No idea why Dan said that either. That is new news to me as well lol. I can still play them in demo at other casinos and also at videoslots with the above method I said above in previous post :P :)

Thanks, I know how to get around these things, it's just more inconvenient to do so and was also just curious as to why it was removed in the first place.

Hi DreamRJ,

I can see I wasn't so clear when I explained.

We need to make sure that we know the age of the players in UK who play slots in demo mode. The only way for us to be 100% sure that a player is +18 is when the player are logged in and we do right now not support demo mode play when you are logged and that is the reason why UK players cant play slots in demo mode on our site.

Two questions, first one regarding Entropay.

I just got an email from you saying Entropay is now available. I've been using Entropay for quite a while and thought it would've been available regardless? I mean, if the casino doesn't explicitly have a Entropay payment option, if goes fine through Visa. what would be the difference of doing a Entropay deposit/withdrawal today versus a month ago, using the Entropay card as a regular Visa one instead?

Second questions, regarding payment methods and Norway (This is a bit more off-topic so feel free to ignore):

The email was in Norwegian, and I'm assuming this is to open more payment methods to the Norwegian market more than anything else, considering as far as I know NO players can struggle a bit with available deposit methods. Since I'm located in Malta with a Norwegian Visa card I am basically limited to eWallets on all casinos with the exception of only 3 that I know of.

Has this situation worsened recently? As in, is what I have to do becoming mandatory for more and more Norwegians?

Entropay has recently been introduced as a standalone payment method where such a method can be used separately as opposed to using this via the Visa or MasterCard option, this means Entropay is available for players who might prefer to use this instead of a normal credit card transaction.

Unfortunately, we cannot really discuss on behalf of other merchants or payment providers how they accept customers from different geo localities, however we are striving to continue to enhance our available deposit and withdrawal options for all our players.

So enable paypal as well then?

I still never understood why you can not allow paypal for UK? some other casinos do allow it for us in the UK. Grosvenor casino is one of them.

I know for a fact if you allowed paypal that would make such a great difference. As withdraws from paypal to bank accounts is instant in the UK. As soon as you press withdraw button in paypal money is instantly in your bank account that is linked to your paypal account!

I also know that you do allow paypal for some countries. So why do you limit it to just some countries? when paypal is an allowed method in the UK to use for gambling.

hmm, but you used to be able to because I recall seeing the paypal logo in the footer area of the site a few years ago.

So they obviously removed it then as an option.

My mistake then but I do honestly remember seeing the paypal logo in the footer though.

But as I said other casinos allow paypal. Grosvenor, 32red casino did, not sure if 32red still do though. But also betway do and others. So I really think if you do allow paypal it will be such a good thing for your casino. I really hope you speak to the powers that be and get them to allow it :)

Having used both casinos where Entropay is offered as a "standalone" payment feature and those where you use it as a regular Visa, I honestly can't tell the difference. Entropay takes the same absurd fees, deposits are just as instant on either and withdrawals are just like a Visa withdrawal.

Of course it gives players who don't know about Entropay a chance to hear about it but apart from that I'm still just as clueless on the difference.

The other question was more "in general", in terms of how Norway works these days since all my accounts are Malta registered, minus one where I can use my Visa but can't play WMS (because Norway). But is still a bit off-topic so np :)

Well this is fun on the loss limit. So last month i was up loss limit stayed at what i set due to this. come the 10th i decide to leave 60 in so i could start this months playing without effecting the limit..... How wrong was i. despite it been profit funds from playing losing the 60 this month counts towards my first 60 of losses. cool add that to my deposits and im half way down already. Bit of a joke tbh

When the limit resets the funds on your account is not from winnings anymore, this is so no carry over can cause you to lose more than the limit you have set once they are refreshed. I noticed a bug with the 2x weekend booster rewards. They don't work on the paid battles, but you are still using your spins from the rewards. I thought I was earning booster since it was counting down everyspin, but when I went out it didn't say I had earned anything and in the battlelobby it says you won't earn anything either which is ok.

Surely then, you should not be losing your rewards for it? I lost a 100 times 2x reward because of this. In freerolls they do not go down when using one.

Don't know if this is the right thread for suggestions, but some better way to show game history would be really nice. The ~100 last spins viewable is very much on the limited side I feel. I know you can go ask the live chat and they can provide last 3 months, but would be better for everyone if there was a way to just download a file with bets between certain dates or see history further back without taking up their time fetching the history, formatting it by themselves (at least I've gotten different formatted histories from different people) and finally sending it by mail.

Turns out it's not free at all as it requires a deposit. Why is it that some free spins are free (weekly), but others are not?

Terms are listed on the last page of the flyer, but still I feel it's misleading.
Should free spins free of wagering require further T&Cs?
How about "Get 100 extra spins on your next deposit." This would describe the offer more clearly.

I do realize this is not much different than the endless stream of e-mail offers all promising free spins.

I also read it that way. I got all excited and entered the code, before reading the small print after the code didn’t work. It’s still a fab offer - but yes, I’d also have preferred an upfront ‘Deposit £20 and get 100 wager free spins on Flux’ xx
