Fansbet Balance Confiscation Help

Hi

Last weekend I deposited £1,000 with Fansbet. They have a promotion where they give back a bonus of 2% of anything bet on Sports up to £300 (as in the total bonus to be given out is £300). You trigger the bonus by clicking on a drop down box when you depsoit.

Anyway some of the bets I made won and some lost and when I’d made the full number of bets to get the full £300 I made a withdrawal of £1,360. After some delay with the processing of the withdrawal, I noticed that the withdrawal was cancelled so I queried this and got back an email stating the following:

“Please notice the winnings were confiscated due to cashback bonus abuse on discretion of the Payments department. The balance was adjusted with - 1,363.36 GBP due to betting below the minimum odds. Hence, withdrawal was cancelled and the balance confiscated as such behaviour is against the terms.

You may see the terms regarding the cashback offer here or under Promotions page on the site. Please see below the terms a point on our general terms and conditions concerning this rule.

We do apologise the case, but do must refer to the terms concerning the matter as it can't be changed for one player. Now I think it is entirely unfair that they can add a bonus and that confiscate every penny in my account at the time. If the bonus was for £300 then the balance that was min should be £1,060 which I do not think they should be able to help themselves to.

Their terms and conditions seem totally unfair that they can just take everything in the .

Immediately raise this with an ADR. I believe they use IBAS. Be factual on it.

These scumbags did very similar to me before and I won my case and Lucky Casino were reported to the UKGC by IBAS for predatory terms. Same disgraceful company, different guise now. Amazed this company got a licence.

I tried going through IBAS with my case all that time back - they weren't interested as they said it was a UKGC matter. I did take it to the UKGC, they acted on the information given and I got paid out in full. Big thumbs up to them for having clout on this!

They can do that on occasion if it's a very obvious licence terms failure. Good that you got it back. This organisation needs banned, 100% rogue.

Why are they blaming me. When you make a withdrawal you a responsible and I made 96 withdrawals none where processed over 5 days wait as well. Can't they see withdrawals even after one withdrawal even after 2 but 96 times I made withdrawal from 1000 to 200 to 100 and none in one month Dec to Jan.
