I think the VIP Reps at Videoslots are limited at what they can offer. I didn't appreciate Kenny as he probably was the worst VIP Guy i have dealt with in my entire history online. Made lots of promises, disappeared, came back and claimed he meant other things. I had a few emails with him and i just STOPPED contacting him. I mean would you really want 50 FS on GEMIX for a loss of 2-3k? He pissed me off more than anyone else.

I recall him telling me he would offer me Jack Hammer 2 Free Spins dependent on how much I deposited. I made a few deposits and then he came back the next day and said it was only for the first deposit - Had I known this, I would have made a bigger deposit. But there were tons of incidents with him - I honestly gave up hope.

Videoslots are focused on providing value to those who bring the LEAST value to their business. If you are a high roller, you will be sorely disappointed. I mailed VIP on MONDAY after hearing Kenny was no longer there. Thought that maybe they had a change and it would be different - maybe someone else with a fresh pair of eyes would see things differently. I made quite a few deposits.

Nope - Same old - Took them 2 whole days to respond to my email. This was only AFTER I contacted Live Help (who were of NO help) saying they would email them - I then suggested I would mail VIP them to let them know live help mailed them. :rolleyes: Eventually I elevated it to Dan and i received a reply from Jonathan.

To cut a long story short, these guys will milk you as best they can and offer as little value as they possibly can. They have a couple of guys making sure they piss you off as much as they can whilst they hunt for people to play their free rolls - all in the most pleasant way possible.

Nobody is forcing me to play there - I do so because they pay quickly. I've honestly had enough with them now - Are faster withdrawals worth the really poor experience? I know that some of you had positive experiences - I wont take that away, good on YOU - However, this is my experience and I will vote for it being my WORST experience online thus far - in 14 - 15 years - Well done!

yep I agree with you 100%. I have only ever dealt with Jonathan. And I usually only get some free spins from him like once or twice a year and that is only usually 10-25 spins. And always min bet. But they do let me choose which slot though.

But If you saw my posts in other threads I have been colorful about how bad loyalty is too. And they honestly just do not care what so ever. The thing is they wont improve. The issue of loyalty has been brought up countless times. You either get a Good Run and receive that 'Odd' good return or you settle for the crumbs from your deposits in the week.

Your chances of scoring first place are sometimes 1000 to 1 or more dependent on the amount of players. They throw rewards in the mix like 20 FS here and there on 0.10c for completing achievements.

I cant even say that having masses of players maybe depositing the 20 a week is even beneficial to us as affiliates as they pay the lowest commission on the internet. But in any event, that is up for another discussion.

I have always tried to figure - if VS are not giving back to players or affiliates, then where does the bulk go - I think we can all guess that. Its their prerogative - they are not forced to do anything, but there is not and never has been a TRUE VIP Department at Videoslots.

You have a good VIP deal going there Rachel - I did see that you are adding new games and that is a bonus.

You also need to look at the 500 Threshold. If you do not deposit 500 in a given week, you can't claim cashback. What about when you deposit 2k or 3k in a week and the next week only 300. Thats currently something I don't find attractive about the deal.

Yeah I hear ya, And yes it is well known they dont have a proper VIP department. It is funny that the people we deal with via emails and sometimes phone calls even have the title VIP Manager. lol because there is no loyalty anyway and I never feel like I am being dealt as a VIP either because of the lack of goodwills I receive from them.

Correct, but after dumping thousands in and almost always having crappy play time, the above becomes moot. If anything and IF it ever happens, they will afford the odd player a once off gesture that's a bit more befitting. Then it will be back to square 1. 'I see you have some nice cashback on Friday' - They forget you earned that the previous week and this week you deposited another $1500 ...

These guys are not in the game to keep players at Videoslots. Its a rather sad affair. I have been through Dan, Kenny and now Jonathan. They don't care, they don't offer value and they wont. Their focus is not being a friendly VIP Department. Its making money. Have an EXTENDED session and you might see value... Lose, and you lose ALL Ways.

The only route with Cashback and other perks is to give business to the smaller places like Trada - They listen, they value their player database and they TRY to keep you happy.

Because I have no patience. Quick withdrawals. It's not that they offer anything special. My luck is Probably the worst at Videolsots. I AM the fool who supports places like these. Times change though and you eventually find out that The VIP Managers actually don't have a personal vendetta against you Videoslots just sucks at loyalty. Most of the membership contributes on their experience there so I would be foolish to believe they will change.

You made me curious and made me go have a look - I never bothered to check it in the past.

$3600 in deposits and $81 in cashback earned with $27 in race winnings this month. A Humongous 3% reward.

Withdrawals totaling 1k - A loss of 2.6k which takes my reward just on my losses to a whopping 4.1%. WTG Videoslots :)

The videoslots VIP department is directly responsible for losing players sometimes. I know many people who quit their site because when they lost $10,000 over a month and would ask for a deposit bonus to extend playtime while on a bad run, they would say no and given 50 freespins on some shit slot.

This actually happened to me. Both Kenny and Jonathon may not be to blame though. I think they have to follow a certain design and cannot stray from it. Either way the VIP at videoslots is the worst online by far in my opinion.

Their whole line of thinking is flawed when it comes to their system. Say a person loses $20,000 but along the way they get $500 in cashback and rake race. You keep losing and losing and ask for a bonus of some sort. The reason they say no is because they think you have received enough rewards. This is taken as a huge insult to the player. They think that out of all the loyalty, business alot of deposits and in the end when they ask for a little something to help once and awhile, its a no. Its a slap in the face.

I remember when I lost $9000 on videoslots over a couple months. I asked Kenny for a deposit match. I was told no and he gave me 2x cashback reward on 100 spins. That equals out to a few dozen cents. Like what are you serious?

The other problem with videoslots is they are super arrogant because they are the leading casino. They do not listen to player feedback when it comes to their system. Even though players know best because hello we play at numerous casinos.

I have lost $9000 on other casinos before. I have been given a $500 free chip. Ive been given $1000 freechip with 10x wager. Ive been given freechips, reloads, freespins and sometimes it will continue until they see I get a cashout to make me feel a bit better.

When a player has lost $20,000 in your casino and is super loyal with many deposits a week. The last thing you should do is tell me no every single time and insult them by giving them 2x cash back or 50 freespins on some filthy quickspin slot.

Its all a waste of time discussing this though. Its good to air it and all and vent but is videoslots going to change because of our feedback in regards to vip? No they will not. Why? Because they continue to grow...so when they see those types of results why change anything?

It basically comes down to who you are and what you believe in. If you want to keep feeding the site all the meanwhile hating the treatment. Thats your fault. Or you can stop depositing and go elsewhere.

My total deposits in weeks on videoslots is $20. Usually in this time frame my deposits would be minimum $1000. I have cashed out all of my cashback and all of my rake race. I made sure to take advatage and play all the battles and once my qualification ran out, I cashed out. I didnt spin a cent of cashback etc. I had 20 freespins on quickspin slot the other day won $20 and cashed it out.

Other sites deserve my business. There are some sites that work hard to get players and reward loyalty, I am not going to pump money into a site that simply doesnt care.

It is spread across all players as it is based on the amount wagered. And remember, you are getting the same amount of rewards even if you win and withdraw 100x your deposits.

I average around 9% in returns for my deposits, was 7.8% last year and just over 10% this year. That is just as good as pretty much any other casino since it is all cash money, wager free. This week i deposited $100 from my own money and sit currently at $220 in cashback and about $40 race money. I withdrew $2k this week which puts me back to even for this month, meaning all the cashback, race money and rewards are even on top of my money. Where can you have something like that???

Whoever wants to stretch his/her buck to the most possible has to look at places who offer higher cashback with wagering attached or bonuses. I just hope VS stays as it is! :thumbsup:

I stayed at videoslots for two reasons.
