Can happen once in a while, I am never worried with VS. Longest I waited was once 2.5hours, but that was the only time in 100's withdrawals.

That amount shouldn't trigger a manual payment, I would half expect some sort of verification docs, or maybe you are a drug dealer and they want to see you income, with payslips, and all your pocket money from when you were 3 before they pau you

Trying to report my lost reward and the chat is not working properly, when you press enter, it says chat has to be accepted by operator before sending message.

Sussed out that if i press send rather than the enter button, it worked but then was booted totally out of the chat and it said I had to leave a message!

Can you please have that changed since it doesnt apply to a loss limit since a freeroll has no buy in or risk. If not, i will have lost out on an entire weeks worth of battles

I tried to set a deposit limit of $300 and it automatically set itself to 120$. Using my iPad.

It wasnt set accidentally. I understand you cannot change RG setting when in place but it may be worth looking into since it is incorrect. Its only set that way because the software providers cant make the system recognize what is a battle play and what is real money. Aside from it being obvious,your system still allows me to play freespins I already have accumulated. So it needs to be changed or you guys need to have a pop up warning people they cannot play free rolls when setting a loss limit.

A battle with zero buy in or risk is exactly that and a loss limit should never apply to that. Since..well...you cannot lose.
