The total amount won divided by the total amount wagered is how the tool works. This would mean that Tengils explanation is correct and we have edited the post to reflect this and point the reply to this thread for further explanation.
If you make 249 spins on €0.2 bet and you win €49.8 your RTP is at 100%, should you make one spin at €1 and win €50 your total RTP would be 196.5% roughly as you have wagered €50.8 and won €99.8.

It's a shame it works that way and not take the average of return of each individual spin. The "tactic" people could use here then is to spin 1 spin on high stakes, if no high win reload for a new session, spin again and repeat until they get a decent win and then low roll.

It showed 240 spins only and an RTP of 128.72% after i completed an autorun of 250. So I did another 10 spin and the RTP dropped to 123.70%.

I think the rules are fine as they are, any "method" that could be used is available to everyone so no unfair advantage to anyone no matter how they play, were all at the mercy of the RNG.

Fair enough i used my clicker lol but each time you leave the slot it can count that as a new session so i made sure i played in one go, fell into that trap many times......

It seems to work ok still if you enter the dates manually, just the default dates seem to have been set to 1970 if thats any help to get the tech guys to sort.

Instructions for finding a specific session in the MyRTP tools:
Search for the game you intend to join within the “Search game” boxes.
Specify time and date when your session was played, all times used are GMT.
Screenshot the RTP page and make sure that the time and date is included to make verification easier.
