Resolved VideoSlots

Honestly I do not get what your problem is? If you play at online casinos they will ask for ID docs straight away 90% of the time, only sites that do not is the bookie sites, they can do soft checks on credit reports and also have some other methods.

Just send the docs and you will be paid, simple! Also you can contact @Team.Videoslots

The problem is they just make it up as they go along. To stall withdrawals.

Why ask for documents after they've already processed some of the winnings.

90% of the time? Where have you got your statistics from?

I've been paid, but it doesn't stop the fact that they're just taking the p*ss!

You're part of the issue if you think this is an acceptable way for a casino to operate.

Checks need to be done on CDD at 2k transactions. That is regulation.

Because you likely hit a threshold, that then needed compliance.

If you’re playing by the rules and provide the docs they need to comply with UKGC regs you will never have any issue getting paid by Videoslots, so just chill and enjoy your winnings.

for this - a combination of UKGC guidelines and UK/EU legislation.

Because it's possible your previous winnings didn't hit the threshold - £2500 normally would to be fair.

UKGC sites have to do identity checks when you sign up - so I suspect it may be higher than that now-a-days. Depending on the history of your account, it might be they haven't asked for enough identification previously (e.g. it passed previous requirements, but not new ones) or something else happened like your ID expired.

As long as the requests are not unreasonable, then they're following the letter of the law - unfortunately that is the modern landscape we all play in given the significant risk of money laundering from casinos. If the requests become excessive (which is obviously subjective) that's where the problems come in - there has been the occasional VS thread on this topic, but they're nowhere near as bad as some.

They usually cancel withdrawals and ask for i.d. They say its because you have reached the withdrawal threshold and therefore they need i.d.

But in reality its in the hopes that you lose it all back to the casino out of frustration. Its a tactic they have been doing for years. If there going to request i.d, the withdrawal should not be returned to the players account either but they do. Hoping you will blow it all out of frustration imo.

Coming from the guy that used to start new threads every week moaning and complaining. That's very rich.

@geordiecolin , we just finished reminding the OP to respect the PAB Rules which includes not post here until the PAB has run its course and been completed. So you start asking him questions? WTF dude, you know the rules! I’d remember that “one-strike” warning if I were you.

Nice try. You’ve posted well over a 100 times since you returned and you are well aware that I’ve had absolutely nothing to say about it.

Now you’re ignoring the PAB Rules, effectively asking others to do the same, and you think you’ve got grounds to moan about getting the smack-down you deserve for doing so. Cry me a river. As ever you have no respect for us or the Rules or anything other than your own personal agenda, as your 15 previous Warnings clearly demonstrate. I’ll leave this for Bryan to make the final call on.

Hi Geordiecolin - you're a old timer member who knows the deal about PABs and that the members are not allowed to discuss while they are in progress. We are very proactive about this - thus the response. No need to delete anything, just be aware - thanks!

I neglected to read anything other than the first post and as it has been over 3 years since I needed to recall forum rules I posted something in error which has happened in many PAB threads by others without them being met with such aggressive and threatening warnings.
With respect Bryan.
