We calculate freeroll play as real money play as you have the chance to bet and win even if you don't risk your own money. You still can spend an enormous amount of time at our Battles and that can become very addictive. I hope this will clear things up.

That doesn't make any sense. If the addictiveness is an issue then surely the time out limit setting should be referred to when it comes to free roll battles rather than the loss limit?

A loss limit is a loss limit. Adding your own spin on it is not how it works and whoever gave you this explanation seems like someone who just made it up because they felt they needed to give some sort of response.

If this is not technical issue then removing freerolls from your loss limit should be immediately implemented.

People put a loss limit in place for many reasons. I didnt want to deposit until my battles were up because I like to maximize my battle play since I do not deposit anywhere close to what I used to. So no, that is not an addiction. Its like an alarm clock and your casino has no right to dictate how I operate my account if I am simply following the rules

Punishing a player for using responsible gambling tools could have a reverse effect and people may not want to use them because it is now a guessing game if their will be punishment just because they decided to use them

Maybe you can add in the responsible gaming section under the loss limit....freeroll battles are also calculated in the loss limit amount. Something that will let people know.

I activated a snail mail promo for 150 book of dead free spins but it has awarded me a buggy nan% bonus so i cannot claim the free spins or play any freerolls in the meantime.

Hey wondering what happened just now... Have been havibsome errors/server disconnectiob during a few games--not sure if anyone else experiencing delays with PlaynGo as well..usually i just close or refresh and all good and sometimes my wifi is whack so I tend to think its more a fault on my side. but now during mystery joker 6000 i had popup "experiencig delay.." no worries than a 2nd popup says something along the lines of "slight error occured game will rectify itself in a moment" which is did and icould keep playing. However.. attime of error I still had 80 cred in the joker spin game havinbjust hit spin when it crashed. but i never saw it spin and now i lost the remainder. upon popup closing and game reload inthe win box said 60 as if it had been addedbut my cred was still 1.55 it did not add the 60c? i know its not much but trying to get a lucky roll on it all couts lol

wow thats what I like...get treaten like shit and kicked from a running session + have been blocked. no email or something, but that little guy at the chat said because of a chargeback. couldnt tell me which Payment, date or amount. i use deposit methods like sofortüberweisung, they dont even work if the amount is not avaible in my bank account and i get instant charged, how is there a chargeback possible haha
i've deposited about 1,5k maybe 2k the last 3 weeks and you go berzerk and kick me from a session because your provider f**ked up what? a 20€ deposit? haha way to go i'm so pis**ed

I saw a game called stampede released at videoslots. So I tried it and got the bonus. I had numerous retriggers and like 50 spins. It paid me 0. So I suggest everyone stay away from that massive pile of crap

i have now asked if daniel could get answer from play&go year 2018 ..

becouse 11 days they havent got it. I havent heard any casino nowdays which does not have answer from game provider in 48 hours..

But videoslots dont seem to get it.. and the money ( 60 € ) is 0.3% which i have losed to them in net loss.

And i am the person who has the proofs in screenshots!!!


So would be nice to get really that answer.

So if you Daniel dont get reply from play&go before monday evening. I will file MGA dispute and forward them that you have 12 days allready tryed to get answer..

in 2.1.2018 i will file dispute to MGA and say that Videoslots has been 13 days allready investigate this thing.. so you have 8 days to respond clear screenshots. which you will find in conversitations.

i am tired to videoslots not to get answer. I am VIP still there.

I think you need to chill out a bit. It was xmas time and now its new year time. not many are back in work yet. You need to remember this time of year not many people work.

I am sure it will get investigated as soon as they are back in work and can respond. Until that time, just have some patience :)

Every country has different bank holidays as well during the xmas holiday and new year periods.
