I cashed out 487$ at Viploungecasino two weeks ago. I was paid only 100$. The rest is not going to be paid by the casino because, they say, the players from my country are not allowed to play there. But... First,
i was allowed to register (and the name of my country was there in the drop menu when i made a registration). Second, they let me to depost, redeem the bonus coupon and to claim the bonus. Thirdly, two friends of mine
who played at this casino before me and who live at the same city i live- they lost their deposits at that casino and that was ok for the casino: none of them received their deposit back. Only i did, because i won there some money. I wrote to the casino and ,please, read they answer and comment it.

First email from the casino:

Dear I. S. O.,

Thank you for contacting the VIP Lounge Casino.

We do apologize for the inconvinience but, Turkey has been added to the list of not allowed countries in the VIP Lounge Casino site. The reason why you just recieved $100 is because we have refunded your initial $100 depoist. We are sending your money back. Mistakenly the system did not recognize your deposit coming from a banned country.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

I didn't agree with them and sent another email asking them why my 2 friends were not refunded their lost deposits and only i was. And here is the second reply which is disgusting in my opinion:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting the VIP Lounge Casino.

We are following the rules. If you win we'll make shure to refund your deposit amount. If you loose we can't refund anything, there's no money to do that. As simply as this.

We did that with you. We are not going to pay any winnings to someone in a restricted country.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

It looks like i got into the trap with this casino. Because it took me half an hour to find a rule saying players from my country are not allowed there. There is a big list of other countries there and people from those
country may fall into the same trap as i did. They will play there and if they lose- they lose. If they win- they, actually, don't win.
That is a fascizm . Viplounge casino want make the fools from my country and my people?

I don't see what it has to do with 'fascizm', but it is clearly an underhanded trick they have devised to steal money from players and they should be rogued.

As far as the CSR's retort "If you win we'll make shure to refund your deposit amount. If you loose we can't refund anything, there's no money to do that. As simply as this."

Do you have the email with the full headers (EG can you post the email intact)?.

I'm not doubting what your saying or posted here, but, for correctness of facts it's, especially in this matter, I think you need to post full email response showing the email addresses and so forth.

IMO VIP should be rogued if they have not refunded these 2 other players.

Edit: What is with RTG casinos, on an average they seem to attract a dodgy lot, like fly paper to flies.

Right or Not?

This looks pretty bad for the casino, however, what is up with the CS. First they address the player as "Dear I S O" (Should this be Is O), but secondly just "Dear Customer". They admit that accepting the deposit was a mistake on their part, therefore, winnings SHOULD be paid. They should not be holding players to a higher standard than themselves in regard to the consequences of their mistake. Thirdly, there IS money available to refund the deposits of other players as the WAGERS WERE VOID as the casino never seems to have intended to pay any winnings.

If they have a rep here, they should check their support records for the above ticket reference and see what is going on. If they are rogue, they are incompetent rogues, a good rogue would never have sent that damning reply to "dear customer" about different treatment of losing and winning wagers.

Turkey is only one of a number of countries insulted by the attitude of casinos, and if or when the USA market dries up they will come to regret this!
(I notice many casinos are not waiting for the laws, but are banning US players already).

Way to many spelling errors in that email in my opinon. I received 2 host letters and the spelling, grammer , perfect. The letters were addressed to my full name, not Dear customer. Something is not right.
Im sorry to say I dont think you don't have a leg to stand on because the t&cs stated Turkey was banned.
If your friends want to post complaints they should do it themselves, Im not a big fan of second hand information, especially if it influences others in their decisions and there is no concrete evidence to support their claim. Thats not fair to the casino or us. :)

Just a little of bit off topic but this is classic - 3 spelling errors in the quote above:

shure vs sure
loose vs lose
As simply as vs as simple as

Hatemg, its not off topic! It was one of my points I was typing while you were typing! lol
Also, because I am a us player, the first thing I did was check to see if I could play. Because Turkey is so widely banned (and us soon) it seems strange that this poster didnt check first before playing. Being a newbie Im sure was the reason for that mistake.
This 2nd email he posted just dosnt fit the image they are trying to convey. Just my personal opinion.:)

VIP BAD,BAD,BAD!!!

 I ALSO HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CASINO! first when i tried to redeem the $50 no deposit bonus,i was told by c.s. that some person that i never heard of registered from my computer! when i finally got that straightened out,i played tne w.r. then tried to make a withdraw, they sent me an e-mail saying that because i tried to cash out without making a deposit, they considered me a bonus abuser! they locked my account and boy am i glad!!!i wouldn't trust these guys as far as i can throw them!just a heads up out there!

From my experience with the online casinos it goes like that: if the casino doesnt want the players from ,for example, Turkey then they don't let you to register. I tried to register at Fortuneroom casino- no way. They don't accept players from Turkey and they don't let us to register. So, no problem. The same is with RTG casinos like Cirrus or Shark, i was blocked at the moment of registration. But here at Vip Lounge casino i was allowed to register, deposit, claim bonus, play. I was not allowed to win. And what if i lose? No problems, dear customer.

I agree. I couldn't judge a casino based on your complaint. You got your money back, but claim some other players did not. If they don't feel it is worth posting, then it is not worth considering.

You will have to learn from experience then. Just because some casinos blocked you at the point of registration does not necessarily mean the others could/would do the same. What you should do now is to convince your friends to post their experiences ie they are also from Turkey, lost their deposits but were not refunded. The casino cannot have it both ways. Furthermore, if they need a deposit before players can cashout from a no-deposit chip either they write them down in their Ts and Cs or pay up. You cant call them a bonus abuser if you gave them the free chip unconditionally.

Specially for you, frufrugirl, a screenshot of Vip Lounge email to me.

Nice. That is certainly their stance. However, we still need real players to tell us they have been screwed by these so-called rules. Cant you ask them to post. Its their money so they should be concerned. Maybe if you are successful and wins the argument one way or the other you could split your friend's returned deposit or better still, he could share your winnings if you are lucky enough to get them.

I would go straight to Montana with this one - refunding winners but not losers from a "blocked" country is definitely not acceptable.

Looks like another RTG headed straight down the tubes.

Thank you for the screen shot. It certainly looks legit. And sounds crazy. Someone needs to get spanked. I would send that one off to the manager and complain that it dosnt match the image they are trying to convey regardless of what you may have said to them in your email! I agree Montana might want to see that email too!
It still dosnt change the fact that you didnt check the t&c's, played and got caught. You mentioned the other Casinos that "blocked you", why didnt you check the t&c's of this casino before you deposited at VipL? You were lucky that you got your money back. I certainly had no problem finding the restricted page, heck, its the best marked country restriction page ive come across - go to website, go to bottom page, click rules and there it is, a huge section at the bottom.
As for your friends, I agree with chuchu - they need to tell their story if they feel they have been wronged, or CasinoM can look into it and find out why they didnt get their money back.
As for the Livvyspappy-I can't say what happened to you because I didnt get that offer. Chuchu, you played it didnt you? Was it emailed to you or snailmailed? I wasnt allowed to play the code and could not find any reference to it. If Im correct, email offers may have special terms and conditions. Did this one Chuchu?:)

I hope your buddies will post proof they did not get their deposits back. If it is true VIP lounge should be immediately rogued.

I have no doubt this goes on alot and not just with this outfit.

I found the code in Online Gambling Forums. Oops, better be silent otherwise JS will kill me. Unlike MG or Playtech NDs, I didnt bother to check on the terms before I started playing because it is almost certain that you wont be able to cashout bar a few exceptions. It was the thrill of playing for real money and the joy of slugging it out with the casino if I won big. Haha!

*about the free $50 to try them out...typical 15x rollover..2x max cash out of chip..and you need to make a deposit of atleast $50 to show "good faith" and that you are not a bonus abuser..

He found the t&c's somewhere!

Sorry, all. I haven't had the chance to review this thread, but in fairness, the operators have sent me this email to be posted:

In regards to the email that was sent by my representative Silvia... Yes, that was a poorly written email. She is one of our newest recruits, currently under training, and has been reprimanded, not only for the total lack of care in the grammar but also for the horrible way in which the information was forwarded to the player. I would like to make a public apology to all players who have read this email on behalf of the VIP Lounge Casino. This is not the way that we respond to players and it will not happen again.

The issues with this player are as follows:

1. Turkey was banned from playing with real money in our casino on Sept. 10th. The player to start this post was somehow able to open an account and make a deposit after the ban took place and when we caught it, we refunded his deposit.

2. In regards to his friends, we do not know which accounts he is referring to. All players to have deposited after the ban took place have been refunded. There have been players who deposited before the ban took place that we paid winnings. I have listed their accounts below...

Turkey was not banned because we are "fascists", but rather because Turkey has a reputation for fraudulent activity in the online gaming industry. This was not done as an attack on Turkey, but rather as a protection for us. I would also like to point out that we believe that all of the accounts above belong to a group of players using our 200% Signup Bonus only. We do not believe it to be a coincidence that all players from Turkey only made one deposit, all redeemed our VIP200 Signup Bonus and every deposit was for exactly $100.00. There is not one other country with every player coming from it sharing these similarities. We suspect that this attack on our integrity was not made with intentions towards justice, but rather to make us look as badly as possible because this group was stopped from opening multiple accounts with us and reusing our signup bonus. Overall, we have paid more to players in Turkey than we have received in deposits and, as I said before, we suspect that this is all the same group of players, or even just one lone player.

3. There was a Casinomeister Member (uungy) that posted saying, "I can't say if they are trustworthy or not, but they seemed to pay my winnings no problem."

If prompt payments and honesty do not merit a member stating us as trustworthy, I do not know what will. When reading this post, I had hoped to see this player come to our defense. I am sorry that this was not the case. We have done everything in our power to be an honest, straightforward casino.

Turkey was not banned because we are "fascists" said:
That is pure BULL$HIT. The USA and EUROPE is the 2 biggest countries with online gamers. Naturally you would see more fraudulent activities coming from them. But you have not banned those entire countries from your databases.
