I suggest everyone stay away from these jokers. I saw one of the reps vouch for them on here so gave them a go.

Worst experience of my life.

First they said they would give me a bonus with 40x wager. I deposited and 60x was added and they said sorry they messed up but I must wager 60x.

Was not happy so I played on and made wager and ended with $600 profit.

Verification is nothing but a ploy to frustrate players and tempt them into blowing the winnings back. Which i wont.

They keep wanting more and more documents. I sent them drivers license, front and back of debit card signed, utility bill. Now they want screenshots of my bank that includes name, address, birth date, transfer numbers, account numbers all on ONE page. I told them I dont have a birthday on my bank statement and that for the other stuff they are on two separate pages.

My license obviously shows my birthdate too so these requests are being made when they know they do not exist.

So I sent them one screenshot of account numbers etc and other screenshots of name,address and phone number all showing them bank name URL and date.

And they are refusing to pay me unless I order checks and send them a copy and get a screenshot of my bank with all info on one page.

They also take 24 hours in between to respond. Purposely delaying things.

Completely rogue outfit. I highly suggest everyone steer clear of this group.

Rep did not respond yet although its only need a day and I just keep getting more ridiculous requests from them

Now they want my bank to display my bank card number off my card. No banks do this nor have they ever. They show your bank account number and everything else. And are refusing to pay me unless I provide that now which is absolutely impossible since it just does not exist with banks. Guess I will send them an email and try and explain it the best I can and hope they just stop this

Just wonder why did you play if they told you something what is not correct? If you have promised your wagering is 40x then it's 40x. You have a proof of that I guess. In your email? Rule number one: Never touch your balance if you see something what is not okay

And who said I didnt do any research. I researched them on thepogg and their review isnt horrible just says they need work.

Its not about the wagering really. And I stated they wouldnt change it and I accepted that before playing

The only way anyone would have known that these guys are outrageous to say the least is to win and cashout to experience their process.

They have no idea what they are talking about and just requesting things that just dont even exist in the banking world. Or they do know what they are talking about and are requesting things that cannot be provided in an attempt to not pay.

When i played with the welcome bonus at Voodoodreams earlier this year (april?) all was good.
I finished the wagering and made a withdrawal and got the money to my account (Trustly) after just 1 hour.
Verification was easy also.

Not sure if things have changed now or maybe they have some new untrained CS?
