VIP Host???

When I search it keeps leaving off the vip part of the string.

Can anyone explain to me what a VIP host actually does? Are they just someone to go to if / when you have a problem? So instead of dealing with customer service you go to them?

Just trying to figure out whats the main benefit.

I can only guess it's the same at most places; but essentially, players are allotted to separate personnel (think: case worker) who's goal is to keep us happy/keep us as clients. so while CSRs are meant to help 'everyone' in general happy, VIP hosts/managers are assigned a batch of clients to keep them happy.

I see the Reps in CM almost as my personal VIP hosts. They are there to contact if I need them and I try to not misuse them
