Gotta say big thumbs up here! I personally don't care for Real RTPs, but I understand why other players do and being able to select between the Theoretical or Real RTPs is a very nice touch.

Personally I think VS are quickly becoming a very strong contender in the market.

Great tool! (Not you Lucas - the RTP page! :p)

The only things I would like to see improved, is the percentage figures to go to at least one decimal place;
e.g. A slot with a stated TRTP of 97% could be anything from 96.5% to 97.4% (assuming you've used "standard" rounding) = not accurate enough for my liking.

And display more than 10 games at a time. Personally I'd like to see at least 50 per page. You could make this "selectable" by the user.

Cheers,
KK

Thanks KK. ;) (& there I thought to myself that you were referring to me for a sec. :p )

I've explained earlier to KK in private conversation, but I'll wirte it here for everyone else too :)

With regards to the Theoretical % figures to potentially being shown to one decimal place - we could do that on all of the games except for the Microgaming games.

This is due to the fact that MG doesn't want to give out this information. ie; [the exact figures in decimal places] .

We've tried very hard to get the % figures to the decimal place from MG, but the only way they will give them out is if we show them that either LGA / Curacao Licenses requires them.

Therefore since both of these Licenses do not require this information, we can't get MG to give us the RTP % figures to the decimal places for their games.

Re; Displaying more than 10 games per page - That's an option we can impliment for users to select as suggested. ;)

Thanks a lot to all for your great feedback on our Master RTP List, it's much appreciated.

Cheers!
Lucas

I must say this is a very welcome development and hopefully other multi-software operators will adopt the Videoslots approach, transparency is hugely important in the relationship between customer and casino IMO. (For example, casinos routinely require us to submit personal documentation to prove our identity to them so that they can trust we are who we say we are, so why can't the player expect the casino to be equally upfront with the RTPs of the games they're offering?)

Just a handful of comments:

1) Wherever possible I'd like to see the RTP listed to decimal places, certainly to one decimal place, but two decimal places where the information is available. I take on board Lucas' previous comment about MG not being too forthcoming with this information which is a shame, but hopefully this would not be a problem for other providers. (Although Redbet managed to get a list of MG RTPs to two decimal places so clearly they do let the information out.)

2) Some of the rounding on the current list appears to be a trifle optimistic, for example BDBA is listed as 96% T-RTP when it's widely known that the T-RTP of this slot is 95.43%, so this should round to 95%, not 96%. Just from an initial look down the list there are several slots I can see where the rounding appears to be up rather than down, when down would mathematically be the correct thing to do.

3) An awful lot of slots are listed as 97% T-RTP, including many MG slots when in reality it's pretty rare for MG slots to be over 96% (and certainly 96.5%, which is where the rounding to 97% should kick in), so I'd be interested to see where the 97% figures came from.

4) As KK has already noted, more than ten per screen please!

5) Were the RTP figures supplied directly by the various software providers, or sourced from elsewhere?

Overall though an excellent addition to the Videoslots site and thanks to Lucas for making it happen :)

Hi Chopley,

We will be updating our figures to one decimal place on all of the other software except for MG, and in the meantime we will continue to push MG to give us the exact figures for their games.
(we knew about redbet showing some of the exact figures though not all, though MG still didn't give them to us.)

Re; displaying more games per page - There will be an option for players to select to see a list of either 10, 25, 50, 100, or Show All. ;)

We got the figures directly from the specific game providers respectively. So the 97% figures came directly from MG.

MG was the only one that did not want to give us the exact figures, but like I said, we will keep on trying to get them and update them as the other figures from the rest of the softwares we offer at videoslots.com will be.

Thanks alot for your feedback Chopley, it's very much appreciated mate. I will keep you posted as to when these updates will be done and be live.

Hi Lucas,
An issue with Canadians playing these games, I tried Jokerizer and Winterberries, wouldn't work due to currency, as well I cant get any of the others to load.

Hi me_and_ed,

All games are working just fine as far as we can see. And we have visitors playing from Canada as we speak on both the Yggdrasil Games as well as from other software providers.

Could you send me the error message you're getting please, so I can check why you're not being able to play?

Thanks, I'll wait for your reply. ;)

Kind Regards,
Lucas

It wont recognize a cash balance, states a bunch of other denominations but not in Canadian.

Hi me_and_ed,

Thanks for pointing this out. We're investigating this issue right away, and will get back to you shortly. ;)

UPDATE: Yggdrasil doesn't support the CAD Currency as of yet - Although they are working on adding it shortly.

So I'll keep you posted once the CAD currency is added and supported by their games.

we are integrating with NetEnt as we speak, so we estimate that we will go live in either Feb / March.

Any update on that?

Also, how do I opt out of getting text messages? Got woke up at 7 AM Friday morning telling me that I had a $3 cash back.

I'm afraid I'm the same. Although I haven't closed my account, I have stopped using it. I just can't seem to get ahead there. I's like the variance is flatter than at other sites ( I know it can't be. But it feels like that). I seem to get plenty of play time for my money, but never get much higher than my initial deposit. Plus the exaggerated long spin = win / short spin = lose, spoils the game play

Hi me too.. I shut my account for the same reason but decided to re-open recently to see how their netent slots perform when they come live.

I've not been able to get ahead on the last 10 - 15 deposits totalling over £1500, playing over 30 differant games at minimum/double minimum bet size. To be fair Lucas gave me some free spins a few times but still the puzzling sustained "flatness" remained. Decamped over to Platinum Play casino and had much more playtime after watching chopley's success there. Havn't looked back since.

Hi balthazar,

Good evening. Yes sure, I had informed about the newly updated est. time of launching NetEnt earlier on within this thread on the 17th of March. - (Post #366)

NetEnt Games will be going live soon - [ We're just waiting on the approval from the LGA and we'll launch the games a week after that has been confirmed - We're hoping and counting on a green light for this within max the next 2 months.

Re; opting out from receiving text messages, you simply need to log in to your account and go to "My Profile" - > Then click on the "Edit Profile" button from the left hand side menu, and then just untick the "SMS Notifications" option & click on "Update". ;)

Let me know if you'll need any further assistance balthazar and I'll gladly help out.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

yep ive just reopened my account , let battle commence again ive been having the same problems as you guys above , ive tried them the weekend with some cash left in the account after i closed it a while ago , seemed ok pretty smooth & the tex thing is ok for me as i asked live chat to remove me from it .

I was trying to get my Docs verified.
Identity verified.
Proof Of address, rejected.

So I sent an email to ask why, and was told it is because my utility bill was to old, cannot be older than 3 months.

My utility is dated 17th March 2014, and that's too old ?

Hey mrjones, I've just replied to your PM mate. ;)

2 months? How come it takes that long?

Hi Balthazar, Yes. Everything is ready and integrated from our side as well as NetEnt’s, & the only thing that we’re waiting upon is for the LGA to commence and proceed with their audit and once that’s done and approved we’ll go live. Now although we can’t tell an exact date on when this will definitely happen, we’re hoping and counting on this to be done by at the latest May.

I promise you that we're extremely eager and impatient to launch NetEnt as much as you as many others are waiting on it. :) So, we will be launching it as soon as it is possible for us. As it is not in our interest not to have it live sooner.

So in any case, you can rest assured that I will keep you guys updated as to when we’re about to launch NetEnt be it if it is earlier than the est. date or not. ;)

Fingers crossed. :)

Feedback

The only negative feedback I have to give is the 24 hour limits. They used to be 7 days and it really annoys me that now all our limits reset every 24 hours. I like to have a weekly deposit limit at a casino so I don't get tempted to spend more but with daily if I wanted to deposit $50 for the week I have to set my limit at 50 per day. I'm sure this structure is beneficial to the casino but I don't see it being beneficial to any players

Hi zazedac,

I'll explain how the current self setting deposit limit option works: The deposit limits are set for a duration of a 24hr period.

The limits will remain as set initially everyday. (ie; they won't reset and go to 0)

So if a player sets their deposit limit at $50 on day 1, the deposit limit will still be $50 on day 2, day 3, and so on.

Therefore if a player would not want to deposit more than a specific amount for the week, then they can simply calculate their available spending money per day and set their deposit limit at that amount.

Moreover, we're currently building an option for the players to have the ability to set their deposit limits from either daily, weekly or monthtly. - So I'll update everyone here on this thread as soon as that is done and live. ;)

Thank you, and feel free to contact me any time should you have any questions or need anything. :)

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Made 2 deposits, after verified, which went well, but sucked dry pretty fast.

Site overall is easy to navigate, the profile feature for uploading documents and seeing it's status is brilliant. All gaming sites should have something like that.

Colour schemes and sign up etc is straight forward and nice layout.

Only issue I have, is I know who I am, and do not see why my full name needs to be displayed when playing games, at top menu.

Microgaming was down earlier, and then was working later and then crashed during play. Reloaded and was working again, that pissed me off and fact was sucked dry fast :P

Other than that, chat person was nice, and rest of everything else was fine.

With a domain name like videoslots I presume they are going to be pretty big perhaps.

Hi MissMonopoly,

Glad you like our site, and thanks a lot for your lovely comments. :)

We are experiencing some technical problems, although our technical dept. is working on fixing it as we speak and have all games etc. working just as they are supposed to shortly.

Thank you very much for your loyalty and support towards our brand!

Kind Regards,
Lucas

I know this comment will get the usual, "the casino has no bearing on RTP's" response, which I understand, but am I the only one who has noticed a lot of comments on here regarding burning through deposits and not having much luck, compared to comments from players who have had a winning experience?

There's a lot to like about Videoslots, but this trend does concern me as a consistent non-winner. For the record, I have recently given VS another shot, and reopened my account, because I think Lucas is one of the best reps here, and they offer a wide selection for mobile users, yet I have also never made a withdrawal, or had a significant win, since after my first deposit which included the bonus. Since then a deposited roughly $3-4,000 in my first month, not including the cashback and races money I played back into the place.

Makes one think that's all.

Hi Azzurri,

Sorry to hear you've had a losing streak buddy.

And yes you're correct in saying that we have no control on the games' RTP's.

Thanks for your kind words regarding myself, I appreciate that. :) We wish you all the very best of luck mate. ;)

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Played there a couple of times and I would like to see the bonus system changed.:D
Support has been excellent in responding to my questions when I joined. Unfortunately I didn't cashout so I was unable to test speed of payments. All in all I would say they are a class outfit and should be accredited.

Definite thumbs-up from me.

Some people don't like the bonus system which is a valid comment but the T&Cs are clear so that's an individual choice thing.

IMO everything about Videoslots is pretty much top-drawer, and I think they deserve extra credit for producing the clearest master-RTP list I've ever seen any casino produce.

I won't be playing there again. The cashback and race promotions are only any good for the bigger depositors. Last time i deposited I got cashback of £1.25 for a £50 deposit, and nowhere in the race. It only takes 30 or 40 big depositors, to make the race not worthwhile to the rest of the players. So the current promotion/bonus scheme just doesn't work for me. I can get much better bonuses/promotions elsewhere

I think when looking at a BBF recommendation - 'yay or nay' - it's important to separate subjective likes and dislikes from objective good and bad points.

Subjectively a lot of folks don't seem to like the bonus structure at Videoslots, and may feel that the cashback and casino races don't work well for their depositing and play styles - but whilst entirely valid opinions, they can't IMO be seen as a factor in whether or not a casino should be accredited, assuming that the T&Cs are clear and players know exactly how all these things work. (Which is the case here, and Lucas has explained the Videoslots philosophy many times over in this thread.)

Objectively Videoslots have responsive CS, an active rep here on the forums, they pay very quickly seven days a week, they verify docs quickly, they have a great selection of games, they seem solid from a technical standpoint, and they've gone the extra mile by producing a master-RTP list for every game they host on their site.

Personally speaking I'm not a big fan of the bonus structure at Videoslots myself, when I take a bonus I want the bonus cash upfront, and whilst their 'incremental release' system is far better than an 'all or nothing' post-wager bonus, it wouldn't be my preferred option.

The casino races however work well IMO, generally speaking a £100 deposit low-rolling at the 25p minimum bets required for the spins to qualify for the race (or as close as you can get playing all lines, Ninja Fruits for example requires 30p spins as it's a 15-liner, and Robotnik requires 40p spins as it's a 40-liner) - should yield cashback in prize form of around 5-15%, which considering it's an entirely wager-free prize isn't bad going.

If you start trying to properly duke it out to get to the top rankings then yes you could start to find things getting very expensive for not much extra prize money, but an average of 10% cashback on a deposit is pretty good.

Excellent rep and since I found a way to not receive texts/phone calls I'm going to say yay. Not a big fan of the bonus structure but I can live with it. The cashback thing is pretty good IMO, better than comps at most casinos.

Will definitely deposit there again once they get NetEnt.

Yes, you deserve it, thanks for your help on here and the attention you have given us players.:lolup:

Congratulations to Videoslots, and in particular Lucas.

Lucas, you had a massive role in getting VS over the line, and I put you in the top 3 reps on here easily. Professional, kind, non-judgmental and always willing to help.

VS is the unluckiest casino I've played at so far, however the fact I've decided to keep trying there, is purely based on Lucas' interactions with me, and the fact I know he's on the players side should any issues pop up.

Well done Lucas, and I hope your great service continues now you are accredited. I wish you and VS well in the future.

That was the one glowing accreditation I gave them - they didn't have Netbent......;)

Hey Lucas,

Not to detract from the celebrations, but what's up with those free spins you sent out?

Nice thought, but $20.00 max cash out, is there hardly any point, lol. Had to mention it because the terms seem to go against everything you represent as a rep.

No drama, but to be honest, I'd rather just not receive those offers, lol. Imagine hitting a nice $500 win during play through, then finding out you can only have $20! I'd be super pissed. Maybe add the terms in the email, especially when many sites have no wagering or max cash out on free spins now.

Just saying. Hopefully some constructive criticism for you.
