Every level after level 21 is £10,000 in wagered money or 10,000 XP points. so level 22 is £220,000 or 220,000 XP points. Level 3 is £230,000 or 230,000 XP points. It is always just 10,000 in wagered money or XP points. 1 XP point for every £1 wagered :)

Just wanted to say. I just had a reply to an email I sent yesterday to VS about if the new Wheel of Jackpots was replacing and is the new loyalty system. They said yes the wheel of jackpots is the new loyalty system so there is now no need to email the loyalty team any longer.
 
Any chance to skip level 21? If I play at the same rate as the time I signed up I will need 3 years 6 months to reach it.

I mean VS was the place where low rollers felt fine and I know that VIP players never had a good treatment there. But is the right way, to do the opposite now? Maybe a small suggestion: add checkpoints to the big levels like 21 (every 20 or 25 % give us a small reward)

But there is no reward for 4 levels between the level milestones. IE, you only get a reward every 5 levels. Apart from level 21. So for example, my level is 54. I last got a reward at level 50 which was I think 30 spins if I recall. Can not remember what it was. So my next reward will be level 55 which I will get the new silver wheel spin reward.

So you see for 4 levels we get nothing. Also the fact how would that be fair for all those that done level 21 a long time ago and only got the 1 reward which at the time was 100 free spins on gonzos quest at min stake? So you see if they then made it so that those still doing level 21 got rewards at increments would make it unfair to those that already done it.

Just my 2 cents anyway.

You write "fair" but earlier we had Casino Race, much more free spins in free battles and of course more promotions. New players do not have them and also instead a safe amount of free spins, tickets, ... they get the wheel now from level 1-20. Also, 20 € spin value is not that bad (100 FS on Gonzo), they could give everyone above level 20 a little extra reward so they feel not bad.

My intention was talking about the general feeling about the reward system, it gives you at beginning a lot of rewards and then suddenly it stops. It feels not fluent, they do not need an increase in rewards - but a change when we get a reward at all. I would have plenty of ideas, but I know that VS has a good staff that is much better than me in this (I mean they created VS).

Right now I am glad to have the weekend booster and the free battles. But the XP System is in my head, as it feels non-existing for me. It is like the 10 free spins only a few players get gifted at a few casinos and you feel excluded from them, even if 10 free spins mostly only worth 1-2 €, it somehow disappoints you. You do not rely on them, but no one would deny them.

I beg to dither. I have been vocal in the past about VS systems in the past. But in hindsight I have changed my views on it. I think VS is a very decent and very rewarding casino. Hence why it is my number 1 casino I Play at. I basically now do only focus 90% of all my deposits at VS.

In the past the race/weekend booster/battles/achievements was the only way to get something back for loyalty.

Compare that now today. Yes they removed the races and replaced it with the clashes. They also now introduced that new loyalty system that is for everyone low and high rollers/players 0 the higher the level the better rewards you get from the wheel spins etc etc.

I personally think VS compared to others give far more back now than any other casino. Then to top it of you also have those freeroll weekends. Where that also gives you a chance to earn multiple rewards during the events. Those can be pretty lucrative depending what slot the battles was on though. But most of the time I and many others usually are able to get a withdraw from the rewards, once played.

So yeah I will no longer slate VS as I have now decided it is a very rewarding casino. And I am happy to be a loyal customer of going forward. I also look forward to further getting higher level so I get the Gold wheel spins. The Gold seem very very nice indeed. I am level 54. So I only got like 46 levels to go before I start to get those gold wheels.

On a side-note though a suggestion to @Team.Videoslots - How about a special wheel spin reward for the levels in between the 5 increment levels? just a thought and suggestion :)
 
VIP question from me, because I'm still relatively clueless as to how these things work.

I only play on VS and deposit £25 a day (so approx £750 per month). Have wagered over 17K since the start of the year. Currently on the long road to Level 21 - Just over 140000 at the moment.

I'm assuming that sort of level doesn't make me any sort of VIP? I definitely don't get anything extra! What sort of levels are we talking about that make you a VIP?

I mean I am not asking for more, I ask for a different spread or options for people who maybe never will meet the requirements to reach level 21. Like you, I am really loyal to VS, I love VS, the staff, the chat, ...

We are not that far away from having the same opinion. We both are fine with the total amount of rewards, just the way it is distributed - that's the point where we have a different opinion. But I thank you for your opinion, I can understand your view.

I wagered at least the double amount and I am not VIP, I recently asked the chat. He could not tell me an exact amount but it was something about deposits and wagered money if you reached a specific level of play you got contacted (you could also ask for a review if you felt you deserve a VIP treatment).

Guess most of casinos are counting these for your net wagering/deposits/withdrawals in certain period, to be in loyalty programs mostly you need to play big enough amount monthly for few months or start to play very big from beginning. Gave another try to VS today and got some euros from my bonus cleared :)

I like their game selection and based on these comments they have a lot different ways to reward players, for me just too complicated, i would like to just play and get somehow rewarded based on my game play. Im simple so studying what these all achievements, different battles and whatever there is, is something what is bit too complicated to me when i just want to play slots.

imo. too many different reward programs make site bit too complicated to get all your rewards to use, understand these for sure are nice as i see from comments, but would take me same time than learn new language to benefit them all best possible way. I like bit more simple way, but we are all different and for sure VS offer loads of entertainment and fun top of only playing slots, my cup of tea is more play my favorite games and get simple rewards.

But I love the achievements and the awards. I do not mind complicated. As long as you can easily access the sections in your account that is all that matters. I can understand where you are coming from though. But that is why you can easily get help on this forum or ask live chat or the reps. They will certainly be happy to help you so you can understand it better if you need that extra help.

But for most I would say the sites is pretty easy to understand already. I also suspect that when they roll out the new website design maybe this year at some point, it will make it even easier and better.

I also love the fact that when you have completed all trophy's for a slot you can reset them for that slot. So you can then earn those rewards for that slot all over again.

Funny fact though. Considering I am level 54 and I played hundreds and thousands of different slots at VS over the last years. I still have not been able to complete all trophy's for an individual slot. I think I am close in 2 slots. DoA and Bonanza and maybe some others. Maybe also Extra Chilli as well. But yeah one day I might actually be able to complete a set of achievements for a specific slot, well I hope so anyway. :D :P

Didnt mean to diss anything, just my two cents (in wrong topic probably) that i like more simple things :) VS topic is up here all the time so they for sure do things right and have happy players, which im happy about as they are active here as well.

Apologies not to myself clear, i didnt complain about anything, just my personal (which dont make living for my deposits :D ) playing habits are really that i make deposit there and then and VS paid my small withdrawal today in less than hour, i have nothing bad to say about them.

There are many different style of casinos and as you said, you like these multiple rewards there are available, i just have maybe cant take most out of them, which doesnt matter as when i deposit i just do it to play some slot for some amount of money or something, never getting to any Loyalty program and my playing is not consistent so i am fully happy about selection of games VS is providing, their support (when once i had to contact there) and speed of handling withdrawals and documents :)

Im happy to deposit and play my favorite games at VS where i know that i get my money for sure and fast, not really looking extra rewards as with my game play these are some cents or something, but im happy with these guys, nothing to complain (except what i mentioned that my type of players these kind of bit complicated rewards systems are bit complicated but it is right decision from casino to keep these for these active an loyal players, not for me) :)

I was just nosying through the Videoslots FAQ, and under 'what is a freeroll' , it still has the 'old' details regarding requirements to get freeroll access. (20 euro and 500 in wagering). Should this now be saying 20 & 500xp instead?

Only a little detail but thought it might need updating. :)

Yes I've seen this message where VS said they always use highest RTP if provider gives possibility to choose it.

But where did you get some 94% RTP? It says 96.2% for me. So it should count less than 100%

Thanks! I looked at several and they were all at 94% which mean that the updates they've done lately probably have been to lower the RTP.
If anddi32 still have 96% then I guess it depends on where you are and on what server. Not ok!

There is a lot of changes in the industry, each country is regulating, and new rules come into force. We also see a lot of increase in taxes and overhead costs due to this. Last year we decided we had to do something about this to survive in the long run, and we lowered some of our rewards. However, we have realized that we need to do some more changes.

That is why we have decided that for all markets that implement a higher tax than 15% which is currently Sweden, Germany, Austria, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. We will have to offer a lower RTP on these markets from 96% average to 95% average. Not all game suppliers support this today, but the following does and will be affected; Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Play’N Go and IGT. When more suppliers support adjusted RTP we will adjust it as well for these markets.

However, as we are basing most of our promotions on RTP, this will mean increased rewards back to our customers in these countries.
With this change, all games when playing in Battle of Slots will be played on the same RTP as we offer for the above markets for everyone. These games will then have the 96% average RTP outside of Battle of Slots for markets with taxes below 15%.

Same here. I play from germany so it should be the lower RTP :confused:. Or is this "update" not completly finished yet.

Normally using lower RTP Versions was always my reason to quit playing at a online casino, but I like VS so I will just play the games where the RTP keeps unchanged. When the cutting reaches a point where it feels unrewarding I will probably just stop gambling at all, because besides Trada I see not one Casino anywhere near as good as Videoslots.

I guess I should be happy it's not the lowest RTP but still it's really bad. I'm not surprised that you haven't told us since you know how we would react, but I would like to know when you made these changes?
It is effecting how much we win when playing these games so to hear that we get an increase in rewards is an insult.

Now at least I know and can decide if I want to play those games, and I'm counting on you to be honest and tell us when it will be lowered on other games also.
 
WOW, well that kinda sucks for UK and some other EU members who p0lay at VS :(

@Team.Videoslots - Noticed a bug with the new Gorilla Go Wilder slot. Everytime I had wins it kept doing the same pop ups for the same 2 achievements and as you can see in the below screenshot. Those are the only 2 achievements that show up. I also did not get a wheel reward either for doing the win 4 times in a row. So you need to fix the rewards and the achievements as their is only 2 showing and it keeps repeating itself over and over while playing the slot. Which is very annoying as it floods and spams the screen with notifications.
