When i email support I have apparently logged into my account from a restricted country! Australians all use VPN to access VS and without warning I can no longer deposit and play?

What's the point of switching Aussies over to euro and allowing VPN connections only to block from depositing?

It's actually not a problem, but the way VS is run. If you want normal deposit bonuses you need to chose another casino because they have never been giving that out.

Yes you really should increase prize pools. It's waste of time to play some 1500 spins freerolls. 120 first wins something but there is usually over 1000 playing so it's not right.

Also those 4500 spins freerolls should be always at least 6000 spins. More players more prizes. The way it should be.

You have a lot of players who play in VS just because you have unique freerolls, sitngo-sessions and reward-program. Looks like every one of them is going in the worse direction. Please be loyal to your players and listen them. Now you are not listening. It works out to be a few thousand or more a month to get to VIP, and that bonus was crap. It takes your real money before the bonus money. Never again. This month I have only deposited a couple of hundred.
