Everything just seems over complicated with Videoslots, my card expired so had to add a new one.
At casumo, made a deposit. Uploaded card photos. Verified. All done in under an hour. No need to contact support.

Few hours later, email saying ID needed verifying
My DL expired over a year ago, but they never asked for a new one till now. But as I said to them, they have a bank card showing my name hasn't changed so unless they think my DOB has changed somehow, then they don't actually need it.

Turns out they didn't have my card photos, yet I was talking to the same support rep who a few hours previously had said they checked them and they looked good.
So uploaded them again, got them approved.
Went to withdraw
Nope, despite being told last week by live chat, when I verify a new card, the limits will be reset, and I will be able to withdraw, turns out thats not the case, the security team have to reset it on request, and live chat seemed bewildered that I would not want to withdraw to my old expired card!
Then you have to make ANOTHER deposit (even though I have made a few already with that card) and only then can you withdraw.
So casumo - about 30 seconds to upload docs, all verified in an hour and withdrawal processed 10 mins after that.
Videoslots - all day, multiple live chats, multiple emails, deposit before I could withdraw (which was processed within 15 mins).
