Baptism by Fire - success Videoslots wants to join up!

Spoke to customer service regarding the sign up bonus and they confirmed it should have been automatically credited when I first deposited but wasn't because I signed up via an affiliate which was the pogg I think. I was given the usual dribble about checking the terms etc, but I didn't see anything in there about not receiving the bonus if you join from an affiliate partner.

This sucks a little as I did enjoy my time there and as mentioned would have easily made the play through requirements to receive the bonus. Basically CS said its bad luck and Ishould have contacted them before I started playing, but due to the unique bonus structure they have, I assumed it was active automatically, as I couldn't tell that it wasn't by looking at my balance. The bonus page also showed the bonus as pending which I thought meant it was active but pending the play through requirements being met before crediting.

So thought I'd mention this so others don't get caught out by the same thing if registering from an affiliate. According to CS, the first deposit bonus will NOT be automatically credited if joining from an affiliate and you will have to contact CS to have it credited. Hope that helps.

Hi Guys,

Looks like I've got some replies to do :) so here we go ;)

@Azzurri - First of all - Glad you've enjoyed your experience and also happy to hear that you'll return to our casino. :)

Secondly - as Dunover rightly so posted - Our games come from independent servers from the respective software providers, and therefore no casino operator can adjust/change the RTP's.

Which leads me to @brianmon - We have never heard of independent servers from any of our software providers that we offer at our casino carrying different versions of RTP %'s ranges.
We can't say what / if other casinos do have that option. And If that did actually exist and be an option, we have never seen it or even know about such a thing, and therefore was never an option for us.

ie; we've always got the Default RTP's set by the particular software providers that we offer at our casino. [ Which we can not change/adjust/touch. ] :)

Now with regards to the Master RTP List - This will go live during March, and on the Game Payouts Page -
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
where we currently list the Realtime Actual Game Payouts. Players will then be able to switch from viewing either the Realtime Actual Game Payouts or the Theoretical RTP's.

Back to @Azzurri, re; your welcome sign up bonus - you would've needed to activate it from within your player profile. - [ All players can choose to either activate or fail the WB bonus according to their preference. ]

Re; your Cashback - you've earned Au$ 369.62, which will be paid out to you this friday. :) And you've got Au$ 30.00 from the Casino Races Rewards which was paid to you earlier today. ;)

And as Dunover also rightly so outlined - The casino race money as well as the cashback money is totally wager free money and is withdrawable real cash prizes.

So Up Next, after having launched the Aristocrat Games last week @ VideoSlots.com is: NetEnt Games which will be launched shortly, License from LGA Malta, and the Master RTP list from all of our games from the various game providers in both realtime, and theoretical %'s.

And most recent news is: We've also just signed a deal with Yggdrasil Gaming - So that's coming soon too.

Thank you all for your much appreciated input and as always, let us know should you have any further questions and feedback. :)

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Thanks for the reply Lucas. Just on the sign-up bonus, it would seem your advice conflicts with that I was given by your live chat rep. They said it should have been activated automatically when I made my first deposit, yet you are saying I had to manually activate in my profile? Can you understand my confusion? I was under the impression it was automatically activated also, hence my disappointment when I later found it wasn't. Who's giving me the incorrect info here?

Hi Azzurri,

You're very welcome ;)

Excuse us for this misunderstanding, and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In any case I will re-write it here.

Regardless of players signing up directly to us or via an affiliate site they will need to choose to activate or fail the welcome bonus. Depending on the player's preferences.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
You may also see on this page here. "The bonus is available for activation immediately after you have made your first deposit. To activate your bonus, go to "My Account" -> "My Bonuses"."

Thanks again Azzurri, and let me know should you have any further questions mate. ;)

I've just PM'd you btw. I'll wait to hear back from you.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Just wanted to update everyone regarding my bonus concerns as previously stated in this thread. Lucas pm'd me with a proper explanation and an apology for the confusion regarding the matter. On top of this he offered me a very generous 'bonus apology' which wasn't expected or necessary to be honest, as all I wanted was clarity.

Fair to say I was happy with the conclusion, and Lucas' professionalism and willingness to put me the customer first. I think that goes along way to ticking the integrity box, when many casino's could have left it as a bad luck 'you should have read the terms' situation, which happens more often then not these days.

I also received my $30 comp win bonus, with an extra $360 to come Friday. All this just for playing there! In my opinion, I don't know of any other site that can match that level of return to their loyal players. Let's not forget all the cash back and comp wins are 100% wager free and free to withdraw.

All this, together with Lucas' willingness to go above and beyond in terms of service, means these guys get my full support and recommendation, not to mention my loyalty now as a personal customer. Thanks again to you Lucas, and I hope you can maintain that level of professionalism moving forward. Good work.

Its a good place to play, but those bonuses are god awful. Maybe thats just my point of view, but afterwager bonuses are not my cup of tea.

I signed up yesterday and took the welcome bonus, not my favourite type of bonus but i knew how it worked before i signed up so that's not a problem, and it's quite generous at only 20xD(although since you don't get it upfront but it's released in 10% increments i imagine the bust out percentage is higher, so maybe it is closer to a standard MG 30xB or somewhere around that).

The verification process was very smooth, approved in under an hour, and a big  for being able to upload documents directly in the casino instead of having to send them over email, too few casinos have this.

Nice clean looking site, easy to navigate and everything seems to work correctly, keeping track of WR progress is easy and i even got a popup when i tried to load a game that i apparently wasn't allowed to play while on a bonus informing me of this(always nice when software solutions prevent players from accidentally breaking rules ;))

Good selection of games, No NetEnt yet though :(

For the first few hours the slots ran very smooth, as smooth as it gets with MG quickfire, later in the evening there was some laggy/slow spins, no errors though but i think this is partially due to them having set a higher timeout threshold so that even when the spins lag they don't time out. Some spins literally took 15-20 seconds.

As for withdrawal time, i requested a skrill withdrawal late last evening, and that is still listed as pending 11 hours later.
You say you offer weekend withdrawals so this is quite poor hopefully i get it later today, also i don't like withdrawals to be reversible while they are pending.

Overall a very good casino experience, highly recommended :)

I like the place, have played pretty frequently over the last couple weeks, documentation verification smooth and quick, they definitely do not have weekend cashouts (if they do they missed me). The comps look like they are pretty good, it appears my weekly comp is $265 (more than I have ever received at an MG casino), as well I was in second place in the race with a day left.....but I never get close, once again, will know tomorrow.

Update: 4 place in the race $100, I spun my ass off with bets usually around $3 for the last few days, in the last 2 days I have seen a couple players jump me by 15000 spins.....gezzus that's a lot of spinning and Red Bull.

Hrm sounds promising by videoslots, good job. It is very competitive these days now. Sounds like Videoslots will be joining with group of aggressive competiting with Guts, BetAt, etc. Remember WMS, IGT and some others game banned Australia from playing these games. So unfortunately thats the case. The brand provider have their own decision which country to allow and which not to allow. Also to do with government jurisdiction in some countries. We have land based Ainsworth, IGT and Aristocrat, Konami, etc in Australia which means that we cannot access some slots through online casino if you are reside in Australia.

Good afternoon guys,

I'll get to answering the posts :)

bonuses im pretty sure they do not have any , other than cash back & race there isnt any more (

Hi there mrjones, re; Bonuses - we offer: No Deposit Free Spins Bonuses Upon Sign Up, Free Spins Bonuses to Depositing Players, Game Specific Free Spins Bonuses sent out via newsletter, Free Cash to Depositing Players, £/$/€10 Free Cash on 1st Deposit Bonuses, 100% Match Welcome Bonuses, Various Reload Bonuses, Unique Cashback Bonuses, Casino Races Bonuses.

Hi Blathaon, Thanks for your nice words and glad you're enjoying your casino experience with us.

NetEnt Games will be going live soon - [ We're just waiting on the approval from the LGA and we'll launch the games a week after that has been confirmed - We're hoping and counting on a green light for this within max the next 2 months.

Re; Withdrawals - they are generally usually done within the hour, although officially the site informs that it can take up to 12 hours for a withdrawal to be processed.
[This is rarely the case though as with most of the times the withdrawals are processed quite fast, and take much less time than the maximum time frame which is given.]

Let me know in case you'll need anything or have any question about your withdrawal mate. & Thanks again for your kind comments, it's very much appreciated.

I like almost everything..slots are great, support is great...but bonuses...not so great

Hi there Nedostopna, Thank you too for your positive feedback. :)

Re; the Welcome Bonus - as previously discussed in this BBF thread, you can see that it is not our main focus, and this is debateable with various opinions as you can see that we get mixed feedback regarding the WB.
With having said that, after considering the valueable feedback that we've got from here we've lowered the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus to 20xB in order to make it easier for players to wager through.

Moreover, our aim is to provide more long term bonuses to our players which will last longer while stretching a player's deposit much more than just a one time WB.
Therefore this is where our Unique Cashback Loyalty program come in where we pay cashback on all of the player's spins regardless if they win or not, along with the Casino Races currently with a Total Monthly Prize Pool of £/$/€ 16,000 rewarding the top 175 players of each race. [ 4 Casino Races Per Month - 1/week ]

P.S. Both the Cashback as well as the Casino Races Rewards are Totally Wager Free Cash Prizes, and are withdrawable right away.

Glad you like our selection of slots - After having recently launched the Aristocrat Games, this will also soon be increasing with quite a substantial amount once NetEnt is launched, and Yggdrasil Gaming will be launched soon too.

Other Game Software Providers are also in our pipeline, so just stay tuned and I'll keep you posted with our latest news as we go along. Oh, & Thanks for your nice words on our support too! Cheers!

Hello me_and_ed, Congrats on the Win at the Casino Races.

Re; Weekend Cashouts - Yes we do have them. [Only Bank Transfer doesn't get processed on weekends] - All our other payment methods withdrawals do get processed on weekends too.
So let me know in case you've withdrawn via a payment method other than bank transfer and I'll look into it mate.

Thank you so much, and as always do let me know should you need anything, I'm always here to assist. :)

All the best!

That answers that, yes, bank transfer, Skrill pulling out of Canada has been a pain for me, was a lot easier when they were still processing.

I did get the withdrawal a few hours after i made my post, i forgot to update it. Took about 13 hours, so not too bad considering that it was during the weekend :)

Other than that i have no major complaints, some lag on the slots in the evening as i said and i prefer withdrawals to be non-reversible.

Hi me_and_ed, should you want to withdraw with other payment methods available for Canada, you can do so via Instadebit & Ecopayz.

One thing is you would need to make a deposit via the selected payment method first, and then you're good to go. ;)

Best Regards,
Lucas

With the greatest of respect I really do wish folks would stop beefing about the bonus structure at Videoslots. Lucas has explained many times over and with admirable patience what their philosophy is with regards to bonuses. It may not be to everyone's taste and that's fine, there are lots of other casinos to choose from!

Personally I really like the way the cashback and casino race ladders work, I made a £100 deposit last Friday and TBH it was a bad session, poor RTP, no good wins, my balance went from £100 to zero pretty sharpish - no problem, bad sessions happen, take it on the chin and move on.

However today I got £9 cashback for my ranking on the casino race ladder from that single £100 deposit, which is 9% cashback with no strings attached. Decided to play a bit of BDBA and got up to £20, then got up £30 on Ninja Fruits, now currently playing Supernova on 25p spins.

I'll probably bust out but it's effectively been a 'free' session, (and I could have withdrawn £30), and I'll still have a little bit of cashback to come on Friday, plus the spins I've done today will also contribute to my casino race ladder position this week and earn me more cashback.

You don't need to be a big depositer to gain a reasonable position on the casino race ladder, and you'll always be earning some cashback with every spin.

OK it's not a big 'upfront' bonus but given that most bonuses have a high WR attached to them and are essentially just designed to bust you out, the system at Videoslots does make a nice change IMO.

Still one of the best sites out there, a refreshing change to the same-old, same-old. The good thing is, as you infer, is the fact there's something for everyone and a small depositor could easily win a high prize on the race ladder regardless of winning or losing. If you take your deposits at the site and relate them to what you earn back, the rewards are greater than Guts' and the Netbent-based sites and their 10 free spins or WR-loaded bonuses.
I quit and closed account at the site due to the responsible gaming policy (removing deposit limit tool) although they eventually replaced the DL tool but made it a daily limit only and removed the weekly/monthly option which I felt made the DL almost pointless.
Despite this I still think it's the best new accredited site since Guts by a long way.

Shout out to the people at video slots.

Signed up through the forum, used the welcome bonus and managed to complete WR and cash out around £200 i believe on a small deposit.

Not only that, a few days following i received £32.00 **wager free** due to placing in the casino races, and that following friday i received £42.00 cashback on all the spins i did during my welcome bonus!!!! The only casino to request my documents (i just dont ever get asked???) but they were accepted and verified within 3 hours, and withdrawal to my bank was made within 2 days.

Can't say a bad word about my experience.

sorry mate what photo id do they take please tyvm

Passport or government photo id like a drivers license, proof of address, a utility bill within 3 months or something like that. On the verify page it will tell you which ones they are looking for with their own individual uploads.

thank you very much me_and_ed
customer service livechat says they don't take uk driving licence as photo id only passport

Hi ilovejesus,

Good afternoon. Just to clarify on the documents that are accepted for both Proof of ID, as well as Proof of Address.

Proof of Identity:

To confirm your identity please upload a scan of your government issued photo ID. Acceptable documents are Drivers License, Passport and National ID Card.

[ Therefore if your UK driving license is an official and valid government issued photo ID, then it is acceptable. ;) ]

Proof of Address:
Acceptable documents are utility bills, bank statements and telephone bills showing your name and address clearly.

Thanks a lot! & do let me know should you have any further questions, and I'll gladly help out mate.

Cheers!
Lucas

Error error error

Yesterday I played for the forst time at videoslots. I made a deposit of 76 euro and took the first deposit bonus. I got a lot of errors (mostly error code 211) while playing immortal romance, break da bank again, avalon II, the finer reels of life. Almost every 25 spins I got the error and had to reload the game, very annoying! I got up to 495 euro, than i lost some and wanted to withdraw 300. I hadn't verified my account but I expected that I could press the withdraw button to withdraw the 300 euro. This is not possible at Videoslots. First you have to send in the docs before you can withdraw. I uploaded (good option btw) the docs but after a few hours I decided to play with the 300 euro and lost it all due a very bad session of immortal romance. I know this is my own stupid fault but if it was possible to withdraw the 300 euro before the docs were approved I now had 300 euro more in my neteller account:p). Of course this is only the situation when you play there for the first time, my docs are now approved. My conclusion: welcome bonus is easy to wager (only 20 x deposit), good option to upload the verification docs, good that you can see your bonus progress. Only negative is that I got a lot of errors and that really is the most important for me. This ruined the fun of playing slots. Hope they can fix it or that it was due to system maintenance.

Hi Zmok,

Good morning. Thanks a lot for your feedback mate, it is much appreciated.

We are looking into the (error code 211) that you've encoutered with Microgaming as we speak. [Since this error hasn't surfaced at our casino until now - therefore we must and are consulting with MG in order to be able to fix it, and prevent it from happening again in the future.] ;)

Thanks again, and I'll keep you posted re; status of this error being fixed so that it won't re-occur again.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Just closed my account at videoslots and will no longer be an advocate for them, after my last session there. Early signs were good, yet after a big win, my sessions continually had errors and breaks in play, which coincided with a gradual decline in wins.

My last session only highlighted this. Playing a favorite, Agent Jane Blonde, which is usually tight with free games but pays big when hot, I noticed something odd. I was playing with $15 cashback, and hit the free spins 4 or 5 times in a short period of time. I have played this game at various casinos for a couple years so know it well, and thought great, up for a few decent wins here. From 5 free spin features my balance never increased above $22.00. Those of you familiar with this game will know how rare that is.

Now I know the Slots are all random etc, etc, because casinos love to continually remind us, but just too many strange occurrences and coincidences to make me feel uneasy. And let's face it, I don't care what anyone says, no technology is tamper proof so I can have my suspicions.

Live chat were not interested in discussing my concerns, preferring to make me feel foolish for asking a question. There was no attempt to subside the concerns of a regular customer, so I closed my account, and not even then was I asked why. Hardly a business that seems concerned by an unhappy player, which only heightened my suspicions.

Something no longer feels right at videoslots, and maybe their cashback offers are too good to be true for a reason.

I'll be sticking with proven and trusted sites like Guts and Betat from now on, and suggest others do the same until videoslots sort out these system errors that just happened to coincide with strange game behaviour, frugal wins, and cold customer service.

Would seem others have been experiencing similar issues by the sound of it. Sorry videoslots but you lost my business and need to sort your issues out before being at an accredited level.

So what answer were you looking for, what could they have said to make you happy, you asked for your account to be closed and they did.

Sounds like sour grapes to me, its gambling, at some point the house always wins.

Hi Azzurri,

I'm very sorry to hear that you're no longer a customer of ours. As everyone knows - we have no control over the wins and losses of any players, so it goes without saying that we can't alter any wins or losses.

Some players win and some players lose, it's simply the nature of the game.

If you'd like we can offer you some free spins as we have done so before.

Please note that these free spins are being offered to you in good faith, and not due to closure of account. Should you want to have your account remained closed, kindly disregard the offer made, and your account will be left closed as is.

Re; the game errors codes, we rarely had any issues with this, having said that, this is of our highest concern that a game should work smoothly without any breaks or lags. So could you please let me know the error code numbers you've encountered?

All feedback in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Although extremely predictable, you are entitled to your opinion, as I am also. Maybe your narrow mindedness prevented you from seeing the big picture, however my concerns were not just about the losses, but a number of issues combining to make for an overall poor playing experience.

Far to many of you are quick to jump on anyone's complaints with the 'sour grapes' tag, as though it is a competition to see who can get in and say it first. This thread is here for players to comment about their playing experience, and that is what I have done.

Considering I am not the first to mention ongoing errors in play, I feel I have every right to share my views. I also have the right to describe the game play and behavior that coincided with the errors I was getting.

The loss was actually the most minor part of my concern as it was free cashback money I was using. It's easy to throw the 'sour grapes' tag out, but I think that comment exposes your ignorance rather then mine.

The error issue is a concern I raised with Lucas privately in the past before commenting publicly here. Lucas is doing all he can to help players, and whilst I appreciate his efforts, he shouldn't be the only sole source for player concerns. I'm sure he is extremely busy, so his CS staff should be able to step up in his absence, rather then players having to run to him (and this forum) every time there is an issue. In my opinion, this leads me to conclude that the CS at Videoslots is not up to the standard of other casinos I frequent, hence I am sharing my views.

This thread is not for the sole purpose of assessing a rep's ability to smooth over a players concerns after the fact. It is here to assess the overall package and experience. Whilst Lucas is a positive, I am now of the opinion that there are too many shortfalls that shift the balance more towards the negative aspect.

I shared my positives on Vidoeslots earlier in this thread, and that was after a much bigger loss than the $15 I described here. This in itself debunks your 'sour grapes' tag. May I suggest that next time you try adding something constructive to the discussion rather then just adding a sly remark aimed at discrediting, and brushing aside, another forum users comments.

Must be BS, just checked over at videoslots.

On another note - If there will be anyone that receives spam from affiliates, kindly inbox me about it and we will take the neccessary action against it. We will shut them down and disascociate ourselfs from them, as we have zero tolerance for spam.

Thank you all for your much appreciated feedback.

Clarification Of Terms

Hi Lucas,

Can you clarify something regarding your payout terms please? I was comparing you to Wintingo, as I was considering joining them, however I was put off by their $4K per week payout term, which received a lot of negativity in their BOF. Due to this, I thought I would just remain with you guys as I have had some big wins in the past, and think $4K is quite low, however it made me then check your terms, and I found this:

2.5 An account holder who won a jackpot of more than $ 50,000 in the progressive slots, may have to wait up to 30 working days on payment from the time of the jackpot. Account holder can then choose to take out the full jackpot profit, regardless of size.

For winnings that are not categorized as progressive jackpots, the following applies:

Account holders who are categorized as a VIP in our casino, will receive full payment within 10 working days, irrespective of the size of the winnings.
Account holders who are not categorized as VIP players are paid winnings up to $ 10,000 immediately. Then the Account holder is paid an amount of $ 10,000 per month until all winnings has been received.
2.6 All deposits through our payment provider POLi can only be withdrawn to the same bank account which the deposit originated from, including any winnings.

So for the common player, your payout limits are actually worse than Wintingo's at $2.5K per week which I found concerning. The saving grace may be the VIP status which allows full payment, so my question is, how do you reach, and maintain VIP status to ensure you can receive large wins in a lump sum one off payout? Is this term set in stone, or would you look into increasing the limit for non VIP players?

Thanks.

Hi Azzurri,

Sure thing :)

Re; Progressive Jackpot Winnings - Players will be paid out as soon as the funds are received from the software that the jackpot has been hit. - [ Therefore that's where the "up to 30 working days" come in ]

Our Cash-out Limits are - 10k Monthly, however should anyone want to increase their monthly withdrawal limits, they can always send us a request for this to our support and to what amount one wishes to increase it to, and we will get back to them with the amount that we would be able to increase that too. So to answer your question, yes we do increase the limit for non VIP players. :) It is not the first time that we did this, so it wouldn't be a problem. ;)

VIP players are monitered and contacted by the VIP manager once they've reached the VIP status.

Thanks again, and let me know should you have any further questions mate, I'll gladly assist.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Sorry Lucas but the losing streak, amongst other things, was just a little too prolonged for me. Thanks to you for all your help and assistance during my time with VS, I really do appreciate it.

My reason for leaving has nothing to do with your personal service as it has been great, and on the back of your efforts alone you get my vote to be accredited.

I wish you every success in the future, but for now I'll be repaying the faith of my regulars.

No worries mate, and sorry to hear about your losing streak.

You're very welcome, and it's our pleasure to help out in the best possible way we can.

Thank you Azzurri, and we wish you all the best ;)

I'm afraid I'm the same. Although I haven't closed my account, I have stopped using it. I just can't seem to get ahead there. I's like the variance is flatter than at other sites ( I know it can't be. But it feels like that). I seem to get plenty of play time for my money, but never get much higher than my initial deposit. Plus the exaggerated long spin = win / short spin = lose, spoils the game play

I'm sure it's been mentioned somewhere in this thread but is it possible to have a withdrawal flushed? I thought is was as long as it wasn't the first withdrawal but live support just told me it was up to accounts to approve it and put it through? Anyone know? No big deal, I can wait for it but I'm just curious now. Thanks gang

***Just to add..I'm already paid. Wow that's impressive. Still curious about the flushing thing though
