Non-Bonus Complaint Videoslot's wont let me play anymore

hi i had a withdrawal problem with videoslots, it kept bouncing back to my account so i asked for a playblock until the problem was sorted. they finally told me the problem they were having with the withdrawal was because my name has a hypen in it and it wasnt workin. so i suggested a soultion for it and it worked.
so i assumed all good now i can play again. but no they say because im from australia i am not allowed to play anymore. i told them how i have been playing with a vpn with thier permission of course. so how come i cant play anymore
i still have 2 games on there with 15 free spins on each and over 4 euro which i cant withdrawal cause its less than 20. can anyone return my account to an active playing one, or is my videoslots life finished. thank you
