Hey,
recently I took a bonus at a casino on my first deposit. After winning some I lost all my money and bonus in a bad luck session. A week or so after that I deposited some money at this casino once again and played for a while. I made some profit and wanted to cash out. However this was denied due to the fact I still had to fulfill the wager for the bonus I received even though I lost all the money on this bonus including deposit. So once again I lost the money because of this stupid wage requirement still to fulfill.
Now my question.. I haven't had this before at about 5-10 other casino's I played earlier. Either I fulfilled the wager without loosing my money in the first place or I lost and the wager was gone when I made my next deposit. So is it normal that wage requirements still apply even after loosing your money?
I want to play at another casino at which I lost my first deposit and bonus. But off course I won't deposit there knowing that once again I still have to fulfill (a large) wage requirement!!
What are your experiences with this?
Tom
