Sorry to hear about this situation. Our loyalty department does not work on weekends and tends to have a bit more to do on Mondays. Regardless, I am sure they can add the bonus to your account at a later date if you would like that. A bonus added in 10% wagered increments isn't worth anything once you've lost the initial deposit.
Also it's been Tuesday for 6 hours that's hardly working weekends.. and they responded during the weekend just fine in order to get the deposit.
