They are representatives for the company if they don't know the answer they can go and ask management if they can answer and what they can say.
Videoslots have just been found to have failed in numerous areas relating to responsible gambling, money laundering laws and more. Your post seems to suggest no one can question that, but that is exactly what they are here for, so people can ask questions. You don't really think the statement they posted recently about the changes to rewards was posted without management input do you? Management were fully aware of the penalty at the time that statement was made, so I don't think it's unreasonable to question if that has something to do with it.

Your earlier post was more of an accusation than a question. The Rep could not of answered it.

* I understand as a UK player especially, things are even tougher from an operator perspective.
* I appreciate players cannot have tens, hundreds, thousands of free spins every 5 minutes etc.

However!

* 10% cash up to £10 on next deposit for the final (win 10,000 times) is disgusting and not a reward, more so for low rollers
* IMO a battle ticket is not a reward, nothing is guarenteed, even if FS are rubbish at least a few pence may be won

Also

Having reset the Extra Chilli achievements, not only am I trying hard to get over my already existing disappointment, having wagered thousands on Chilli but I then discover that even those in game rewards the tiny little '5 FS' ones which pose little if any risk, have been changed to absolute rubbish such as Sweet Alchemy and Book of VERY Dead!

As I say cut backs are fine, removal and reduction are fine but please do not get rid of the final rewards, you are going from one extreme to another, this is not cutting back, this is a massacre and you could lose players which defeats the purpose.

Its the risk factor isn't it £10 battle ticket far less riskier your end than £10 worth of FS, guess we'll agree to disagree on this one
