Videoslots Withdrawal

Thanks all. I might just switch to using my VISA Debit card then, seeming people have confirmed that some banks do accept it. Luckily the bank I bank with was mentioned that they do support Visa Direct....

So good times then. II mean I never wanted to trust giving visa debit card number details to casinos. But I suppose VS is a very trustworthy casino. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt and use it in the future with them. I will then just need to do the ID pictures of it and send it to them. Obviously covering the middle 8 digits and the security code on the back side of it :p

Could always ask them if they are PCI DSS compliant to give greater assurances :p

As I said earlier i use one card as my gambling card so the only money in it is the stuff for gambling, soon as it's in it goes to my main account/savings account, so someone would need to have nifty timing to find any money in it ;)

Wider note - since i had my card data used fraudulently (many moons ago), i rarely keep much in my current account anyway; i transfer it from and to one of my savings accounts.

Note of caution - don't do what i did which, when at supermarket, forgot to 'top up' my account/transfer...went to do it on phone at check out, phone went dead and eek:laugh:

Hi @DreamRJ,

As mentioned by @pinnit2014 regarding PCI DSS compliance -- Yes, we are PCI DSS compliant. We don't get your middle digits from your transactions, nor do we want them.

To verify your card, you must send us a picture of it; we encourage that you cover the middle digits and CVV/CVC.

Best regards,

Hi @icecream6984,

Regarding bank withdrawals; If you make your withdrawal before 15:00, then the money is on your account the same day. If it's after 15:00, the money is available on your account on the next banking day. Note that Adyen only processes withdrawals during working days.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots

Are you sure this is correct Im now on my third withdrawal on BANK since trustly is no longer used and made a withdraw yesterday way before 15:00 and it didnt go in same day eg yesterday, its not even in today. And everybody is reporting that they are not going in same day?

At the moment withdrawing back to card is being quicker, but I will try the VISA direct next time if this is now an option?

I need to know what a instant check is first time I ever got a withdraw this way. And same day in bank account. This was from videoslots and since they won't reply to what it is. Iam putting out here as anybody received an instant check from videoslots as a withdraw and who is the provider. Ty

I believe it is through Citadel, Instant banking, I get paid this way all the time from VS, like clockwork and no fees from either side.

Hi Reelsoffun,

As we have notice a increase of complaints about delayed withdrawals in UK that takes longer than 24 hours during normal banking days, we have decided to change processor for UK bank withdrawals. Should go live early next week.

Thank you for keeping us updated.

Best regards,

Hi Samdog21,

In Canada we use Citadel that does same day transfers via bank. We are soon adding withdrawals via Interac E-transfers as well.

Hi @samdog21,

Yes, the provider is still Citadel; there are no changes with regards to your bank withdrawals. I'm, however, glad that you got your money quickly. As mentioned earlier, we'll go live with an instant method for you soon.

Have a good evening and stay safe, everyone.

Best regards,

So I withdrew to Bank on Saturday, when can I expect my money? Anyone know?

Withdraw? You're going to have to explain this concept to me

Yep, them, HSBC, RBS, Lloyd's, Santander and probably more
RBS does 100% i was on paddy power chat few months back and the advisor was adamant that only Barclays do it so I tested it and on the PP withdrawl page it said you should recieve this in minutes. I think the casinos need to update the banks who’ve know rolled this out Cos a lot people aren’t aware of it as they think it’s only Barclays. Halifax has it too but it has to be processed before 12pm and you will get it same day at 3.15pm so not as quick as the others but still decent.

Barclays and Nationwide were the first to go live with it, and it was up to £200. Then it increased to £500, not sure what the limit is now though. When I was using Halifax it was processed instantly, even at say 2am, I've never had to wait until 3.15pm, before they were doing the fast method, they used to hit the account at 4pm.

Its quite hard to find a list, but Gala state

Barclays, HSBC. Nationwide, Natwest, RBS, AIB Group, Allied Irish Bank, Bank or Ireland, Ulster Bank (and many more).

Hi @Buffalo Bill,

I can see that we have received some excellent answers already. The information I currently have is that it depends on the VISA card; the best thing is to double-check this with your bank.

Most VISA in the UK supports VISA Direct.

What type of Halifax Visa card do you have mines the standard rewards one, I’ve never got
Mine instant only same day 3.15pm hence why swapped to withdrawls with rbs, I think the limit is now £2500 on bet365 unsure of the limit on PP or L&L sites calzone is also £2500 :)

I deposit with bank of Scotland visa and Halifax ultimate rewards both the same group and neither seem to do visa direct or maybe they just don’t do it for me.
What I have noticed I now get weekend withdrawals processed to BOS which wasn’t the case 4 weeks ago.

UK. They removed Trustly for a bit but Adyen still should have been today if they pay if withdrawn before 3pm, I withdrew Saturday.
Here is the weird thing for me lately it comes via citadel bank transfer or instant check, I ask what instant check is no real answer. We have etransfer in Canada and vs take it a deposit but not withdraw. When the smaller casinos like, ojo, twin. Do both. Vs says any day now they will do both. But really can't complain allways 2days max, and from Canada .and never have to chase for the money, withdraw alot in the 3years been at vs. Only casino that pays out. Without bullshit.

Hi,

I made a withdrawal on the 5th and I’m still waiting for it to hit my bank account.

Spoke to videoslots who asked me to send bank statements to prove it hadn’t gone in my account, which I did and it still hasn’t shown up.

They’re now asking me to get a letter from my bank stating the money hasn’t gone in!

Has anyone else had to do this?

No, mine took 5 days all in to clear so maybe check on Monday again. Farce that it changed from instant to this.

Its just typical stalling tactics that poor casinos use.
They know some are taking 5 days to hit accounts as its been reported on here, and sure others have complained to customer support. They ask for bank statements that they know they won't take notice of, then ask for a bespoke letter from the bank, which they know are hard to get from a lot of banks, especially at the moment. If you do manage to get that then they will say they have to pass it to the payment provider to start a trace, which, of course, they could have done when you first complained. They are stalling as in the couple of weeks you spend running round trying to get everything they ask for, they know it might hit the account by then, rather than just telling you, they aren't instant in all cases at the moment.

Agree. Was asked to provide a statement, by the time I had the response the money had cleared anyway. I have ended my relationship with them now anyway, just too many things when added together make it not worthwhile.

This is my exact feeling, I've been on the live chat telling them, it's just stalling tactics and they're putting obstacles in the way with the hope as the days go past, the money will come into my bank.

I did another withdrawal via VISA and it went in the next day, so I know it's the provider they're using.

When they used Trustly, it was in within the hour.

They're refusing to take any responsibility for their incompetence.

And yet, instead of telling him they can take up to five days at the moment, he was asked for bank statements and to get a bespoke letter from his bank, why ask him for those items if not stalling till the money hits his account? Why not just tell him the payment provider has some small teething issues at the moment and might take a few days?

I went on the chat this morning and told them the money had hit my account and their response was, it must have been an issue with your banks side as we're told it takes 12-24 hours to hit your account. They're still feeling the need to hide the truth from me.

I informed them that when I made a withdrawal via VISA it went in the next day, therefore proving the problem was with their payment provider when you do withdrawal via BANK, yet they still refuse to admit there is an issue their side.

Even if I had managed to obtain the bank letter which my bank said was a weird request, it still wouldn't have gotten me my money any quicker.

@Team.Videoslots , so know idea Friday was a bank holiday in uk. I withdrew early Friday morning, so since Friday was bank holiday, how many years before I get my withdraw, one day instant check, next time regular bank transfer, nobody told me yet what is a instant check. Because that's when you get money same day, you told me 2 weeks ago that withdraw option via etransfer was coming, I do not see what big deal is, you except etransfer for deposit, via gigadat, same for withdraw via gigadat etransfer. Gigadat sends you text with code, if you don't have autodeposit. Why is it small casino offer this right away both ways , and I always have to ask when. Don't get it ,being it videoslots the world's biggest casino. Ty samdog21

Best way is to withdraw via VISA as that seems to go in the next day.

I miss the days when they used Trustly for their BANK withdrawals, they were always in within the hour. Exactly how it should be.

If you deposit, it leaves your account straight away, don't think we ask for much when we withdrawal for it to be in same day or worse ways, the next day.

They're not stalling - earlier in the thread they were clear that Trustly isn't really an option anymore as few used it for deposits and it cost them too much. They've gone with another provider, which it appears is not as quick, but presumably is not as much a cost to them.

And we've just had a three day weekend, which is going to slow most banks down.

Well they are if they are telling people to supply bank statements, bespoke letters from banks, then telling them the delay was due to a problem at the customer's bank. Not stalling would be saying 'we have changed provider and withdrawals by this method can take up to 5 days'.

If they're asking for a statement, it's so they can verify with their provider that it's not been received at the destination.

It's what I do in my job as well.

It's what I do in my job as well.

So if you do the same, why ask for a statement before the date it's likely to be in the account instead of just saying, it takes 5 days, come back on the 6th if you haven't got it by then? Why after getting the bank statement showing it not going in, ask for a bespoke letter from the bank confirming the exact same thing the statement shows?

I understand why they ask for an up to date statement after the date the funds should have arrived, what I don't understand is why anyone would ask for that before the due date is there, then ignore the statement and ask for the letter stating the exact same thing as the statement, which, in most cases, is hard to get as banks don't like doing bespoke letters, and often involves a trip to the branch to get, which at the moment isn't really essential travel

Every bank is different - not every transaction will be accepted as a faster payment, then it also depends on when the payer processed it. Asking for more information isn't a stalling tactic - if everything their side suggests it's been processed, they need to establish if something has gone wrong. And it's surprisingly common to see people insist a payment hasn't been received right up until the point of a statement being provided.

In your job for videoslots?

Sounds like you work for videoslots mate.

It is delaying tactics, my bank have never had problems receiving any other withdrawals from other gambling accounts when the withdrawal has gone back to my debit card rather than the bank option.

They should use a different provider for the BANK option, someone who is as good as Trustly.

Even if I had a bespoke letter from my bank, this still wouldn't have gotten me my money quicker, that's a fact.

I'm surprised you're defending them, unless like I've said about you work for them?
