Dear Department, I am writing to formally file a comprehensive dispute against the licensed operator 1xBet regarding my account ID: <snip>: FORMAL COMPLAINT: Systemic Regulatory Breaches and Unlawful Fund Confiscation by 1xBet – ID: <snip>.

This platform has engaged in severe compliance violations, predatory financial exploitation of high-value players, and direct server manipulation to confiscate my funds. I request an immediate regulatory investigation and a forced audit of their server logs based on the following certified facts: 1. THE PRE-

DISPUTE FACT & CONTRACTUAL CONTRADICTION Prior to this restriction, 1xBet’s compliance team questioned my mental fitness under the guise of "responsible gaming." In response, I formally submitted official, certified medical reports proving my full capability and competence, all bearing the official state-authorized stamp (Government Seal). Your licensed operator officially accepted and approved these identical stamped documents to reactivate my account and process a partial withdrawal of 80,000 EGP. Therefore, their subsequent attempt to re-use the exact same fabricated "gambling addiction" allegation to lock the session and withhold my remaining funds is entirely fraudulent and executed in bad faith. 2.

MULTI-MILLION VOLUME EXPLOITATION & TOTAL FAILURE OF PLAYER PROTECTION My total, cumulative transaction volume on 1xBet’s platform explicitly exceeds 10,000,000 EGP (Ten Million Egyptian Pounds). As documented in the attached official transaction receipts spanning from July 11, 2026, to August 28, 2026, my verified successful deposits totaled 2,474,800 EGP across 114 separate transactions. In the high-velocity period from August 25 to August 28, 2026, alone, your platform accepted consecutive rapid deposits from me totaling 914,700 EGP across 26 transactions on a single game named Royalty of Olympus Extreme.

On August 25 alone, I deposited and lost over 900,000 EGP within a few hours on that single game, and the application completely failed to trigger any responsible gaming interventions while I was actively losing. Furthermore, on August 27, I injected another high-velocity round of 240,000 EGP within a single hour. During this frantic process, a deposit of 20,000 EGP was successfully deducted from my bank but was never credited to my casino wallet, despite official bank transaction logs and reference numbers. 3.

TARGETED SESSION INTERRUPTION & DELIBERATE REFUSAL OF SERVER LOGS To expose the absolute bad faith, their blocking department officially replied via email claiming: "We closed your account based on your own personal request because you stated you suffered from addiction." I immediately rejected this fraudulent claim in writing, as I never made any such request. They maliciously invented a fake pretext at the exact second I initiated a new session on the game Royalty of Olympus Extreme, and the game began producing substantial winning recovery with a large number of active Free Spins remaining.

I have formally demanded my unedited certified server logs for the game Royalty of Olympus Extreme to trace every loss and active free spin, but the operator strictly refused to comply and completely ignored my requests.

REQUESTED ACTION: I respectfully urge Casino Guru to intervene and compel 1xBet to conduct a rigorous audit of the unedited server-side logs for the specific game Royalty of Olympus Extreme on my account to investigate the unlawfully aborted winning session, credit the true value of the remaining free spins, refund the 20,000 EGP uncredited deposit, and adjust the missing 10,000 EGP wallet discrepancy. All immutable proofs, including bank application video logs, email correspondences with the blocking department, government-stamped medical certificates, and platform transaction receipts, are fully attached.

Good day,

Dumping a huge blob of AI-generated text and 50 attachments is not going to help you resolve your complaint.

More does not equal better!

For your information:

1xBet casino is part of a group that is well known to us: Caecus N.V

Here is an excerpt from the warning we have posted for them:

1xBet (1xbet.com) is locking player accounts and subjecting players to excessive demands for KYC verification including demands that paper documents be sent to a non-existent mail address. The end result is that the player's balances have been confiscated and they have no recourse to get their money released and paid. Players are strongly advised to avoid this casino until there is good reason to believe that the casino has cleaned up its act.

You can view the full thread here: 1xBet is locking accounts, confiscating player balances - Casinomeister Forum

Thank you, Nate.

Understood. I will keep the case focused on the core incident and the key evidence.

My account was blocked while I was actively playing Royalty of Olympus Extreme, at a time when I was winning and still had remaining Free Spins/rounds. The account was restricted in the middle of the gaming session, and 1xBet subsequently provided what I consider to be a false justification for the block.

The disputed amount is EGP 449,000, excluding any additional value associated with the remaining Free Spins.

I have complete supporting evidence for the incident, including gameplay records, screenshots, transaction records, account information, and the relevant correspondence with 1xBet.

I will therefore focus only on these core facts and the evidence directly supporting them.

Thank you also for the information regarding Caecus N.V. and the existing warning concerning 1xBet.

Best regards,
Mohamed

Thanks - It is unfortunate that 1xbet does not respond to complaints - from a Casinomesiter perspective, there is nothing we can do, apart from posting warnings about them. This is so players do not fall into the same trap.

1xBet and the multiple domains they use are Rogue Operations. They use fake and legitimate license claims, operate across multiple domains, and continue to defraud players.

Your best bet would be to complain to Curaçao (The regulator for their Curaçao license) - but then again, Curaçao is known to be as useful as a paperclip holding their worthless 'license' documentation together.

I will update their warning page soon.

I think you should just go straight to looking for a lawyer in Curaçao who can take on your case. There are around 100 of them licensed there, you can find them online. I don't see any other way forward, honestly.

You may also want to give Casino Guru a try. I had issues getting my docs verified at Lucky Block, and the matter was ultimately resolved by the peeps at Casino Guru.

Best of luck in getting paid your rightful winnings.
Thank you for your concern. I have already filed a complaint with Casino Guru, and they are still reviewing the case. I have provided them with all the evidence and documentation related to the issue.

I really appreciate your concern and advice. Thank you.

further inform you that I have reported to the Egyptian governmental authorities and police all the agents, electronic-wallet managers, and payment channels used in connection with your operations 😄😄😂

I am updating the police and all relevant authorities on a daily basis with the latest information regarding the channels and entities through which you receive deposits and process funds.

These activities are being reported because they are, in my understanding, contrary to Egyptian law and are being conducted without the required authorization or licensing in Egypt.

Accordingly, I will continue documenting and reporting every payment channel, agent, wallet manager, and deposit method you use. As a result, the financial losses caused to your operations may ultimately exceed the amount currently in dispute, until this matter is fully exposed and properly addressed by the competent authorities.

@zemo86 , If you are interested we now have a 1xBet representative here on the forums. Were you to file a PAB with us we would be happy to approach them with your case. We'll excercise our discretion here and waive the PAB rules that might otherwise stand in the way of your submission.

Dear Max,

Thank you very much for reaching out and for offering to review my case.

Yes, I am interested in filing a PAB regarding my dispute with 1xBet.

I understand that there is now a 1xBet representative active on the forums, and I would appreciate it if your team could approach them directly regarding my case.

For transparency, I currently have an ongoing complaint concerning the same dispute with Casino Guru, where 1xBet has recently stated that its Security Department is reviewing my latest documents. I am happy to provide the full chronology and supporting evidence so that the PAB team has a complete and accurate picture of the case.

Please let me know the procedure for submitting the PAB and any specific information or documents you would like me to include.

Thank you again for making an exception regarding the usual PAB requirements. I appreciate the opportunity to have the matter presented directly to the 1xBet representative.

Regards,
Mohamed

To submit your PAB:

Just follow the instructions and you should be good. Please do go through the PAB Rules and Policies so you'll know what you are getting yourself into, disregarding the Rule that would prohibit you from submitting based on your case being active elsewhere.

No need for evidence to be included up front. We're stupidly busy with PABs and only have time to review documents that are strictly necessary. In other words we'll ask you for anything that we need once we get up to speed on your case.

Dear Max,

Thank you for clarifying.

I understand the PAB rules, including the rule regarding cases that are currently active elsewhere.

In that case, I believe I should not submit the PAB at this stage because my complaint concerning the same dispute is still active with Casino Guru.

I remain very interested in pursuing the PAB, and once the Casino Guru complaint is concluded, I would be happy to submit it if the case is still eligible under your rules.

Thank you again for offering to review my case and for explaining the procedure.

Yes but I've said that we would waive that rule in your case specifically in order to allow you to submit your PAB now, regardless of what is going on elsewhere. I hope that is clear.

PS. it would help if you actually read what we are posting to you here instead of leaving the "thinking" to your chatbot. Garbage in, garbage out.

Furthermore, I must emphasize a systematic pattern that this operator relies upon to evade financial liabilities. Unfortunately, the vast majority of players are completely unaware of their rights to file complaints through independent dispute resolution bodies like CADRE, and 1xBet actively exploits this lack of knowledge to prolong complaints through months of generic stalling and procedural diversions.

1xBet designs these artificial delays hoping that players will eventually grow frustrated and abandon their rightful claims. However, if players knew that they possess the automatic contractual right to bypass the operator’s internal obstructions and escalate their files directly, they would recover their frozen funds through the independent dispute entities. I strongly encourage other players with active claims or trapped winnings against 1xBet to file complaints with CADRE against the licensed company CAECUS N.V. to recover their funds and hold this pattern of systemic evasion accountable

@zemo86 , forgive my bluntness but what is the point of your post? ☝️

You've said you have your case in progress at Guru. We've invited you to file your PAB here. We have a company rep we can approach directly to help you. So ... what's the problem? Why not do these things and see how it goes?

Or is your purpose here something else?
And why are you posting a live link to a competitor ADR service?
Something doesn't seem quite right here.

Feel free to explain yourself without encouraging our readers to go somewhere else for assistance, please and thank you. And a real response would be nice; your chatbot sounds like a chatbot and we prefer to help humans here at Casinomeister.

First, I want to make something very clear. My complaint at Casino Guru has been ongoing for more than three months. Despite the involvement of a company representative, the matter has still not been resolved. Instead, I have faced repeated delays, evasive responses, and allegations from 1xBet that I strongly dispute and believe to be false.

So when you tell me that you have a company representative you can approach directly, I appreciate the offer. However, I have already been through this process at another platform, with a company representative involved, and it has not produced a solution.

Second, I have not redirected anyone away from Casinomeister or encouraged anyone to abandon your platform. Quite the opposite. My intention was to make other players aware of an important escalation route that many of them may not know exists.

There is an important distinction here: Casinomeister and other platforms offer voluntary mediation and attempt to resolve disputes through communication with operators. CADRE, however, is a formal Alternative Dispute Resolution body within the Curaçao licensing framework. It is not simply another forum offering informal mediation. It provides a formal regulatory dispute-resolution route through which an operator can be held accountable under the applicable rules.

The problem is that many players are unaware of CADRE and spend months going back and forth through voluntary complaint platforms. Meanwhile, operators can continue delaying matters, disputing claims, or providing responses that do not actually resolve the problem. Eventually, some players give up or their complaints are closed without receiving a satisfactory resolution, particularly when substantial amounts of money are involved.

I am not attacking Casinomeister, nor am I disrespecting the assistance you offer. I am simply trying to raise awareness that players should know when it is time to move beyond voluntary mediation and use the formal dispute-resolution mechanism available to them.

And finally, I have a genuine question for you:

Can Casinomeister actually compel 1xBet to provide the original game records, server logs, and technical evidence needed to establish exactly what happened? Can you compel the operator to disclose the evidence behind its allegations? And, if your investigation establishes that the player is entitled to the disputed funds, do you have the authority to require 1xBet to pay them?

If you can do that, I would genuinely welcome your assistance.

I am not here to promote one platform over another. I am here because I have been fighting for my own money for months, and I want a fair resolution. I also believe other players deserve to know that they have options beyond waiting indefinitely for an operator to cooperate voluntarily.

I hope you can understand the difference.

Since no "unofficial" ADR can compel any casino to do such things the answer is "no". But that's not the whole story and you'll excuse me for pointing out that there are lot more things going on in the industry behind the scenes than you or almost any other player can possibly be aware of.

As it happens 1xBet has recently come to us after almost 10 years of being on the Casinomeister sh*t list (see 1xBet is locking accounts, confiscating player balances) and are now resolving old and recent issues at a good and admirable pace. Our PAB Manager says the rep is one of the best and most responsive we have at the moment. THAT was what I was offering you access to. But hey, you're apparently a really smart guy who knows pretty much everything so you do you.

As to redirecting players elsewhere: I stand by my statements and the actions taken. If I showed up on your website and said "hey everyone, go to this other place for great service with whatever this website is offering you" I expect you'd take exception to it as well. Could that offer have been appropriate if worded differently? Maybe, but that's water under the bridge now.

Max, thank you for your bluntness. I will address your points directly and without any ‘AI slop,’ as you call it.

First, let’s talk about the contradictions within your own staff. While you are here praising the 1xBet representative as ‘one of the best and most responsive,’ your Forum Moderator, Nate, just officially responded to my case by quoting Casinomeister’s own blacklist warning against Caecus N.V. (1xBet). Your platform’s official stance states that this operator is notoriously known for: ‘locking player accounts, subjecting players to excessive demands for KYC, and confiscating balances without recourse.’
So, which is it? Are they an admirable partner resolving issues, or are they a predatory operator stealing funds as your official warning states?

Second, you admitted that no unofficial platform can compel an operator to produce server logs or technical evidence. That was exactly my core question. In my case (ID: 1063690307), 1xBet confiscated EGP 419,000 in winnings mid-session on Royalty of Olympus Extreme, withheld a verified EGP 20,000 deposit (Ref: 23188600047), and invented a false narrative about a live chat request that they refuse to prove.
An informal ‘chat’ via a representative cannot solve a structural server lockout or verify technical game rounds.
I am not here to disrespect your platform or redirect traffic. I am a player fighting for a substantial amount of my own real money. I mentioned CADRE B.V. because they are the legally mandated Alternative Dispute Resolution body under the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) license, holding the explicit authority to order server audits—something you just confirmed you cannot do.
I have already escalated the entire file, along with my official government-certified medical reports and technical proof, to CADRE and the CGA.
I would also welcome the opportunity for the cooperative and friendly company representative you speak so highly of to respond directly here. He already has my account number and is fully aware of my case. Let him explain his position, as well as the company’s position, on how they intend to resolve my dispute.
What I do not want is another meaningless instruction to contact the Block Department, or to submit documents and information that I have already provided in full. Nor do I want further allegations made against me without a single piece of supporting evidence.
Let us see what this supposedly helpful and problem-solving company representative will actually do or say when addressing my case publicly, in front of everyone.
Let the facts and evidence speak for themselves.

I think you might find yourself on the kerb shortly.
You cant come here ask for help, then when max and the team take you in with open arms and tell you to open a PAB, despite one being persued with CG.

To then constantly not listen and post walls of text, repeating the same thing over and over.

Good luck with this, you are going to need it.

Being 'smart alec' is not going to help you or your case.

The warning mentioned in September was updated to include that the rep has come forward to help and resolve the complaints. They are doing so - the warning was updated to reflect that - your answer is there.

You are a guest on this forum, the PAB service and any other services we render are free and can be retracted - this includes your membership here.

First, let’s talk about the contradictions within your own staff ... So, which is it? Are they an admirable partner resolving issues, or are they a predatory operator stealing funds as your official warning states?
I've already answered that question, if you had bothered to read it:

"As it happens 1xBet has recently come to us after almost 10 years of being on the Casinomeister sh*t list ..."

That is exactly the situation, nothing more and nothing less.

As to Nate and I not saying the same thing: yes, regrettable that we are not plugged into the hive mind but given that we aren't we do our best. I think the situation is pretty clear now so let's move along shall we?

... An informal ‘chat’ via a representative cannot solve a structural server lockout or verify technical game rounds. ...
Excuse my bluntness but you saying "An informal ‘chat’ via a representative cannot solve ..." shows how little you know about this subject.

Since I started doing Complaints here at Casinomeister in 2007 we've processed well over 12,000 cases and at least 1/3 of those involved dealing with a casino rep in one form or another. Some of those rep cases get resolved in minutes, most in a few days, some portion take longer. And contrary to your statement the nature of the cases resolved through the reps run the full spectrum, up to and including exactly the cases you say can't be resolved by having a 'chat'.

If you want to presume that you know all these things better than the rest of us then fill yer boots! Go forth wise one and command someone else to do your bidding. We're busy enough as it is and certainly don't need someone who won't listen to a word we say telling us how things are.

Let us see what this supposedly helpful and problem-solving company representative will actually do or say when addressing my case publicly, in front of everyone.

Frankly if I was that rep I'll let you solve your issues yourself. Insulting someone in the same sentence you are asking for their help is an unusually poor strategy if you ask me, but you do you.

Since it seems we're done here I'll be locking this thread. Any further posts from you on this subject will have to be approved by the moderators before they will appear on the forums.

- Max
