You need to request the "Casinomeister Signup Bonus" instead of the "signup bonus"

I was told on the 17th of April that the extra bonus amount was being placed into your account. Have you checked on this? Or are you only posting this as a way of ragging on me in public.

It DOES show how poorly informed CS decisions/advice can reflect badly on even the best casinos.
As far as the player was concerned, it was a final reply, it should not have been necessary to have taken this outside of Lasseters CS. The CS should have double checked with ALL special offers based on referral.
When such a bonus is added after rectification of a mistake, it tends to be done, and marked, as a "manual adjustment". An E-mail should then go to the player than an adjustment has been made, it will not say how much and why, this can only be determined by logging on and going to the account and transaction viewer, (or remembering what the balance was, and should be with the extra 50).
It may be that this player did not recognise the increase in balance as the addition of the bonus, and maybe did not see, or get, the adjustment advice, and thus believes that by the beginning of May this is still dragging on.
It would be helpful for giselle to check the account and let us know whether Lasseters have indeed rectified this, and if possible, when they did.
Make sure to check the T & C, especially with regard to the special provisions for Blackjack Play, and making very large wagers with a bonus (WR becomes min of 100x biggest bet)
 
There may have been some miscommunication, but I think that Giselle could have been a little more polite (towards the end and to Bryan).

It is dragging on. Why are you all assuming I did not look in my account? Of couse I checked and it was not added. And why did my reputation power get shot down? I follow instructions to get a bonus and it is not added after a 1 month struggle. Is that not a legitimate complaint? Is that not what this forum is for? Did I forget a secret handshake? You might try playing without a bonus. Anywhere and everywhere. Please be happy. There is no problem. You were credited bonus or you will be credited bonus.

I feel your pain. It sometimes feels likes a struggle. Recently there has been many not so player friendly changes in the industry - unfortunately you were caught in the middle of Playtech/Neteller saga.

It is not that you don't have a valid complaint, it is that this is very unusual for Lasseters. Some members may have felt you went a little overboard with the initial post, and this could have cost you those rep points. This is especially so when a member's first post is an attack on one of the reputable casinos. Had your tale featured an outfit like Crystal Palace, I expect you might have been commended on your restraint, as well as being called a fool for depositing there in the first place.
Since you still cannot find the bonus, ask Lasseters to give you a print of your account transactions, highlighting the addition of the bonus they told Bryan they had added on the 17th. If they can't do this, it will be red faces all round at Lasseters, and I am sure they will come good.
One possibility as to why this has happened is that Lasseters changed software during this time. A few minor things DID go wrong, I found that the account viewer had bugs in it, and if you checked after the change, you would not have seen the addition of the bonus if it had happened under the old software.
I didn't lose any bonuses, but I have a sneaking feeling that some of my outstanding WR got "lost in the system", but I won't trouble them with that:D

Yeah, come one giselle ... apologise for having a completely valid complaint. Especially against one of the "accredited" casinos.

You need to be super cheerful and just make a hint that you have a complaint (whilst always stating its no big deal and casinos are super really)otherwise the likes of pinababy might get the wrong idea and think you are, well, genuinely not happy about it. Thats frowned upon.

Or are you one of these people who, say, dont like it when you appalling service in general?

I'm playing online with the last 'bonus' I'll ever use and it is more to report here if the belle rock pays and plays fair or not, than to get 'leg up'. i have no use for the crap in general.

Indeed, I have been to many a brick and mortar casino, they are differnet animals all together. May i suggest that the next time you go, ask for the manager. All bullsh*t evaporates in a hurry.

Good thinking! You can only take a beating for so long before you wake up and say that this shit just isn't working out. If this is just a case of temporary gambler's remorse.... been there, done that ten thousand times.. then went back after I slept it off. But if it's for good, then have fun in the real world. The pot-o-gold isn't there at the end of the casino rainbow anyway.

And another note: it was me who gave the OP negative rep points because this issue could have been handled differently on her part. It didn't make any differece whatsoever if this was a Casinomeister accredited casino or not.

Giselle: follow up with me next time so I find out what's going on. Posting private email exchanges is not the way to deal with this.

I was told over the weekend that the matter is being resolved. It's really no big deal. Like I said before, the bonus offer is for "Casinomeister Sign Up Bonus" which needs to be stated in the subject field of your email. This way it's sent to the right person. The regular customer rep was not aware of this.

Trust me, it's being handled now.
