Videoslots - Newly Accredited

I do have a question though. What is your RTP set at? I'm a creature of habit, play same games here and get 15 minute play time, maybe a half hour if I'm lucky. I take those same games and go to casino B, and can play for a few hours. I'm not trying to cause any muck. I would love to stay with you guys because of ease of accessibility, and choice of games. :)

I don't think 'Casino RTP' is a thing

 Multi-tasking is obviously not working for me at the moment. I'm sure they get the jist.

Their RTP for games is set at the highest for all games.

But i did hear there was a Major meeting in their offices months ago before Dan left. Went something like this.

Dan. Need help guys i need a way to fix someone's account.

Team member. You know that's not possible Dan.

Dan. Look guys we need to make it possible. That bloody Bebo is at it again.

Team. Sorry Dan can't help.

Dan. FFS guys im leaving i will take full responsibility. She is at it again i need payback.

Team. What exactly do you want.

Dan. Fix Gemix on her account so she can't win. I will have the last laugh if it kills me.

And so the meeting continued.

Obviously nothing i posted was true before i get sued lol:eek2:

If I could like that a thousand times, I would. That made me howl!:laugh::laugh:

What also has changed the last year is that before bonuses in UK was deductable from the TAX. That changed this year and now casinos need to pay 15% tax on bonuses they give out.
Malta has also changed this year. From a fixed yearly fee in tax to 5% tax. 5% might not sound like a lot, but most casinos EBITA is around 10% - 20%. Removing 5% is than almost 25% - 50% of their earnings.

But things will even get worse in Sweden next year ( sorry Tirilej ). The new gambling law in Sweden only allows the casino to give one bonus on signup per customer :(
No retention bonuses are allowed. Its not clear if this also includes free spins.

I don't mind if the bonuses disappears. I started as a bonus hunter over ten years ago. I believe I'm a bit smarter these days :)
Your bonuses I don't even like so no loss there:D

No, they have worked a lot beside the industry to form this new regulation. What I understand it will not be as strict as ukgc.
I really hope we will be able to keep our free spins. It would be stupid if they didn't let us keep them for our sake, and it's no wagering on yours so...

Lol. I play other games besides Gemix. Pearls of India, Dragon Shrine, Sticky Bandits. The one that was in our e-mails looks like it might be another one that I add to my list.

Argh, no wonder you can't win, possibly the worst games list I've ever seen :p

Can you play Novomatics games in Canada ?

If so try some small bets 0.30 - 0.40 on Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe and Captain Venture ;)

Not really. Those games I lose at VS, but win and win at casino B. Casino B, I have been able to withdraw just under 4k in the last 3 weeks, with a 280 dollar deposits, spread out over 3 deposits, and only 2 withdrawls at VS since last October, and I wont go into how much has been deposited in that time. I will download my game play that I just finished on Gemix at VS, and Casino B. Todays play is typical for both. You decide after I post them :)

Maybe you should start a new thread with that and games you play can be discussed instead. That you lose at some games at VS is not VS fault so it's maybe not interesting for this thread. Just a thought.

I've had about 3 wildlines on DOA @VS, and that's in the few times I've played it there, but stinkers on some other favourites of mine.

So it's rigged to some degree, just can't decide if it's good rigged or bad rigged really :(

I only like blanket rigged. Selective rigged is just a tad immoral. Plus, I like knowing each game is on an equal playing field of riggedness.
You need to brush up on your spectrum of bent slots play :p

No they don't. They have answered that question several time and it's more the opposite. They always chose the highest rtp if there is a choice to be made. They are smart :)

While I admire that you have their back, I would rather hear it from them. I'm not the most knowledgeable on this subject, and very skeptical :)

@Team.Videoslots.

Here is my last 6 months on Gemix, playing almost every day. If the rtp is suppose to be 96%, then would you not think there is a problem with my rtp? Especially since I play daily.
6 month rtp.webp

RTP is worked out over billions of spins.

Your 62k of spins is a much to small of a sample size to use as an example of a games RTP. It could just as easily be 120% over that amount of spins.
Ok. Now I understand. My last big win was last October on this game, so would October last year until now be enough?

The more spins you do, the closer to RTP you should be (in theory)

But again were talking a lot more spins than you have ever, or could ever do in your life time.

To be honest your RTP of 89% is not that far off the mark.

I have games with 50k of spins and a much much lower RTP

So the point is. RTP means diddly squat? I did October till now.

RTP means that is the expected return to the player.

That figure was obtained when the game was tested so does mean something.

But the game would of been tested over billions upon billions of spins to find out what the expected RTP will be.

Going by your figures 62k spins and 89% RTP. Then 89k spins 90.84%. Shows that over a bigger sample size, you are getter closer to what the published RTP is.

Saying that , you may never ever reach whatever the published RTP is, while others may have been at over 100% since day one.

So there's no point pumping money in thinking I will eventually reach RTP

How does it determine who will go over and who will never reach? Or is it just random and that is why at another casino it could be different results? Sorry for so many questions.

I think you should read Trancemonkey's thread from the start. You will get most of your questions answered over and over again, and in the end I think you too will understand how it works.
It's much more fun to play without having that bitter fear of everything being rigged all the time, and you can start to enjoy each session instead.

Funny how we always mention so many spins. If that is the case then im afraid the current guys need to step down. I can tell you first hand from the know that in my time if games was not running +/-6% of there Rtp after 450k spins then it was time to pop bonnet

Okkkkkk. Now Im getting confused! Ughhh. Supper time, I think :)

Its quite simple. Its not return to player, its return to players.

If you start with $100 and player A starts with $100 in Slot X and Slot X has 96% RTP.
You both make one spin of $100 each.
You lose everything and player A wins $92.
Then player A has $192 and you have $0.

Your RTP is 0%
Player A RTP is 192%
The Slot X's RTP is 96%
And the casino win is 4% ($8)

You are basically only exchanging money with other players and the casino takes a transaction fee on each bet.

Then you have the volatility that decideds how often the funds put in to the slot is divided among the players. A low volatility divides its more often (smaller wins) compared to a high volatility slot (give out big wins).

And to add, who wins is random.

Yes, yes, yes! That was going to be my next question! If the game is popular at one casino, your chances are lowered because you are sharing that game. And that same game may not be so popular at another casino! :D

That is not correct, the game dont have any memory. You would have the same chance to win at any time you spin. That is where the random generator comes into the picture.

That would only be the case if the game had a progressive jackpot.

Ok. Cognitively, I'm starting to shut down. I need to eat supper. I was reading Trances thread too, but I will revisit your comment after I feed my brain. Thank you!
