Villento and Casino Share USA versions are closing?

What happens with our current withdrwals?

I think if you have one pending it will be paid. If you still have money in your account I think you can either play through it or remove it. Go to live chat and speak to them...they will tell you what to do in regards to that. Yes, this really is unfortunate that this is happenning. But what can you do??????
 
These establishments still have players from all over the globe. I believe they would not want to harm their reputation, especially because their customer base has been scaled back a bit, possibly a significant amount.

IMO, They have never proved to be deceptive prior to this chaos. Also it would do them a disservice because this could be another hiccup (one of many in the last 2 years) in the online gaming industry.

There is currently a technical issue with the casino's Processor. This has caused the processing of any purchases and withdrawals to be temporarily unavailable. Unfortunately we dont know how long this will be in place however should there be any advances you will be notified via email.

casino share is still doing withdrawals to QT so why cant Villento. Casino share is having the same problem but the weird thing is that they are doing withdrawal thru QT still. So Villento what up with that?
 
well it appears ALL USA micros are closing all USA accounts as of Sunday (Easter) April 24th, 2011.:mad:
It is the software provider that is doing this not the casinos from what I am told. It is just like when the original Micros closed to us in the grand ole USA.

Casino Share is going to be processing all withdrwals in system. even if they are having depositing problems. Why is it that they can and Villento wont do the withdrawals.

No possible way to cash out from Villento...

I had submitted a withdrawal on April 18, 2011 with Villento. Pay-out was to go to my UseMyWallet account. I got an email today regarding my withdrawal from Villento. (Also note... previously I received a super fast UseMyWallet pay-out from Villento on April 12th with no problem).

Here is the email I received today:



Hi ----------,

Your recent withdrawal of $1400.00 on 21 April 2011 has been reversed to your Casino account as our Ecash processing company are unable to process payments via any method to the U.S.A at present.

Kindly note that the lack of processing has not been enforced by casino management, but has come directly from the 3rd party processors. This means that we are forced to abide by their decision until the availability to process payments is running once again.

Ok... there is no way to cash out. Is this something I should post in the Casino Complaints section? I am not sure it is Villento's fault. Is there a "3rd Party Processor Complaints" section? LoL

I'd suggest hanging on for a few days. There is provision being made for Pokerstars and Full tilt to refund withdrawals and balances to US players - it's possible the casinos can piggy-back.
