On June 5, 2012 I hit a random jackpot at Virtual Casino for $4000.00. Immediately after I put in my withdrawal request for an express payment check for $4000. I submitted all the Link Outdated / Removed documents and was told to wait for an approval which is generally takes 7-10 days. On June 22 I was finally notified that my winnings would be sent in two payments . The first for $1969.00 and the second for $2000.00. it is going to take 10 to 20 business days before the first will be sent out and the second is going to take at least 10 to 20 more business days after I receive the first. I feel this is an unreasonably long time to wait. Their website states 7-10 days for processing and now I'm told 10-20 days on top of the more than 2 weeks I have already been waiting.

Thank you for the information, remember that our withdrawals takes 10-20 business days from the approval date to be sent. Once you receive the check all you need to do is to deposit it into your bank account.

You might get paid or you might not. If you don't, you have absolutely no recourse to claim your winnings.
 
Hi Nicole and welcome to the forum.

You wont be earning much sympathy here as in this forum Virtual is the most-hated casino amongst them all and possibly the roguest. Time and again they were given chances to redeem themselves but they continue to screw players again and again.

Usually they dont pay players once the cashouts reach 4-figure sums but possibly this has changed if they cannot find even a minor fault in your play. Iunderstand that even if they pay it will take at least 30-40 business days and on this they are consistent.

So, if they do pay you, run for the hills and dont return. You wont be so lucky next time. I guarantee it. Meanwhile, if you like RTG games check the accredited list on the main page. Slotocash/Desert Nights are going strong and they pay in 24-48 hours if you use e-wallets. For cheque/bank transfers it only takes3-5 business days from what I heard. You can also try the Jackpot Capital group which consists of 4 different casinos or even Inetbet(which I personally dislike). They pay quickly too.
 
Agree with Nifty and chuchu. IF you don't get paid, your only option is RTG:s dispute system.

InetBet, Sloto and Desert Night will pay you really fast. Jackpot Capital/Slotastic/Grande Vegas/Intertops are much slower. They will pay you, but they have chosen to keep the players money a while longer hoping for the player to lose them back. :rolleyes:
