out, repeat each withdrawal until completed. Same goes for monthly breaks too.

Hi Megan and welcome to CM :)

Any surplus over the weekly/monthly limit will be returned to your account.

But why would you play at a casino with those limits unless the max./month is very high?

Some casinos offer to increase the limits on request, so you might want to try that avenue.

Hiya,
What's Spunking?
To be honest in the past my withdrawals were below the weekly threshold they set so I never thought about it until now in which I have had a reasonable sized win. I don't think the weekly withdrawal limit is necessarily low or anything I just want to make sure I understand the process better by seeing how others do it. It would be nice if I withdrew the full amount and they just kept paying me weekly automatically but that's never the case is it?

The other thing, after my win (from my own deposit cash) they added a bonus and I couldn't withdraw anything until I called them. I'm just worried they will keep adding bonuses and I won't be able to withdraw. So I'm trying to work out the way that ensures I get my full payout... As long as you don't play any bonuses, you're golden right? Haha

Spunking = playing winnings back before withdrawal is processed.

I know that Videoslots did that for another member here at CM, Jasminebed, after she had won a sizeable amount exceeding the monthly limit. They let her withdraw the total amount to have it gone from her account and then processed it when it was due. So you might want to ask your casino if they can offer that,

That sounds like a very rogue casino where i would never play. They just want to make sure they don't have to pay you.

Totally unacceptable to have them adding a bonus to prevent a withdrawal. They would never get accreditation here at CM. Must be a Playtech or RTG casino, you can name it. At least we can tell you what we know about it.

Normally playing with straight cash should avoid any issues that regularly happen when using bonuses, so yes, it should make your withdrawal straightforward.

That's a pretty good idea. I should ask them :) thanks heaps

Wellllll from what I can tell of this forum and page the casino is considered in high regard and maybe we're rogue listed once or something. All the complaints so far I've read on here have turned out to be the poster was the fraudster, and in fairness the posts from previous years the rep was awesome and my previous withdrawal went through no worries. I dont want to put any names out there in case it impacts my account somehow?

Anyways I'm not here to bitch and complain, just seeing how others do this. If it means I don't play a cent to avoid bonus dramas until the full amount comes out over time, that's fine with me. I was pretty surprised when it happened, lucky I didn't play anything haha.

hi megan

my 5c worth don't reverse, get your money, and dump this casino cause your gonna get burned

come back her pick a nice accredited casino from here and enjoy your playtime instead of wondering will i wont i get paid

Haha I'm stressing but I don't think I need to. I guess I'm still a bit suss on online gaming I guess. Like winning is too good to be true you know? They are accredited :)

understand..... if they were mentioned here on CM then they should have a rep, who you might want to contact to ask for assistance.

Nah I don't want to bug them, I'm just seeing if I need to log in weekly to withdrawal bit by bit or pull it all at once and go back in weekly to withdrawal based on what others do.

personally if there accredited there should be no problems, but sticking in bonuses which you then have to get removed

would be a massive no no with me, also if i am lucky enough to win i want all my money please thank you 5 mins after i withdraw it

video slots anyone ;)

Funnily, VS has a 30K limit/month, which can be raised on request, whether they will do it or not is up to them. They pay fast, very fast though.

Sticking bonuses in on the sly is rogue behavior and i would inform Bryan and Max about it. I am sure they would not accept it from an accredited casino.

I couldn't tell if it was a global bonus or a special bonus for me only though they removed it when I called and then was able to withdraw again. It's my birthday soon, i don't want them to add a birthday bonus or something and I have to go through this again haha

i think i'd somehow manage to live with the stress of waiting for 30k a month :)

i was of course referring to my usual withdrawal of 30 quid a year,

I get an error message, I don't have privilege rights... all good, I'll just wait for a bit

Strange, you don't need any rights to see the rep list.

Does it say: 'service unavailable'? That happens, just open the link again and it should work.

Alternatively, send me a PM with the casino name, I will look then for the rep and send you a link.

Yeah it says 2 reasons potential are: no privilege or waiting for account activation? Along those lines. My account is new as in today registered probably why. I guess they don't want people signing up just to pester reps

Haha I can't even pm people yet

Sorry but then you will have to wait until the mods get out of their hammocks in Europe and do their thing to give you full access.

I am surprised though that your posts are appearing immediately. Initially it was set-up to have the posts moderated at first after registration to avoid the spammers.

Don't give up though, getting your money asap should be your top priority right now. :D

Thanks heaps for all your help and advice, really appreciate it. At least now I know I can ask about the getting it all at once thing...out of curiosity what did the other member have to do? Do you need a good reason for it or just can ask?

Was trying to find the posts about it but it was a few months ago hence not that easy to do.

You can ask anytime to have limits raised, especially after such a win, no other reason needed. Please note that should this be from a progressive jackpot win then you are entitled to have it paid in one lump sum.

In Jasmin's case IIRC they did not pay in one shot but the money was taken from her casino account and the portion over the limit was held (none reversible as well) until the new month when they then paid it. Will alert Jazzy to this thread so she can shed some light, she should be online soon (early evening in Canada now :) )

Ahhh ok so my scenario is that I won a bit through spins then I got free games and won an even bigger amount, so no progressive involved. I just want them to do that, hold it all and pay me automatically so I can just let it do its thing

Naturally casinos want you to play it back. ...but any good one will do their best to assist you. :)

I remember Jazzy was really happy how Videoslots and their CM rep handled her case as she could not reverse any of the withdrawal part that was over the limit and it was paid promptly on the first day of the new month.

I'm sorry I can't recall all the finer details from two months ago. But long story short, they raised my limits (I was and still am VIP) and I was able to withdraw the whole sum ($35K) within a couple of days. Due to time differences, I missed some cut-offs. The monthly limit was 30K, and I'd had a couple of other withdrawals and had maybe 27K available to me.

Different casinos will handle things differently. Best advice is to get in touch with the rep. I've reported the thread so hopefully an mod will increase your privileges.

I've run into max withdrawal limits twice before. Once was with Club World Group, weekly limit of 4K, I won about 5K, just made the max withdrawal and returned the following week to withdraw the rest.

The other was with the old Club Gold (playtech), not to be confused with the dodgy (IMO) Russian company running it now. 5K limit monthly, and I'd already had a withdrawal earlier in the month. I had an 11K withdrawal and that casino processed the whole withdrawal instantly, so it was not in my account anymore. After speaking with the rep, they increased my VIP level to 7.5 K per month, and I had the whole sum one month to the day from winning, with one larger sum upfront and the rest paid 2K weekly. They bumped up the last payment by a bit.

I well recall another member winning $235K. I'm not sure what the final arrangement was, but I know I took it upon myself to contact the rep, and his payments were accelerated so it did not take as many months. I think he got quite a large sum upfront and the rest in installments.

Good spot on the bonus added. If it was an accredited casino, it may have been from some contest or wager race. I know that sometimes that happens to me at 32Red when I have funds in my account, and they are always kind enough to remove it, and then add it back in when I want it.

The advice to take a 7 day break is good to prevent yourself from playing it away between withdrawals.

If you want to post the casino, and I cannot see why it would in any way jeopardize your winnings, especially from an accredited casino, I'd be happy to alert the rep to this thread and I'm sure they would contact you.

Congratulations on your win. Would you care to share how much you won, and what the weekly limits are?

Also ask if you can withdraw additional sums if you use another withdrawal method. Some casinos might limit a withdrawal to ewallet for instance to 2500, but you could also withdraw $2500 by bank wire. It's quite a number of years ago, but I do think this was offered by ClubWorld, but I didn't have the other method they suggested.

Heya thanks for all the additional information :) so I ended up asking and the casino raised my withdrawal limit which is awesome. Thanks for your help :)

That's awesome!! Thanks :) I just didn't know you could even ask to raise the limit so I'm glad I came here and asked. I just contacted the casino directly. The win was around $30k (which I'm over the moon about) I'm not worried that I was going to play it back or anything like that, I just wanted to eliminate the stress of bonuses impacting my ability to withdraw anything. I wasn't sure if it was going to keep happening and I would have to keep contacting them. I'm used to real world slot machines, so when you win you get the whole lot at once and that's it, whereas online there's all these processes and stuff. All good everything is under control :)
