Videoslots problem

    I won 82.500 SEK in a mystery bonus game on Witches Wealth...I thought. But my winning didn't show in my balance.
    I contacted the support who told me, the game "malfunctioned"! and my real win was only 480 SEK...!
    Kinda big difference between 480 SEK and 82.500 SEK
    I told the person in the support that this is not correct and the answer I got whas that they're gonna forward the issue to their technical support.
    The days went by and nothing happened, not a word from the support or the techinicians.
    After one week I believe, I contacted the Videoslots support again about my issue and the answer I got was this "Dear Carina, according to the winnings from Witches Wealth, you have only won 480 SEK according to your games history".
    It does not mean you have won 82.500 SEK.
    If there's anything elese we can help you with, don't hesitate to contact us again....

    I am baffled. Your post is neither related to the casinomeister slot nor Guts casino.

    Nevertheless, I do hope you do a bit of research before you rag on the casino. The slot you mentioned is a 9-liner and you can easily calculate how much you should actually have won by multiplying your bet amount with the win. I just had a look at the paytable and it states you can win up to 16200 coins at. Do your own math first before you cry foul. Its not a random jackpot so the amount won can easily be calculated.

    Haha if this happened to me i would contact the Malta LGA. That prolly wont make a diffrence either tough.. First that person who won huge on the girls with guns slot and not got paid and johnny and now this.. Haha im glad i closed my account over at that place. To many flukes to just be a coincident, when something smells it usually rotten, just saying!
