Dear Department, I am writing to formally file a comprehensive dispute against the licensed operator 1xBet regarding my account ID: <snip>: FORMAL COMPLAINT: Systemic Regulatory Breaches and Unlawful Fund Confiscation by 1xBet – ID: <snip>.

This platform has engaged in severe compliance violations, predatory financial exploitation of high-value players, and direct server manipulation to confiscate my funds. I request an immediate regulatory investigation and a forced audit of their server logs based on the following certified facts: 1. THE PRE-

DISPUTE FACT & CONTRACTUAL CONTRADICTION Prior to this restriction, 1xBet’s compliance team questioned my mental fitness under the guise of "responsible gaming." In response, I formally submitted official, certified medical reports proving my full capability and competence, all bearing the official state-authorized stamp (Government Seal). Your licensed operator officially accepted and approved these identical stamped documents to reactivate my account and process a partial withdrawal of 80,000 EGP. Therefore, their subsequent attempt to re-use the exact same fabricated "gambling addiction" allegation to lock the session and withhold my remaining funds is entirely fraudulent and executed in bad faith. 2.

MULTI-MILLION VOLUME EXPLOITATION & TOTAL FAILURE OF PLAYER PROTECTION My total, cumulative transaction volume on 1xBet’s platform explicitly exceeds 10,000,000 EGP (Ten Million Egyptian Pounds). As documented in the attached official transaction receipts spanning from July 11, 2026, to August 28, 2026, my verified successful deposits totaled 2,474,800 EGP across 114 separate transactions. In the high-velocity period from August 25 to August 28, 2026, alone, your platform accepted consecutive rapid deposits from me totaling 914,700 EGP across 26 transactions on a single game named Royalty of Olympus Extreme.

On August 25 alone, I deposited and lost over 900,000 EGP within a few hours on that single game, and the application completely failed to trigger any responsible gaming interventions while I was actively losing. Furthermore, on August 27, I injected another high-velocity round of 240,000 EGP within a single hour. During this frantic process, a deposit of 20,000 EGP was successfully deducted from my bank but was never credited to my casino wallet, despite official bank transaction logs and reference numbers. 3.

TARGETED SESSION INTERRUPTION & DELIBERATE REFUSAL OF SERVER LOGS To expose the absolute bad faith, their blocking department officially replied via email claiming: "We closed your account based on your own personal request because you stated you suffered from addiction." I immediately rejected this fraudulent claim in writing, as I never made any such request. They maliciously invented a fake pretext at the exact second I initiated a new session on the game Royalty of Olympus Extreme, and the game began producing substantial winning recovery with a large number of active Free Spins remaining.

I have formally demanded my unedited certified server logs for the game Royalty of Olympus Extreme to trace every loss and active free spin, but the operator strictly refused to comply and completely ignored my requests.

REQUESTED ACTION: I respectfully urge Casino Guru to intervene and compel 1xBet to conduct a rigorous audit of the unedited server-side logs for the specific game Royalty of Olympus Extreme on my account to investigate the unlawfully aborted winning session, credit the true value of the remaining free spins, refund the 20,000 EGP uncredited deposit, and adjust the missing 10,000 EGP wallet discrepancy. All immutable proofs, including bank application video logs, email correspondences with the blocking department, government-stamped medical certificates, and platform transaction receipts, are fully attached.

Good day,

Dumping a huge blob of AI-generated text and 50 attachments is not going to help you resolve your complaint.

More does not equal better!

For your information:

1xBet casino is part of a group that is well known to us: Caecus N.V

Here is an excerpt from the warning we have posted for them:

1xBet (1xbet.com) is locking player accounts and subjecting players to excessive demands for KYC verification including demands that paper documents be sent to a non-existent mail address. The end result is that the player's balances have been confiscated and they have no recourse to get their money released and paid. Players are strongly advised to avoid this casino until there is good reason to believe that the casino has cleaned up its act.

Thank you, Nate.

Understood. I will keep the case focused on the core incident and the key evidence.

My account was blocked while I was actively playing Royalty of Olympus Extreme, at a time when I was winning and still had remaining Free Spins/rounds. The account was restricted in the middle of the gaming session, and 1xBet subsequently provided what I consider to be a false justification for the block.

The disputed amount is EGP 449,000, excluding any additional value associated with the remaining Free Spins.

I have complete supporting evidence for the incident, including gameplay records, screenshots, transaction records, account information, and the relevant correspondence with 1xBet.

I will therefore focus only on these core facts and the evidence directly supporting them.

Thank you also for the information regarding Caecus N.V. and the existing warning concerning 1xBet.

Best regards,
Mohamed

Thanks - It is unfortunate that 1xbet does not respond to complaints - from a Casinomesiter perspective, there is nothing we can do, apart from posting warnings about them. This is so players do not fall into the same trap.

1xBet and the multiple domains they use are Rogue Operations. They use fake and legitimate license claims, operate across multiple domains, and continue to defraud players.

Your best bet would be to complain to Curaçao (The regulator for their Curaçao license) - but then again, Curaçao is known to be as useful as a paperclip holding their worthless 'license' documentation together.

I will update their warning page soon.

I think you should just go straight to looking for a lawyer in Curaçao who can take on your case. There are around 100 of them licensed there, you can find them online. I don't see any other way forward, honestly.
