The issue is somehow related to that battle being hosted, so it had to be cancelled.

Without any insight, I can't give you a solution for this issue, but for the little you disclosed, if there is a link on a few selected accounts that are causing this problem, your team could try to create new accounts, then copy the data of the affected players to the new accounts and then delete the problematic accounts from the database.

Once again, depending on the issue, it could solve it, especially if it's something related to the IDs since the new account would have a new ID.

As someone that's a developer, I am still curious about what could be the issue and why it's so hard to fix

The level rewards missing due to this issue will be added to your account when the underlying issue is resolved.

Came here to complain about the same, missing level 60 silver wheel. Would be nice if support could just credit it manually, but that doesn't seem to be an option so hopefully it gets resolved quick.

They aren't interested in crediting it. Tech issues are only getting worse so i have no believe that they are working on sorting it. Its just a false promise at the moment to keep you filling there pockets. Feel sorry for the Team reps on here as there just the forward face that takes all the crap why all the wigs behind get richer and richer

So there’s 3 of us, at least, on here waiting for level up wheels. I don’t see how it’s beyond unreasonable to expect these rewards to be added manually to be honest. I’m not clued up on how VS automates these rewards but I shouldn’t think it’d be difficult for them to override.

I think MrWild will be more clued up about the situation as iirc he’s fairly high up at VS.

I’m personally happy to wait it out (within reason) until the system is functioning again but I can understand why others may have less patience than myself. Even for me 50/100 is 5 or 10 £10 deposits as a low roller.
