I can see Peking Luck from a UK IP in free play, but not from an IOM IP in either free play or when logged in. However, I can't login to VS whilst VPN-ed as it says my username and password are incorrect (even though they're not).

So log in and go to banking, and proceed to deposit 32 in "OTHER" window area. Deposited accepted and credited. But still displaying Euro. Refresh browser, no change.

Visit my bank's online banking to discover AU$51.84 has been paid to VS, instead of AU$32. My player account currency has been changed by VS from AU to Euro. Given I'm on XP Level 501, and have wagered over AU$8Mil, any other casino would have sent me a courtesy email about this important information. But not VS. No it seems I'm just a blip on their screen.

Since BTG pulled the plug on AU, been thinking of calling it a day. This latest incompetence issue, seals that deal.

With regards to booster value, imagine how ripped off I feel in losing an average of $12K per month, and getting the cash back (1%) as those who deposit the min each month.

Before BTG exited AU, I'd lost count of the number of times I've completed all the trophies on Bonanza. To give an actually number let's say 30x.

A few months before BTG pulled the pin, and having reset Bonanza reward trophies, the usual free spin tokens (on playngo were not reward), and when I'd made it through yet another cycle, expecting (as Jon has commented) the 50 x FS @ 0.20, they too were not awarded. I made contact with the Loyalty Dept., asking what gives? That question was dodged and has never been answered. I also play Wild Water a lot, and that too has been crippled with ongoing trophy rewards.

Completing all trophies on that you receive 120 x FS @ 0.20, but that, like the (all trophies) Bonanza reward has also been trashed.

Playing other games, I've again discovered the free spin rewards once given, are gone now too. Seems like VS has scuttled a lot of the free spins award trophies etc.
