was playing playtech safari heat.
hit a bonus round of 15 free spins @1.50 my balance was 129.20 when i started the round.
the slot went down on the third free spin when i won 1.80.
balance when the slot went down was 130
i exited game i went back to it and didn't register my round or win.
i had 12 free spins left and my balance is 129.20 after shutting down reloading etc.
the bonus round did not register

i went to CS....sent them screenshot. but didn't receive any formal response. cleared cache cookies to see if game would go back to bonus mode.
but it didn't.


i have no faith in playtech whatsoever as this has happened to many players on this forum.

my balance as you can see is 131.

when it i logged out of the game it was at 129.20 which means the bonus round did not register at all.

When I joined VS in 2016 the weekly cashback (now renamed booster) was paying around 1%. Which was similar to other casinos giving loyalty points on wagering. But what made VS appealing, they paid cash (no wagering requirement) on their cashback. Better yet, you also received award tokens throughout your game play on each slot. The free spin awards were also wager free. And so too were the tokens won on freeroll battles. VS also held their weekly slot races. More free cash.

For most players the VS reward system was outstanding, and unmatched by any other casino. But now things have noticeably changed.

Award tokens given for progressing through slots have vastly diminished. Jono777 and his 190,000 wins on Captain Venture, gave dismal rewards. Just like other members have reported for other slots. A lot of slots which once gave 120 - 200 free spin tokens on completion of all award levels, have since disappeared. What is now given in tokens, ain't worth diddly squat. The weekend booster % also seems to have been reduced.

Before VS changed AU accounts to EU, and I could compare my previous cashback years. 2018 seems to have hit an all time low for me. This includes cashback, achievement awards, and race spins. VS were always tightfisted when it came to comping High Rollers.

But this year they've sunk to an all time low.

I don't play with bonuses. I've been dropping up to 2x more in deposits, yet getting about a 3'rd less in cashback. When your deposits average $17K per month, and your only getting $450 cashback month after month, when you used to get $1,200 or more each month, then you start to wonder what's up. To add insult to injury, the race spin boosters I once used to get, they too have also gone bye bye of late. Previously I'd place some where in the top 10, if not top 5 positions. Up until I decided to stop High Rolling (Oct) I was barely reaching top 100.

I've since stopped high rolling, it just ain't worth the risk these days.

I can sympathise, ans understand how annoyed Jono777 and others are, when the rewards etc they believe they will earn, have now been removed

Why on earth cant videoslots just make the rewards better? or better still make rewards that give freespins, make them have bigger bets and on slots with more than 10 lines. All the 5 freespin rewards are now always on 10line slots. They are just totally worthless.
