Hi Dan,

Can you please tell me where the issue lies with Novomatic & Ireland.
Is it the paperwork in your office or is it Greentube being a pain in the butt?

I just ask as the days are passing without any news or updates.
I am a very regular depositor these days and I really do enjoy VS as they have all I want in an online casino.
My WD's to Skrill are nearly instant even at night and weekends and you guys have an insane choice of slots, however Novomatic are slots I really like playing and it is so bloody annoying that I am blocked.

I can play them at Casumo for example but not at Energy Casino anymore.
So what is up with Greentube.
Are they a hard bargain?

Because I am sure your tech department can enable the slots at any given time by unblocking Irish IP's.
So what is holding them to do so?

Sorry for asking and being on your back for this but no Novo slots for me is a big letdown as I play them a lot.

Unfortunately Dutchies cannot play Novomatic at any of the big casinos, except for Quasar Gaming, oddly enough. Do you know why this is Dan?

And Irish are blocked at Quasargaming.. :eek2::confused:
I think either the casino's or Greentube are taking the piss as this is the only games provider I have issues with in Ireland..
I can play literary everything except for Greentube..

Can play them at Casumo and used to be able to play them at Videoslots for a few weeks.
Hope they will have them back up soon for us. :)

I can play Novo multiplayer cabinets in the casinos here but they are so tight,rtp must be in the 80%'s.
You can also play them in The Netherlands in the gambling halls like Fair Play and Jacks Casino but also there they seem extremely hard to get a decent win,defo they play tighter then their online versions..

Have you made a withdrawl at all? They can do a system check on your computer, they did with mine. Its to make sure you have everything that is needed. And oddly enough my withdrawls have not been on any deposits, they have been from accumulated free spins and pushing the balance up.

I have had nothing significant since June - the odd £30 or £40. I wouldn't mind so much losing if I was getting some play time but I have only had that twice in the last seven months.

I have stopped depositing, there are only so many times you can put up with all the dead spins - I have never won much on any free spins to enable me to withdraw, nor the cashback and only once on the casino race winnings, couple that with VS holding the record for the average highest number of spins on DoA and Jungle Spirit for me to trigger a bonus yet it has the lowest wins, go figure - it's time to cut my losses and run i think. :)
 
What is happening with the Freeroll battles?

Dan,

This morning (my time), we had lots of players that couldn't play the Freeroll battles of Birds on Wire and Spectra. What is going on? Is there something that we should change in our computers? I tried 3 different browsers and it would not work at all. The games would not open and an error message came up. I could play the same games for real money but not in the battles.

Lots and lots of players in the same situation but a hand full of players could play without problems and they had the same Chrome version that I have.

It would be great if we could understand what is happening and if there is anything that we should change in our side to enjoy the Freerolls like we did for ages before without issues.

Hi Interlog,

The letter should be available online if you google it but I do not have any access to it, unfortunately. The UKGC basically wanted all child appeal content to be removed unless the age could be verified first, to make sure that anything that can appeal to children is not available.

Had 10 spins from yesterday in my account for birds on a wire, but couldn't play them because of some problems with thunderkick games.
Received 10 spins on BoD so that was fine.
After a couple of hours playtime i had a balance of €150 and wanted to cashout €100 and play with the other.
I know the fast payouts, and i only play at casinos with "instant" payout or where you can flush your withdraw, because i usually reverse pending withdraws :o

For a long time member at videoslots i was of course verified there, but couldn't make the withdraw because i had to verify again?!
Went to support and was told there was a problem with the site and didn't have to verify myself again but try again 1 hour later...

You can guess the result......own fault, but would never happend if i could make the withdraw earlier.

I did a withdrawl on Sunday and its now Thursday night and havent gotten it yet. Whats the longest anyone have waited for it to show up in your bank account. It was doing through Citadel wire transfer. I have never waited this long.

I think they are the same company as instadebit Dan said, If so they take the maximum day's they say at 5 day's, So if you don't get it in the next day or so I would check. That's what I hate about instadebit they are so slow. It use to be 3 day's and don't understand how in 2017 it takes so long.

Anyway the games are back to dead so if you're not playing cause of this you're not missing anything,lol. 1 screenshot from tonight but that was it.

My withdrawl showed back into my account today. I'm waiting to hear why it was returned. I'm hoping it was just me screwing up one number in my transit number and not TD Canada Trust refusing payment. I tried it again.

Hi bebo, I was going to ask. I should have received 2 of my withdrawals today but it's taking a extra day lately and I too am concerned that are banks here are giving these type of transactions the boot. I hope it is something else though. All my withdrawals were processed yesterday and today by instadebit so they should be in my bank account tomorrow.

Hopefully your weekend is not ruined. :(.

Now that we hijacked this thread I am going to post a contest in the other thread.:)

My wife is angry she has registered itself just three weeks ago (meanwhile also level 20) now over 1600.- paid and plays mainly your slot spartacus but so bad as here we know of the game not there the two also play on other pages !? Even if you were fortunate to get two to three bonus games in the bonus game one had to be glad to win 20-30.- Euro and that with bets of 1-2 Euro! now over 3 Weeks (not a few bad days!) never seen something like this for a long time .. ???

Hi Barny

spartacus and those type of games you will never win big on, They are good for playtime usually for me but they are not good for coming out ahead, I would suggest to branch out and try different slots.:)
