Please note that this thread is three pages long without having the side of the casino being heard. We can speculate all we want, but please bear in mind that speculation and guessing what happened is only that until the casino side of the equation is taken into consideration.

The OP has already sent a PM to the rep (didn't say when), but heard nothing back. Only TWO DAYS have passed though between the OPs opening post, and this thread reaching the current length.
Taken at face value, the complaint seems to indicate some pretty outrageous casino behaviour, and despite the discussion, the OP has not said much more other than to reply to questions regarding what they might have done.
Since Max will now take a PAB, and the rep is being given a "prod", it might be best to lock this thread for a while to allow the discussion to cool pending a PAB, and open it once a resolution, by whatever means, has been reached.
For the rest of us, an answer is needed, since this case represents a slur on the casino, and WILL be putting off other players whilst it is being taken at face value.
