So this week, I finally completed the full DoA rewards following their """"""upgrade""""""

Got 75 free spins for "Complete all" (instead of 200!)
Got NOTHING for the "Win 10,000 times" - reward for LOTS of wagering, persistence and LOYALTY totally removed

Reset my trophies / rewards to earn them again (About 4th time)

Now my memory isn't the greatest but my experience is, I am confident the trophies I have numbered in yellow below have had their associated rewards totally removed also

These carried rewards including, 10% cash on next deposit, 10FS, 25FS, Race points and 2x Weekend booster on next 50/100 spins.

Not the greatest rewards on the planet BUT at least a little something, now all gone, gone, gone.

I think a genuine mistake may have been made as Team VS / New rep(s) seem genuine enough but we are NOT getting anywhere near the same value prior to their cost cutting exercise (and yes, sorry but that's exactly what it is)

VS is a hugely popular, PROFITABLE orginasation, this rewards system was NOT BROKEN and DID NOT need changing, players felt they WERE getting rewarded, now from what I read / see / hear / experience, we are not

As I said at the start, I don't like negative or moaning posts but I also don't like to feel like I'm being mugged off, especially given my loyalty to this casino, I am also confident, many, many other players feel the same but may hold off posting due to a "getting blood out a stone" situation, or are simply not forum members/players.

Also said this before, I'll continue to play at VS as their are a lot of positives to keep me there, However I feel this is only the tip of the iceberg with regard to player dissatisfaction if this reward system is not improved or returned to the old system of a month or so ago.

I kinda have a feeling that you keep saying overall value is roughly same because you put 200% deposit bonus as a reward.
Yes, 200% deposit bonus is really good at other casinos, but to be tell you the truth not in VS.

I have deposited $50, got $100 as a bonus, but to get just $10 from that bonus money, I had to wager $250 first which is not fun. I played only "Viking Runecraft" until I got 80% of that bonus money-I believe casino race money was added and I had to deposit one more to get $80 from my bonus money. I didn't want to play any other games I like, because I know,sometimes the balance will reach $0 from $50 dollars within the blink of eyes which means I had to give up bonus money or I had to deposit a few more times to get all the bonus money.-

I'm pretty sure many player wouldn't use your deposit bonus rewards, I myself am not so sure that I will use again.

Rewards player is not going to use should not be used to determine the value of rewards I think.

How about why don't you let the player choose the reward the player want.
After the player get the trophy, the player can choose between free games, paid battle ticket or deposit bonus...many players prefer free games, but in my case I prefer paid battle ticket.

Anyway, I don't complain much, but the change in rewards system is not really customer-friendly I think.

Many times in past cs were able to fix that on the spot for me if they're unable to do this now without sending it off to another department in my opinion there cs is starting to be annoying totally understand why so many players just forfeit a reward if we have to jump through hoops.
