To answer your comment about tower quest. It remembers your progress you made in the collections, So when you use the free spins you will notice that the collections you had at $1 spins will still be there when you increase the stake once you finish using your free spins. each bet level, be it 0.20, 0.40, 0.60, $1, $2 etc etc all have their own collections stored for the next time you play the slot. You will see that when you change stakes on it.

Regarding withdrawals. Just FYI. Sometimes withdrawal will take longer time because the VS Backoffice might have flagged the withdrawal for something that need an extra check. An extra check takes longer time as its done manually. E.g. using a new deposit or withdrawal method would trigger an extra check, but there are many different flags. Sometimes it can also be due to a network problem with the payment provider.

If the system wouldn't flag anything on your account and there would be no issues with the payment provider, the longest waiting time is 30 mins for VS to approve the withdrawal. Then its up to the payment provider how fast they can handle the transfer to your wallet.

The normal bank transfer is just as fast as Trustly for me but probably dependant on what bank you have.

Trustly used to be available in withdrawal but not anymore (and I couldn't use it since it didn't count as "bank transfer" and live chat didn't know what to send to verify "Trustly account" since it's just regular bank). Still available for deposit though.

ah right. i made my withdrawal friday, but still nothing in my bank - although i understand it depends on bank and how quick its dealt with. The initial process from VS was really quick as i say. I didn't realise they used Trustly in the past - after using it on other sites i get my payment almost immediately after being processed.
