No notification of changing the promo so I ended up depositing more than the required amount I was going to just to get them expecting it to be 10c like yesterday and then get povo 5c spins for a total of $3.80 then rip that and my 2 deposits on a f-load of dead spins on 6 or so slots from 3-4 different providers.

Not sure why I bother getting excited over promos anymore. It's a downhill rocky battlefield of failed bonuses, dead spins and multiple deposits ripped in minutes with these lot.

Hey @Team.Videoslots Could you talk with Blueprint and get them to sort out the "fun mode" not working on games? I want to try out games like Genie Jackpots Megaways™ and Napoleon in "fun mode" since I like trying before I give them a chance in Real Money mode, but they both give an error message when I try to do a spin on them: Internal Server Error .

I have a screenshot that shows this message. Even going to a Caddel site and trying it there also gives the same error so by reporting my issue to Blueprint, maybe they will get it fixed not just at Videoslots, but all casinos that have them.

Will you release Irish Riches Megaways on Videoslots soon? It's the only Jackpot king slot worth playing as the RTP is almost identical to Bonanza so it's actually very fun.

@Oscar Arnhem Arnhem Fun mode is working correctly when I'm testing it, that's why I sent a PM to request all the detail so we can investigate the issue further.

So you ask me to email you, to which I've had no reply to, even though you are posting on here, but I do get an email telling me my proof of ID has been rejected. I sent my new bank card for verification, not my ID and that has been verified for ages. Why?

Everything just seems over complicated with Videoslots, my card expired so had to add a new one.

At casumo, made a deposit. Uploaded card photos. Verified. All done in under an hour. No need to contact support.

Didn't seem right so checked with support who told me 'yes it all looks good, you will hear from verification department soon'.
Few hours later, email saying ID needed verifying
My DL expired over a year ago, but they never asked for a new one till now. But as I said to them, they have a bank card showing my name hasn't changed so unless they think my DOB has changed somehow, then they don't actually need it.
Anyway uploaded that.
Turns out they didn't have my card photos, yet I was talking to the same support rep who a few hours previously had said they checked them and they looked good.
So uploaded them again, got them approved.

Went to withdraw
Nope, despite being told last week by live chat, when I verify a new card, the limits will be reset, and I will be able to withdraw, turns out thats not the case, the security team have to reset it on request, and live chat seemed bewildered that I would not want to withdraw to my old expired card!
Then you have to make ANOTHER deposit (even though I have made a few already with that card) and only then can you withdraw.

So casumo - about 30 seconds to upload docs, all verified in an hour and withdrawal processed 10 mins after that.

Videoslots - all day, multiple live chats, multiple emails, deposit before I could withdraw (which was processed within 15 mins).

Why make it so complicated :(

:eek: Oh man. You have more patience than me! :laugh: We all know if I could afford it, I would of flown down, told them to " move the hell over" verified it myself, and than flown back home.

I know we can't like everyone on here, there is always going to be a clash of personalities along the way but it costs nothing to be polite and if you don't have anything nice or positive to say, why say anything at all?

I for one thank video slots for having their slots pay today, It was a great day which I needed and they paid all 3 withdrawals in normal fast time with no issues.:thumbsup:.
