They do allow us to play at the govt run site. So hopefully theyll soon allow other sites to get in on the Canadian market

The articles follow the same guidelines and similarly, We removed any of the things that were flagged.

Really? You might want to speak to them again as I can see violations of the CAP code at first glance. I can report you to the ASA for a ruling if you prefer?

However, there seems to be a visual glitch which causes the joker to not be visible during the battle, unfortunately. Our tech team has been informed and they will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I noticed on the Northern Territory Gaming and Liquor website something a little new. One small link that im 100% sure wasnt there before. Its an "online gaming" link that allows any online operator to apply for a license to be able to legally provide online gaming to AU players. There no form or anything to fill out, they have to provide company info etc, but i did take note that the license does cover the Interactive gaming act that was recently updated. I also noticed that as long as the provider is licensed they are able to provide services to all states... though im not a lawyer..

Anyone else notice anything recently? I checked the other states liquor and gaming pages but nothing on them, maybe the govt are trying to send it all to NT to manage as they have enough going on.. ha

As you may know, MG recently updated the help files on their games adding the TRTP.
I couldn't help noticing differences up to almost 1% with the TRTP stated in "MY RTP" and "Game Payouts" so those need to be updated.
You may also want to update the Weekend Booster, if you use the old TRTP numbers of MG games to calculate it.

It is like that on all MG games.

Hi, I saw Dark Red and I remembered this thing with the wrong RTP in "Game Payouts" page.
I check Dark Red there, great, it is correct, I check Burning Desire, great, correct also!
I was about to say something nice here about it, but a little devil made me look for other MG games. Nothing! All with wrong RTP!!
Only Burning Desire has been corrected after 17 days!!

Maybe the relevant department you spoke with didn't realize that all Microgaming games have wrong RTP in "Game Payouts" page (some more, some less).
That needs to be corrected right now.

It aso reminded me of another question I asked: What TRTP are you using when you calculate the weekend booster? The correct one, or the wrong (and up to 1% higher) one?

I think a very important reward is missing from one of your games

I just won the "Old Binoculars" trophy (Win 5,000 times in Creature from the black Lagoon)

This is the final trophy prior to "complete all" - There is no "win 10,000 times" on this particular game.

I have worked towards this for years, yes seriously years!

Appreciate all trophies do not carry rewards but this is the final one, these in all other cases carry a decent reward.

As requested by yourselves a few pages back, I am letting you know of this error. Please can you look into this for me, I have to say it was a huge disappointment to finally complete my "marathon" only to receive nothing

I only use chrome incognito. I don't know if your problem is flash related, but since it is very common I will say what I do.
Every time I open chrome I load an MG game (like Mega Moolah). It will ask flash, click, click, done, all other games will load just fine after that.

However I strongly feel the agent dealing with this particular issue did not have a complete / full understanding of what I meant.

I have now sent another more detailed e-mail to your teamvs email address, hopefully explaining the situation in a bit more detail.

The final trophy (hardest achievement out of them all, in this case win 5,000 times in CFTBL) has still not activated my reward which as I described earier is a missing trophy/reward - FWIW, these are usually 50 FS on the same game. (This game does not and never has carried a "win 10,000 times!)

FTR, I am not referring to the "Complete All" - I know this updates within 24h - However with this game, nobody will EVER do this as it is impossible to win 7x in a row on this game (win 7x in a row needs removing altogether IMO)
